Abstract

Conflicts regarding tariff transitions and wages often occur in Indonesia. On the other hand, SMEs have an important role in efforts to improve the welfare of the community. This study aims to discuss self-regulating the results (mudharabah) of regional minimum wage increases at the MSME Puti Minang Group (PtM) successfully overcoming wage conflicts with Mudharabah. This research is a skin research carried out at PtM MSMEs in 6 Regencies in Lampung Province. The processed data is primarily based on the data for the result in PtM. In general, profit sharing (Mudharabah) at PTM in 2016 exceeded regional minimum wages. Based on the output value, it can be seen that the P-Value = 0,000, means smaller than the value ? = 0.05, so Ho is rejected and accept Ha. For users (Mudharabah) of PTM in 2016 is greater than the UMR in 2016. PtM wage system using profit sharing (Mudharabah), can provide regional minimum wage standard (UMR) in Lampung in 2016, with an increase of 2016 UMR of 13% from UMR 2015. These results are evidence that a UMR increase of 13%, the profit-sharing system (Mudharabah) at PTM still has the ability to adapt (self-regulate) to the increase in UMR.

Abstract

The background of this research the existence of wage conflict and the threat of urgency of MSME due to the policy of RMW. The theory used is the self regulating of Ediorno and theory profit and loss sharing of Ibn kaldun. The method used case study research conducted on MSME PtM in 6 districts in Lampung Province. Based on its explanation level, this study is a descriptive-comparative study. While based on its objectives, this research is applied research . Processed data are PLS of PtM and RMW in Lampung Province. This study is important to show the self regulating profit and loss sharing (PLS) at MSME as solution wage problem. The results showed that; MBM in MSME PtM has self regulating against UMR increase. The results of this study are in line with Ibn Taimyah "iwad al mithl", Ibn Khaldun "profit sharing as a fair way of dividing the production surplus", Zubair "gharor on the wage system because of prefixed like interest", Ediarno "wage system makes the economy not self regulating, high risk of crisis, perennial-wage conflict ", Setiawan" PLS system works better in generating profitability, more equitable in distributing wages, and creating higher productivity ", Keynes" wege rigidity causes self-regulating failure " , Pigou "elastic wage model (plasticity of wage) for the economy to be adaptive" self regulating ". The result of the study differs from Smith's thought that "classical economic flow" of the wage system in the production system would be "self-regulating," Ricardo's idea of the new clasisical economy "the classical market economy mechanism of surplus production rights of employers (employers)." Also different from Marx the right of surplus production belongs only to the workers.

The econometric model used to answer the research questions is factor analysis then continued with logit regression analysis. The results of the instrument validity test, each question indicator has r calculate r table so that each question indicator on the variables of religiosity, price perception, knowledge and service is valid. The H-L Statistics value is 13.5910 0.05 then the model is said to be feasible. From the t test data above, it can be seen that: For the value of prob X1 of 0.2610 where 0.05 means that the variable X1 has no effect on variable Y. For the value of prob X2 of 0.7837 where 0.05 means that variable X2 has no effect on variable Y. For the value of prob X3 of 0.0022 where 0.05 means that the variable X3 affects the variable Y. For the value of prob X4 of 0.3473 where 0.05 means that variable X4 has no effect on variable Y. Fadden R-squared is 0.183829 meaning that 18% of variable X in this study is able to affect variable Y while 84% is influenced by variable X outside this study. Based on the value of statistics z and probability, only the variables of knowledge are significant to the decision to choose non-bank Islamic home financing in Amanah Property Syariah, while the 3 variables are insignificant. All free variables (religiosity, price perception, knowledge and services) are jointly able to influence the customer's decision to choose non-bank Sharia Home Ownership Financing (PPR). However, religiosity, price perception and service factors do not have a significant effect on the decision of customers to choose non-bank Sharia Home Ownership Financing (PPR). Research Methodology: : The analytical method used in this research is quantitative with interviews,  questionnaires, literature study, and regression.  Result: Cement prices have a negative significant effect on cement demand, but product quality and consumer services have a positive significant effect on cement demand. The structure of the cement trading services market belongs to a monopolistic market. Limitations: The limitation of this study is using primary data Contribution: Some markets set prices according to the wishes of the actors themselves without following company rules, that is what causes some actors to discriminate. because it belongs to a monopolistic market, each company must implement a non-price policy. Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the external and internal factors that affect the movement of the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) in Indonesia in the short and long term. External influences of global stock indices are DJIA, NIKKEI225 and SSEC, as well as the exchange rate (USD/IDR). The most influential internal influence is inflation. Research methodology: This study uses the ECM (Error Correction Model) method. ECM aims to determine the long-term and short-term effects of variables that affect the JCI in Indonesia. In addition, this study uses monthly time series data from January 2015 to December 2020. Results: The results of this study show that the DJIA index and Inflation have a positive and significant influence in the long and short term on the movement of IHSG  in Indonesia. The SSEC and Exchange Rate Index (USD/IDR) have a negative and significant relationship in the long and short term to the movement of IHSG in Indonesia, while the NIKKEI225 index has no long-term or short-term influence on the movement of IHSG in Indonesia.  Limitations: The limitation of this research is that there are many variables outside the model that are not included in the study Contribution: For investors who will start investing in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, before investing, they should pay attention to the movement of global stock indexes (DJIA and SSEC).
