Abstract

The online learning system (in the network) is a learning system without face-to-face meetings between teachers and students but is carried out online using the internet network. The teacher must ensure that teaching and learning activities continue, even though students are at home. The solution is that teachers are required to be able to design instructional media as innovations by utilizing online media. According to KBBI, ethics is the science of what is good and bad and about moral rights and obligations (morals). A good understanding of digital ethics will be able to reduce hoaxes, bullying, cyberbullying, hate speech, and leakage of personal data. Morals are the customs of the rules of decency. Benchmarks in behaving morally in accordance with values, ethics, or decency in accordance with the values of the rules or truth. Therefore this study aims to awaken students in morality and ethics even though the lessons take place online.

Abstract

The value of nationalism can be contained in a literary work because it is part of the social reality in society. This study aims to determine the forms of meaning based on the semiotic lexis according to Roland Barthes. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques, observing and noting. Through the character Nadir in the novel Titik Nadir, the true life of students is revealed, not only academic problems but the influence of the students themselves in the life of the nation. The analysis carried out by researchers using Roland Barthes' semiotic theory in the novel Titik Nadir includes; (1) hermeneutic code, (2) semic code (connotative code); (3) symbolic code (4) preoretic code (action code), (5) gnomic (cultural) code. The value of nationalism in this novel is repeatedly represented in student activities such as demonstrations and the important incident, Anger Makassar.

Abstract

One way to finance national development is through foreign investment. Before foreign investors invest in Indonesia, there are many factors that must be considered. One of the factors to be considered is the legal protection provided by the state to foreign investors. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the legal protection of foreign investment in Indonesia and its impact. This research aims to analyze and explain systematically, factually, and accurately about regulations related to legal protection of foreign investment in Indonesia. In the results of the research, it can be seen that foreign investment in Indonesia is protected by legal regulations contained in the Investment Law. This law provides adequate protection to foreign investors against various risks, including non-commercial risks, in making foreign investment in Indonesia.

Abstract

Community participation is a stage where the community participates in the process of drafting laws and regulations. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the background of the need for communities to participate in the process of forming laws and regulations and the challenges faced by local communities when involved in the process of forming laws and regulations. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study, which is a data collection technique by reviewing books, literature, memos, and various reports related to the problem to be solved, in order to develop productivity concepts that can be used as a foundation. The results of this study show that community participation is a stage that provides opportunities for the community to participate in the preparation of laws and regulations in accordance with the provisions of the law. Community participation is a mandatory legal norm. So that public participation becomes a mandatory process when drafting laws and regulations.
