Abstract

Dismenorea dapat dikurangi atau dicegah dengan mengkonsumsi coklat karena dapat meningkatkan kadar esterogen yang nantinya dapat memicu lepasnya prostaglandin. Remaja putri di desa alue padee mengalami nyeri menstruasi yang dapat mengganggu kenyamanan dan dalam kegiatan lainnya sehingga untuk mengurangi nyeri menstruasi dengan mengkonsumsi obat penghilang nyeri. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian dark chocolate terhadap skala nyeri saat menstruasi pada remaja putri di desa Aluee Padee Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Desain penelitian menggunakan eksperimen semu (quasi experimen) dengan rancangan penelitian adalah pretest-posttest control group design dengan populasi sebanyak 80 remaja putri dan sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 22 Maret sampai dengan 05 April Tahun 2021. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa rata-rata nyeri menstruasi sebelum diberikan dark chocolate yaitu 4,07 dengan nilai standar deviasi (SD) sebesar 0,640. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata skala nyeri menstruasi setelah diberikan dark chocolate yaitu 3,00 dengan nilai standar deviasi (SD) sebesar 0,743. Hasil uji statistik memperlihatkan nilai P value 0,014 yang artinya ada pengaruh nyeri menstruasi sebelum dan setelah diberikan dark chocolate pada remaja putri di Desa Alue Padee Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya Tahun 2021. Disarankan bagi remaja putri saat menstruasi dapat melakukan terapi pengurangan nyeri dengan dark chocolate.

Abstract

Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil yaitu faktor langsung meliputi konsumsi tablet Fe, status gizi ibu hamil, penyakit infeksi, dan perdarahan. Sedangkan faktor tidak langsung meliputi frekuensi ANC, umur ibu. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kadar hemoglobin (HB) pada ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Susoh Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Desain penelitian menggunakan Cross sectional dengan populasi sebanyak 51 responden dan sampel sebanyak 51 responden menggunakan total sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 28 Maret s.d 30 April tahun 2021. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan pengetahuan ibu (P = 0,019), konsumsi tablet Fe (P = 0,046), status gizi ibu hamil (P = 0,011), frekuensi ANC (P = 0,042), umur ibu (P = 0,012), pendidikan ibu (P = 0,001) dan paritas (P = 0,046), dengan kadar hemoglobin (HB) pada ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Susoh Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Kesimpulan adalah pengetahuan ibu, konsumsi tablet Fe, status gizi ibu hamil, frekuensi ANC, umur ibu, pendidikan ibu dan paritas menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi kadar hemoglobin (HB) pada ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Susoh Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Disarankan bagi puskesmas dapatĀ  meningkatkan KIE bagi ibu hamil tentang jumlah dan cara yang benar mengkonsumsi tablet Fe.

Abstract

The world is currently busy with the emergence of corona virus diseases (Covid 19). The government has made various efforts to limit activities, one of which is conducting an online learning process. The role of parents is important to accompany children during their studies. The purpose of this study was to determine the parents' perspective on the learning process of elementary school students during the covid 19 pandemic in Ie Masen Kayee Adang Village, Syiah Kuala District, Banda Aceh City in 2021. This type of research is descriptive observational, the research was carried out on June 14 to 19, 2021. The population in this study was all parents of elementary school age children living in Gampong Ie Masen Kayee Adang, Syiah Kuala District, Banda Aceh City, with sampling using proportional random sampling technique as many as 61 people. The results showed that most of the respondents' parental perspectives on the student learning process were in the less category as many as 35 respondents (57.4%), student learning process methods were in the good category as many as 31 respondents (50.8 %), student learning process are in the good category as many as 36 respondents (59%), student learning process are in the good category as many as 33 respondents (54.1%). it is hoped that this research can provide input for teachers in designing learning methods so that it is easy for students to understand when learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, so that it can make it easier for parents inĀ  learning process and can improve the learning achievement of children.

Abstract

In developing countries, diarrhea is a common disease and a leading cause of mortality in children. Moreover, the guava plant (Psidium guajava L) is known by the Indonesian people as herbal medicine that may serve as a remedy for various diseases. One of the best-known benefits of guava leaf for people in Indonesia is that it can act as an antidiarrheal. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of guava leaf extract (Psidium Guajava L.) in diarrhea treatment among children aged 6-12 years in the working area of Krueng Barona Jaya Community Health Center. This study was a quasi-experiment of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population member in this study was mothers with children aged 6-12 years old suffering from diarrhea in the working area of Krueng Barona Jaya Public Health Center. The purposive sampling technique was employed to select 15 respondents. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. This study was conducted from 27 June to 4 July 2022. The data were processed using editing, coding, transferring, and tabulating, and analyzed using the T-test at an error level of 0,05. The results showed that is effective in diarrhea treatment for children aged 6-12 years old with a p-value of 0.000

Abstract

The spread of COVID-19 cases is increasing, it is necessary to prevent covid 19, especially for school children. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education on increasing children's knowledge about covid 19 at SD Negeri 2 Krueng Sabee, Aceh Jaya Regency in 2021. This type of research was quasi-experimental using a one-group pretest posttest design, the study was carried out 6 to 19 April 2021. The population in this study were all fourth and fifth-grade school children at SD Negeri 2 Krueng Sabee, Aceh Jaya Regency using a purposive sampling technique as many as 20 people. The results showed that before the intervention, most of the children's knowledge was in the sufficient category as many as 11 respondents (55%) and in the good category only 1 respondent (5%), after the intervention most of the children's knowledge was in the good category as many as 9 respondents ( 45%) and in the sufficient category as many as 10 respondents (50%). The results of the analysis using the paired sample T-test obtained a p-value of 0.000 < = 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of health education on increasing children's knowledge about covid 19 before and after treatment. It is hoped that this research can provide significant information for teachers and UKS officers in conducting socialization for students in the school environment about the application of the practice of using masks, washing hands and social distancing during the pandemic.

Abstract

Pecandu NAPZA dari tahun ke tahun terus meningkat dan terdapat di semua golongan umur. Salah satu cara menyelamatkan para pecandu ini adalah dengan rehabilitasi, berhasilnya rehabilitasi ini di tentukan oleh motivasi dari klien untuk sembuh dan untuk itu diperlukan dukungan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat motivasi untuk sembuh pada penyalahguna NAPZA di Lapas Kelas IIA Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan desain Cross Sectional study. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tanggal 26 s/d 30 Desember 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian seluruh penyalahguna NAPZA di Lapas Kelas IIA Banda Aceh dengan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling yaitu sebanyak 31 orang. Pengumpulan data mengggunakan data primer. Sampel alat ukur menggunakan chi square test, teknik analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan dukungan emosional (p=0,000), dukungan informasi (p=0,017), dukungan instrumen (p=0,000), dukungan penghargaan (p=0,021) dan dukungan keluarga (p=0,000) dengan tingkat motivasi untuk sembuh pada penyalahguna NAPZA. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan terdapat hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat motivasi untuk sembuh pada penyalahguna NAPZA di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (LAPAS) Kelas IIA Banda Aceh. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan masukan dalam penentuan program yang akan diambil sebagai upaya peningkatan motivasi dan percepatan proses rehabilitasi pada pengguna NAPZA.

Abstract

Abstrak: Hubungan Personal Hygiene Dan Sanitasi Lingkungan DenganKejadian Penyakit Kulit Di Gampong Lamgapang Kecamatan Krueng BaronaJaya Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penyakit kulit menjadi peringkat ketiga darisepuluh penyakit terbanyak pada pasien rawat jalan dirumah sakit se-Indonesia.Data yang diperoleh dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Aceh Besar tahun 2019,angka kejadian skabies mencapai 176 orang sedangkan pada tahun 2019 mencapai577 orang, dimana Kecamatan yang menyumbang angka kejadian penyakit kulitadalah Kecamatan Krueng Barona Jaya sebanyak 317 kasus perbulannya dan diKecamatan Ingin Jaya sebanyak 269 kasus dan Kecamatan Darul Imarah 254kasus. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan personal hygiene dansanitasi lingkungan dengan kejadian penyakit kulit di Gampong LamgapangKecamatan Krueng Barona Jaya Kabupaten Aceh Besar Tahun 2022. Desainpenelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasidalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang tinggal di gampongLamgapang Kecamatan Krueng Barona Jaya Kabupaten Aceh Besar dengan teknikpengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang berjumlah 41responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2022. Hasil penelitian diperolehbahwa ada hubungan personal hygiene dengan kejadian penyakit kulit dengan nilaip-value=0,046, ada hubungan sanitasi lingkungan dengan kejadian penyakit kulitdengan nilai p-value=0,015.

Abstract

Stress is a stimulus or situation that causes distress and can create physical and psychological demands on a person. Nursing professional education is an advanced program from students to professional nurses, Retaker is a candidate who has participated in Ukom more than once where students who experience this repeatedly will cause stress so it is necessary to overcome these problems with a coping mechanism to find out the extent of the stress experienced that student. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between stress levels and coping mechanisms in nursing professions at Bina Bangsa University Getsempena Banda Aceh in 2023. By using a descriptive correlational research type with a cross-sectoral study approach design with a population of 48 respondents, the technique used in This research uses total sampling technique. This research was conducted on January 18-24 2023 with univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that of the 48 respondents who had moderate stress, there were 24 people (82.8%), while those who were heavily stressed were 4 people (13.8%), and those who experienced mild stress were 1 person (0%) with a p value 0.048, so there is a relationship between the level of stress on coping mechanisms in professional nurses. It is hoped that all students will increase their knowledge by digging up information about stress levels and improving coping mechanisms in dealing with UKOM.

Abstract

School age is a period when parents need to maintain and pay attention to good weight growth. Therefore parents should pay attention to nutritious food in children. Carbohydrates, proteins and fats are macro-nutrients that need to be balanced every day. Nutritional problems in children are still a problem in Indonesia, such as thin children, stunting and anemia. Malnutrition will have an impact on the productivity and quality of life of children in the future. Data from the Kuta Baro Health Center showed that there were 22 children with malnutrition status. The purpose of community service is to increase mothers' knowledge and skills in serving and choosing healthy snacks for children. The service method is carried out through health education about nutritional needs and healthy snacks for school-age children as an effort to increase mothers' understanding of nutritional needs. The results showed that the participants were enthusiastic in participating in counseling and demonstrating choosing healthy snacks, indicated by the number of questions from the participants. After this service activity, it is hoped that parents can continue to provide nutritious food and children can choose healthy snacks so that together they can prevent children from being malnourished from an early age.
