Abstract

The Accreditation Rating Monitoring and Evaluation Instrument (IPEPA) applies to Study Programs (PS) and Higher Education (PT) which are part of the accreditation mechanism carried out by the Higher Education National Accreditation Agency (BAN-PT). Monitoring of the fulfillment of Accreditation Rating requirements is carried out by the Executive Board for all Study Programs and Universities that have Accreditation Ratings. Monitoring is carried out at least 1 (one) time in 5 (five) years and no later than 1 (one) year before the end of the Accreditation Rating period. Monitoring is carried out based on data and information at the Higher Education Database (PD-DIKTI). The results of the monitoring process through the mechanism referred to can be in the form of Accreditation Rating conditions that are still fulfilled which will then be used as the basis for extending the Accreditation Rating Decision for the next 5 (five) years; or the Accreditation Rating requirements are no longer fulfilled, so that the Higher Education National Accreditation Agency (BAN-PT) revokes the Accreditation Rating Decision that has been given and determines a lower Accreditation Rating Decision with the same rating system as the previous rating system.
