Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyrakat dalam bentuk pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan pelayanan perizinan usaha mikro kecil berbasis Online Single Submission Risk Based Approach (OSS RBA) pada pelaku usaha UMK di Lingkungan Kecamatan Mandalajati Kota Bandung. Sistem perizinan yang telah diluncurkan dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan pelaku usaha dalam menerbitkan izin usaha sebagai legalitas usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui pendekatan induktif. Informan ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dari Pelaku Usaha, Tim Peneliti STIA Bagasasi dan Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Bandung yang telah maupun belum menerbitkan izin usahanya melalui OSS RBA. Kondensasi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan merupakan teknik analisis data yang digunakan. Observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi digunakan sebagai pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi dari sosialisasi perizinan usaha mikro kecil berbasis OSS RBA Di Lingkungan Kecamatan Mandalajati Kota Bandung terlaksana dengan baik. Pernyataan ini didasarkan terhadap respon baik dan antusiasme masyarakat terhadap pelaksanaan kebijakan serta badan pelaksana yang sangat mendukung kebijakan terkait perizinan berbasis OSS RBA. Adapun rekomendasi agar implementasi maksimal maka Pemerintah Di Lingkungan Kecamatan Mandalajati Kota Bandung perlu melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan secara meluas kepada pelaku usaha hingga ke tingkat kelurahan/ desa serta menyusun regulasi yang dimuat dalam Peraturan Daerah sebagai landasan penyelenggaraan perizinan berusaha berbasis risiko Di Lingkungan Kecamatan Mandalajati Kota Bandung

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) work ethic and career development on employee performance, (2) work ethic on employee performance, (3) career development on employee performance. The research design used in this study is causal quantitative research. In this study, the research subjects were employees who worked at Dapur Cokelat Galaxy (PT. Abisetya Alka Aryaguna) and the object of research is work ethic, career development and employee performance. The population taken in this study were 83 employees at Dapur Cokelat Galaxy (PT. Abisetya Alka Aryaguna), so the overall sample was 45 people. Data were collected by interviews, document recording and questionnaire methods, then analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) work ethic and career development have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance, (3) career development has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) self-efficacy and workplace motivation on employee performance, (2) self-efficacy on employee performance, (3) workplace motivation on employee performance. Research design used in this study is causal quantitative research. In this study, the subjects were employees at PT Bayu Jaya Kusuma Bali and the objects of research were self-efficacy, workplace motivation and employee performance. Total population in this study was 117 employees of PT Bayu Jaya Kusuma Bali, and the sample was 54 people. Data was collected by interviews, document recording and questionnaire methods, and then analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) self-efficacy and workplace motivation have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) self-efficacy has a significant effect on employee performance, (3) workplace motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The study is titled Principal Leadership in empowering Certified Teachers Grade School Teachers Toward the SMP location in Lembang district. West Bandung. The investigations using descriptive qualitative analytical research methods, data collection techniques with interview, observation and documentation studies. The results of the study as follows: 1 ) Head SMP Lembang has conducted leadership - empowering educators effectively certified teacher professional - grade to the school, with a transformational leadership style and Visioner Leadeship in synergy. 2 ) The effectiveness of the leadership of the Head of SMP Lembang evidenced by mastery of personal competence, managerial, entrepreneurial, social competence and supervision and is able to improve teacher performance by 13.55 % in 2012-2013. 3) Certified Teacher Empowerment Strategies pursued through professional development Sustainable Self Development programs and activities as follows 1) The development of the individual self, 2) Functional Training and Education, 3) In House Training, 4) Collective Activities KKG, MGMPs, PSC, MKSS, 5) Scientific Publications, 6) Innovative activities: workshops, seminars, symposiums. Certified Teacher Empowerment barriers include: 1) Low Motivation to learn some teachers - teachers who are nearing retirement; 2) The low pedagogic competence and professional competence fraction Teacher; 3) Scarcity of School Trustees disciplinary backgrounds Science, Mathematics, and English is required as a resource in the activities of In House Training teachers. 3) The limited time opportunity to pursue continuing education S2/S3 state universities for Culture, Arts and science teachers, English, and Mathematics. For Principal authors recommend including the following: a) the principals must increase continually his quality in transformational and visionery’s leadership to empower effective and professional teachers, b) In House Training for enrichment Instructional Materials Science, Mathematics and English, in addition to the help of School Supervisors should also invoke state university lecturers as a training resource. c) Principals should encourage teachers to continue their education S2/S3 discipline besides linearly Sustainable professional development activities. While those in the appointment of the Head of Department of Education Power School Supervisors should pay more attention to the requirements of academic qualifications and competence of supervisors to prioritize. Teacher: Science, Mathematics, and English to be the supervisor.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) brand image and promotion on purchasing decisions, (2) brand image on purchasing decisions, (3) promotion on purchasing decisions. The research design used in this research is causal quantitative research. In this study, the research subjects were customers who shopped at CV Panyileukan and the objects of research were brand image, promotions and purchase decisions. The population taken in this study is all consumers who shop at CV Panyileukan which amounts to 60 customers. Data were collected by interviews, document recording and questionnaire methods, then analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) brand image and promotion had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, (2) brand image had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, (3) promotion had a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) service quality, price and location on consumer satisfaction, (2) service quality on consumer satisfaction, (3) price on consumer satisfaction, (4) location on consumer satisfaction. The research design used in this research is causal quantitative research. In this study, the research subjects were consumer who visited Hotel Ilos Bandung and the objects of research were service quality, price, location and consumer satisfaction. The population taken in this study were all consumer who visited the Ilos Bandung Hotel which amounts to 35 people. Data were collected by interviews, document recording and questionnaire methods, then analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) service quality, price and location had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, (2) service quality had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, (3) price had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, (4) location had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) product quality on customer satisfaction, (2) service quality on customer satisfaction, (3) price on customer satisfaction. The research design used in this study is a causal quantitative research. In this study, the research subjects were customers at CV Elzayn Communication and the objects of research were service quality, price and customer satisfaction. The sample in this study amounted to 105 customers. Data were collected by interviews, document recording and questionnaire methods, then analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) product quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, (3) price had a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Total population for this study was all employees at Hotel Malaka Bandung totaling 35 employees. Data was collected by interviews, document recording and questionnaire methods, and then analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) work ethic, incentive and career development have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance, (3) incentive has a significant effect on employee performance, (4) career development has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Manajemen Supervisi Akademik oleh Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia (Studi deskriptif di SMPN 1 dan SMPN 3 Lembang serta SMPN 1 Parongpong Kab. Bandung Barat Provinsi Jawa Barat). Berdasarkan hasil UKG Guru SMP di Kab. Bandung Barat tahun 20l5 dengan raihan nilai umumnya masih dibawah nilai 60. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa tingkat profesionalitas guru masih rendah. Rendahnya kemampuan kompetensi guru khsusnya dalam kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi professional akan membawa dampak terhadap rendahnya mutu pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh guru. Tujuan penelitian adalah ingin mengetahui (1) perencanan, (2) pengorganisasian, (3) pelaksanaan, (4) evaluasi, (5) faktor penghambat dan pendukung, serta (6) solusi dalam supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMPN kab Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini dilandasi oleh teori manajemen dan teori supervisi. Penenelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metoda penelitian deskriptif analitik. Tehnik penelitian yang digunakan adalah tehnik Observasi, Wawancara dan Studi Dokumentasi/ Perpustakaan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh antara lain (1) perencanaan kurang memperhatikan esensi tujuan perencanaan yang mencerminkan tujuan supervisi akademik yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan nyata para Guru khususnya guru Bahasa Indonesia. (2) Dari segi pengorganisasian dalam pengaturan tugas dan fungsi supervisi serta pembagian tugas supervisi antara Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah atau Guru Senior yang dipandang profesional masih belum tegas dan jelas, sedangkan dalam pengaturan sarana dan sumberdaya penunjang supervisi sudah baik. (3) Pada pelaksanaan supervisi akademik secara umum telah berjalan dan setiap guru memperoleh pembinaan supervisi akademik minimal satu kali dalam satu semester. (4) Evaluasi supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah belum memiliki instrumen evaluasi supervisi yang kongkrit tentang standar - standar pembelajaran yang efektif setiap mata pelajaran, khususnya untuk mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. (5) Faktor hambatan supervisi akademik disebabkan faktor benturan tugas Kepala sekolah saat harus melaksanakan supervsi akademik dengan tugas lain yang mendadak dari Dinas Pendidikan yang harus dihadiri Kepala Sekolah. (6) Sebagai upaya mengatasi masalah, kepala sekolah mendelegasikan kewenangan supervisi akademik kepada wakil dan guru senior. Penulis merekomendasikan kepada kepala sekolah agar menetapkan tujuan supervisi yang jelas sesuai dengan kebutuhan peningkatan kompetensi guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Kemudian bagi guru hendaknya lebih menyadari tuntutan peningkatan kompetensi guru di era global ini, serta menerima dengan baik kegiatan supervisi akademik sebagai wahana peningkatan kompetensi guru. Bagi Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Olah Raga dan Pemuda Kab. Bandung Barat agar lebih meningkatkan kerjasama dengan Universitas terkait untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui seminar, workshop, atau pelatihan guru. Dan bagi peneliti selajutnya agar mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai Supervisi akademik dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme mengajar guru.

Abstract

The social development of Indonesian society is currently leading to an information society, namely a society that places telecommunications as a source of activity in carrying out daily activities. The current development into the digital era is a term for the emergence of digital, internet networks, especially computer information technology. The digital era itself is often used to describe digital technology. The Internet has become familiar to people. Nowadays, the internet has become part of our daily needs, as if we can't live without the internet. The problem in this research is how is the role of customer service at PT Solusi Prima Connectivist Bandung? This study aims to see the impact of SOP on customer service. This type of research uses a qualitative research approach and uses descriptive-qualitative types, and uses primary and secondary data. The method of data collection in this research is interviews, observation, and documentation. Then, data processing and analysis techniques were carried out in three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the research on the role of customer service in providing services are in two categories, including the basic service strategy, which includes employees on duty in the customer service department, who must be friendly and communicative. Meanwhile, the main service quality includes competence, trust and be trusted, contribution, honesty, social, environmental care and innovation.
