Abstract

Kadar gula reduksi tertinggi didapatkan setelah tiga hari fermentasi yaitu sebesar 10,828 g/L.

Abstract

This study intends to find out the impact of green tea leaves’ concentration and heating temperature on the physical quality of the antimicrobial edible film (AmEF) made from chicken bone gelatin. This study also utilizes chicken bone waste, in oder to increase both monetary value and the usefulness of that waste. The bone gelatin will then be utilized as AMeF and combined with green tea leaves’ extract (Camellia sinensis) that used as sausage wrapper. Several stages have been taken placed as follow: chicken bone gelatin production; green tea leaves extraction; and tea leaves’ extract-AMeF production. cCompletely randomized design with the factorial pattern was used in this study. Data was statistically analyzed using uni-variate analysis with 5% significance rate. Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) will later be used to further test if there is a difference between each treatment. The physical qualities of AmEF that tested in this study include clarity, color, and thickness. The result of this study shows that a clarity value of AmEF was ranged between 0.62-2.12 abs, color was 0.87-2.60 abs, and 0.015-0.023 mm of thickness. The addition of tea extract and heating temperature have significant (P<0.05) effect on the clarity and color while have no effect on the thickness.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to analyze the effect of the application of number head together on the results of learning in learning natural sciences of class V students of Pontianak Utara 38 Elementary School. The method used is the experimental method, while the form of research used is quasi experimental design with nonequivalent control group design. The population and sample in this study were all fifth grade students of Pontianak Utara 38 Elementary School. The data collection tool used was a multiple choice test with 45 questions. Based on data analysis, the average post-test results of the experimental class were 77,89 while the average post-test results of the control class were 75,36. The results of the t test are obtained tcount of 2,189 and t table α = 5% (with dk = 20 + 23 - 2 = 41) of 2,020, which means tcount (2,189)> t table (2,020), then the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. It can be concluded that there is influence the application of number head together on the results of learning in learning natural sciences of class V students of Pontianak Utara 38 Elementary School.. From the results of the calculation of the effect size (ES) ES obtained is 0,4943 (small criteria). This means that the application of number head together have a good influence on the results of learning of learning in learning natural sciences of class V students of Pontianak Utara 38 Elementary School. Keywords: The Effect, Number Head Together, The Result Of Learning, Natural Science

Abstract

Abstrak: Beras masih menjadi makanan pokok favorit untuk masyarakat Indonesia.  Jika belum mengkonsumsi nasi serasa belum makan. Abstract:  Rice is still a favourite staple food for Indonesians. If you haven't eaten rice, you don't feel like eating. One of the programs initiated by the government to change this mindset is the existence of a food diversification program, namely a pattern of diversifying food consumption. Mranggen, Joho Village, was close to the tuber-producing area. However, Empowerment of Family Welfare does not yet have the knowledge and skills to process it. Therefore, the Empowerment of Family Welfare needs to be equipped with an understanding and skills regarding the food diversification using local food, especially Sukoharjo Regency. The method of this activity was carried out in several stages, namely: first, counseling and provision of materials about food diversification and local food processing; second, training and practice of making mocaf flour and its products; third, evaluation of counseling and training activities that have been carried out by comparing the results of the pretest and posttest. If there is an increase in participants' understanding, namely an increase in the value to ≥ 70, this activity is said to be successful. The results showed that the average pretest score was 61.17 and the postest score was 88.23. As many as 88.23% of participants had a score above 70. This showed that this program was successful because the score increased> 70. In addition, participants were also able to make their own mocaf and processed products.
