Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi di dalam pendidikan telah menjadi isu penting yang diperbincangkan oleh banyak orang. Transformasi pendidikan melalui penggunaan teknologi era digital, seperti adanya perangkat lunak pembelajaran dan perangkat keras, yang telah membawa perubahan yang signifikan dalam pendekatan pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Namun, dengan melalui implikasi penggunaan teknologi ini dalam lingkungan pendidikan masih menjadi perdebatan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini sangat penting dilakukan untuk melihat bagaimana penggunaan teknologi dalam kelas dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa untuk belajar, meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, dan membantu siswa memahami konsep yang sulit. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi era digital dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Siderejo Hilir. Namun, integrasi teknologi ini harus dilakukan dengan cara yang baik dan benar agar efektivitasnya dapat dioptimalkan. Melalui, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi juga dapat memiliki dampak negatif seperti ketidakmampuan siswa untuk berkonsentrasi dan gangguan kelas. Selain dampak positif terdapat dampak negatifnya, para guru menghadapi tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam kurikulum mereka. Sehingga, disarankan untuk memperkenalkan teknologi secara bertahap dan terintegrasi dengan baik ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan. Melalui hal ini akan dapat membantu meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pembelajaran di Siderejo Hilir, Kecamatan Medan Tembung, Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman tentang implikasi teknologi era digital terhadap transformasi pendidikan di Siderejo Hilir, Kecamatan Medan Tembung, Sumatera Utara. Dalam era digital saat ini, integrasi teknologi di dalam pendidikan menjadi semakin penting dan harus dipelajari secara serius. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan pedoman bagi pendidik dan administrator pendidikan di Indonesia untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran dan memperbaiki kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the role of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) in forming an attitude of tolerance and acceptance of diversity among students at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Medan State University (FIS UNIMED) using qualitative research methods. . This research involves collecting data through interviews and in-depth observations of FIS UNIMED students. The research findings highlight the role of PPKn materials in better understanding the value of tolerance, the importance of respecting differences and efforts to build harmony between individuals. The analysis shows that citizenship education plays an important role in shaping students' attitudes towards tolerance and acceptance of diversity, but also highlights the expansion of materials and more inclusive approaches to deepen understanding and concrete actions to achieve equality and advance social conditions in the university environment. The implications of this research provide a strong foundation for developing PPKn programs that are more holistic and relevant in facing the increasingly complex challenges of diversity in society.

Abstract

Article 1 paragraph (1) of the Indonesian Criminal Code states the principle of legality in criminal law. This legality principle is a basic principle in the criminal law system that guarantees that a person cannot be punished without a clear legal basis and without going through a fair legal process. This principle also protects individual human rights and prevents abuse of power by the authorities. The purpose of this research is to analyze the application of the Principle of Legality to the crime of corruption and to find out how the application of the principle of legality to the crime of corruption. This research was conducted using the literature study method, which is a method of collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literatures related to the research. The results of this study indicate that based on the principle of legality as referred to in Article 1 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code, namely nullapoena sine lege, it means that every criminal sanction must have a legal regulation that regulates it beforehand, the ideal application of the principle of legality in terms of law enforcement for corruption defendants is if the act of corruption can be proven legally and convincingly in a trial that is guided by law enforcement in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legal system contained in the law.

Abstract

Community participation is a stage where the community participates in the process of drafting laws and regulations. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the background of the need for communities to participate in the process of forming laws and regulations and the challenges faced by local communities when involved in the process of forming laws and regulations. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study, which is a data collection technique by reviewing books, literature, memos, and various reports related to the problem to be solved, in order to develop productivity concepts that can be used as a foundation. The results of this study show that community participation is a stage that provides opportunities for the community to participate in the preparation of laws and regulations in accordance with the provisions of the law. Community participation is a mandatory legal norm. So that public participation becomes a mandatory process when drafting laws and regulations.
