Abstract

This study aims to explain the Analysis of Islamic Business Management Values Regarding the Effect of Land and Building Taxes and Village Levies on Local Revenue in Purasari Village. This research is limited to analyzing annual quantitative secondary data in the time span between 2016-2019. The data is reprocessed according to the needs of the model used. Sources of data come from various sources, including the regional revenue office statistics, scientific journals and other literature related to this research topic. The analytical method used in this research is a simple analysis which is used to determine the extent of the effect of changes in another variable with the help of SPSS. The results showed that land and building taxes and levies have a positive and significant effect on local revenue.

Abstract

The development of internet technology is increasingly advanced, making this technology one of the media not only for communicating, but also for buying and selling. The unique characteristics of the internet and its worldwide reach, make e-commerce grow more rapidly. When compared to ordinary commerce, the nature of the internet can be said to be unique because it has managed to penetrate world boundaries, cut distribution chains, and is available 24 hours a day. This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of price on buying interest, (2) the effect of ease of use on buying interest, (3) the effect of trust on buying interest, (4) the effect of price, ease of use and trust on buying interest. This type of research is survey research. The population in this study were students of the Sahid Islamic Institute. The sampling method is simple random sampling with a sample of 100 people. Data were collected by using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis.

Abstract

The potential for halal tourism in Indonesia is quite large, but one of the obstacles to the halal tourism industry in Indonesia is the lack of public understanding regarding government regulations, concepts, as well as the challenges and potential of halal tourism, which is one of the obstacles that causes Indonesian halal tourism to be considered less popular. so that knowledge related to these aspects of halal tourism is needed. The purpose of this study was to analyze the perception of the people of Pamijahan District on the application of halal tourism. This type of research is quantitative with a sample of 66 respondents. The sampling technique used was the Random Sampling technique with the Tabachic & Fidell method. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study show the effect of perceptions of the application of halal tourism which consists of information media, level of education and knowledge of halal together has real and positive influence. However, it is more dominant that halal knowledge has a significant and positive effect on the perception of the application of halal tourism, with a variable regression coefficient value of 0.807, which means that if halal knowledge increases by one unit, then the perceived value of implementing halal tourism will increase by 0.807. Increasing knowledge and awareness of halal (halal awareness) in the Pamijahan sub-district community can encourage an increase in the development of halal tourism in the region.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the capacity of teachers in Gunung Sari village in learning in the current digital era. The subject of this study is the teacher as an educator in Gunung Sari Village, Pamijahan District. To increase the ability and capacity in learning in the digital era, it is required to have literacy skills so that they can be taught to students. This research method uses a qualitative approach with collection in the form of observations and interviews. The results of the study show that there are still many teachers in Gunung Sari village who are not ready to face the digital revolution, especially in terms of increasing literacy in the current digital era, rapid developments in the digital world today make it difficult for teachers to align literacy strategies.
