Abstract

Restructuring is suspected to be influencing perception of job insecurity. The jobinsecurity will have a negative impact on job satisfaction, organization commitment, and even turnover intention. When insecurity is conceived within someone’s perception, it will lower his or her job satisfaction and also commitment on the company. This research was conducted upon service (bank) and manufacturing companies which had run restructuring in the last four years. It involved 216 respondents with 78.2% of response rate. Simple regression and hierarchical regression analysis were used to analyze the data.An interesting finding of this research is that restructuring conducted in bank andmanufacturing companies has been found out to be having no influence on turnover intention. On the other hand, job insecurity perception does not influence job satisfaction, commitment, and turnover intention. In addition, this research came to a conclusion that organization commitment is an mediating variable between job satisfaction and turnover intentionKeywords: restructuring, job insecurity, job satisfaction, organization commitment, turnover intention, survivor.

Abstract

University is a collector of knowledge has a role in supporting the concept of knowledge based economy. This study was conducted with subjects research university lecturers in Kopertis Wilayah V Yogyakarta were 300 respondents. The purpose of the study to examine the factors that influence knowledge sharing from the perspective of the theory oh human behavior and the Theory of Planned Behavior developed a research model of knowledge sharing. Using SEM analysis tool to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study with a response rate of 67% stated that the attitude toward knowledge sharing (BH.ATI) affects yhe intention to knowledge sharing (IKS), in addition to the influence of subjective norm (SN) on the intention to knowledge sharing. The test results also suggested taht hypothesis of planned behavior control (PBC) effect on the intention to knowledge sharing (IKS) prove to be significant. The results of the influence of planeed behavior controll (PBC) to the knowledge haring behavior (KSB) is not acceptable (H4 unsupport). In this case it is possible to make a faculty experience less or does not have a positive attitude to knowledge sharing with others. It’s because there is perception that some of the behavior he will gain certain advantages. Statement of intent to knowledge sharing (IKS) affect knowledge sharing behavior (KSB) is acceptable. Abstract

The aim of this research is analyzing of benefit, motivation, and apparatus organizational commitment. This research is typically of quantitative discriptive method research. The respondents in this research are civil servants the number of respondents are 31 (thirty one) people. The result shows that the giving of benefit, motivation, and civil servant organizational commitment is already well implemented. The giving of benefit variable gives the highest mark on work performance dimension and lowest mark on professional scarcity, while motivation variable has the highest mark on social needs dimension and the lowest mark on prestige dimension, and civil servant organizational commitment variable gives the highest mark on affective commitment dimension and the lowest mark is on continuation commitment dimension.

Abstract

Good human resource management needs to be done in order to retain employees who show performance so they do not have the desire to leave and or resign (turnover intention) to other companies and or competitors. The objectives of this study are: (1) To find out and analyze Job Satisfaction of PT Indomarco Prismatama employess in Magelang City; (2) Know and analyze Job insecurity of employees of PT Indomarco Prismatama in Magelang City; (3) Know and analyze Turnover Intention of employees of PT Indomarco Prismatama in Magelang City. This research is a quantitative descriptive research using the employees of PT Indomarco Prismata- ma in Magelang City, the research is based upon 50 respondents who are permenant employress of PT. Indomarco Prrsmatama in Magelang City. The analytical method used in the research is descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the analysis show that on average, with regards to Job Satisfaction; employees felt very good at PT Indomarco Prismatama in Magelang City. However, Job Insecurity at PT Indomarco Prismatama in Magelang City is low, and turnover intention of PT Indomarco Prismatama employees in Magelang City is low. Abstract

Background:Queen Latifa General Hospital is type D hospital that will be developed to be type C hospital. Thisdevelopment is done to further improve the service and claim value of BPJS to increase the welfareat Queen Latifa General Hospital, to fulfill the procurement of service facilities and to increase theconsumer satisfaction as well. It needs to do the research about how the level of patient satisfactiontowards the service of Queen Latifa General Hospital so that it is able to know about quality ofhospital service in order to be type C hospital in the future. Method:This research uses non-experimental quantitative design, with descriptive regression design, theresearch design used is cross sectional because the data collection of independent variables anddependent variable are done simultaneously at the same time, that is the quality of service towardsthe patient satisfaction at Queen Latifa General Hospital. Results and Discussion:From the results of F test in this study, it is obtained the F value is 12.32 with a significance number(P value) of 0.000. With 95% significance level, it means that variable of Tangibles, Reliability,Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy have significant influence on patient satisfaction variable.The value of Adjusted R2 is 0.64 which means that the independent variable (Tangibles,Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy) can explain the dependent variable (Patientsatisfaction) of 64%, while the rest is explained by other factors which are not examined. Theresults of Multiple Regression Analysis Value of 0.29 on tangibles variable is positive, the valueof -0.24 in Reliability variable is negative, the value of -0.21 on responsiveness variable isnegative, the value of 0.64 on assurance variable is positive, and the value of 0.35 on the empathyvariable is positive, so that it can be concluded that the higher the quality of empathy, the higherthe patient satisfaction will be. Conclusion:The service quality at Queen Latifa General Hospital has been running well in terms of quality oftangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy.

Abstract

This research is conducted to know the behavior of sharing knowledge that be planned from the first generation of family business to the next generation, in order to make a sustainable and imperishable of family business. The research is used the planned behavior theory by Ajzen in order to developing and testing the model research of variables which influencing the intention of many knowledges and behaviors of the owner of family business. The result of the research shows that the owner of the business proved make a planning about behavior in many knowledges empirically and the major determinant of  the behavior in many knowledges is intention owned. For more complete, the result shows that the control of behavior be prepared positively will be influence the intention and the behavior of many knowledges. The subjective norm did not influence the intention and the behavior in wide range of knowledge in positive way, while, the positive intention gives the effect to  the behavior in variety of knowledges. The other result shows that the positive attitude influeces to the intention and the behavior in variety knowledges.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the meaning of the Cembengan tradition as the local wisdom of the Yogyakarta community in maintaining human resource management at the Madukismo sugar factory in Yogyakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach to ethnographic study with data collection techniques through indepth interviews, participatory observation, documentation, and triangulation. This study produces findings that traditions based on local wisdom have a positive contribution to the maintenance of human resources in the Madukismo sugar factory. By the workers and the community around the sugar factory Cembengan is interpreted not only as a mystical ritual but has a meaningful function (meaning) in articulating the ritual values into the concepts of safety, tranquility, motivation, teamwork, cohesiveness and harmony with the community around the factory and natural environment. The results of this study also explain that the meaning contained in local traditions can be operationally transformed in HR management practices, especially for the maintenance of human resources involved in corporate policy making and the production process so that common goals can be achieved.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the influence of sunset police, tax amnesty, tax sanctions, and the tax blast system on tax complaints. Population checks are all taxpayers at regional offices in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sampling method in this study is simple random sampling. The sample is 100 taxpayers with a total of 120. The number of observational data analysis methods used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was no influence on the sunset policy of tax complaints with a significant 0.479 > 0.05. There is no effect of tax amnesty on tax complaints with a significant 0.357 > 0.05. Its influence on tax sanctions tax complaints with a significance of 0.023 < 0.05. Its effect on whistle-blowing tax complaints with a significance of 0.080 < 0.10. The F test simultaneously affected sunset, tax amnesty, tax sanctions, and Whistle-blowing system on tax complaints with a significant 0,000 < 0.05. The coefficient determination test shows the value of 0.158 or 15.8% the dependent variable can be explained from the independent variable and 84.2% is influenced by other variables outside the model.
