Abstract

The stunting problem in Indonesia has not been effectively addressed so far, due to policy implementers' inability to effectively actualize the policy. Addressing a significant national problem requires appropriate policies to accelerate problem-solving efforts. This study aims to determine the implementation of the stunting prevention program policy in Cikawao sub-district, Lengkong district, Bandung city. The research method used in this study is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this study are in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses Milles et.al (2014) which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. Based on the research results and discussion, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Stunting Prevention Program Policy in Cikawao sub-district, Lengkong district, Bandung city using the G. Edward III theory has been running quite well. However, some aspects need improvement, such as communication, which includes transmission factors, clarity, and consistency between implementers and the community, the resources, which include staff, information, facilities, and authority, also need to be improved. On the other hand, the disposition or behavior of policy implementers has been quite good.

Abstract

Pramuka merupakan salah satu kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang melatih keterampilan dan karakter siswa-siswa di Indonesia. Salah satu kegiatan pramuka adalah kegiatan beberesih, yang bertujuan untuk membersihkan lingkungan dari sampah dan membuat lingkungan lebih bersih dan sehat. Dalam kegiatan ini, sebuah kelompok pramuka melakukan pendampingan dalam kegiatan beberesih di Pasar Gedebage, Bandung, Jawa Barat. Kelompok pramuka tersebut melakukan pengawasan dan bimbingan pada masyarakat yang melakukan kegiatan beberesih, sehingga kegiatan tersebut berjalan dengan lancar dan aman. Dalam pendampingan ini, kelompok pramuka juga memberikan edukasi dan sosialisasi tentang pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan. Hal ini dilakukan dengan memberikan contoh tindakan yang baik dalam menjaga lingkungan, seperti membuang sampah pada tempatnya dan memilah sampah. Dalam kegiatan ini, kelompok pramuka juga mengajak masyarakat untuk lebih aktif dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan sekitar, sehingga lingkungan menjadi lebih sehat dan nyaman untuk ditinggali. Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini, masyarakat dapat lebih sadar dan peduli terhadap kebersihan lingkungan dan melakukan tindakan untuk menjaganya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahu faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pasien pada klinik Pratama Polkes Kesdam III Siliwangi dengan melihat peran dari kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien. Jenis dari penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan survey explanatory untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 97 orang yang dipilih secara random di klinik pratama polkes kesdam III siliwangi. Kemudian data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 23 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien. Hasil ini didasarkan pada perolehan nilai pada uji parsial ataupun simultan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi manajerial khususnya bagi perusahaan untuk selalu meningkatkan pelayanan yang diberikan, karena dalam industri layanan jasa, faktor pelayanan merupakan indikator dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas.

Abstract

The availability of food for families living in Bandung Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic is the topic of this study's discussion. Given that the government is presently enforcing social restrictions in certain locations of Indonesia, access to affordable food is a key concern during the Covid-19 outbreak. In order to meet the family's food demands, this study will examine how access to food has changed for residents in Bandung Regency. The researcher employs a literature analysis on food availability and literacy of the effects of COVID-19 on food as an analytical tool. The approach is phenomenological, and the methodology is qualitative. According to the study's findings, the Bandung Regency Government helps households meet their food needs through direct and social access. by maintaining food security, supplying nutrient-rich food to disadvantaged individuals and groups, and evaluating trade taxes.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the effectiveness and quality of services on community satisfaction at the Bandung City Land Office and what are the factors that influence the effectiveness and quality of services on community satisfaction at the Bandung City Land Office. This research was conducted using a quantitative method with a sample of 30 respondents who visited the Bandung City Land Office. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. Multiple linear regression is used to analyze the effectiveness (X1) and service quality (X2) variables affecting community satisfaction (Y). The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness and service quality of the Bandung City Land Office have a positive effect on community satisfaction. Every employee in providing forms of service prioritizes aspects of service that greatly influence the behavior of people who receive services, so that the ability of employees to serve the community is needed in accordance with the level of absorption, understanding, incompatibility of various forms of service that they do not know.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and leadership on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable. This research is quantitative research. Quantitative research methods were used to examine the samples by using saturation sampling method sourced from the data of LPP TVRI NTT Station office employees totaling 54 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire, while data analysis uses SmartPLS. The results of the study show that: (1) leadership has a positive and significant impact on work discipline, (2) work motivation can have a positive and significant impact on work discipline, (3) work discipline can have a positive influence and have a significant impact for employee performance, (4) leadership can have a positive impact and significant change on employee performance, (5) work motivation can have a positive impact and significant influence on employee performance, (6) leadership has a positive impact and significant influence on employee performance in the context of work discipline, and (7) work motivation can have a positive impact and significant implications for employee performance in terms of work discipline.
