Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing cases of HIV/AIDS in Indonesia due to a lack of knowledge, information, and public awareness about HIV/AIDS. In addition, social prejudice and discrimination still exist. Therefore, it is considered necessary to make maximum effort to prevent it. Changes in human behavior are expected to reduce the rate of spread of HIV/AIDS in society because it can hinder socio-economic development and threaten national stability. The purpose of this study was to describe HIV/AIDS prevention efforts in Harapan Village, Kwamki Narama District, Mimika Regency, Papua. The type of research used was research with a descriptive research design to obtain a detailed description of HIV/AIDS prevention behavior. The number of samples is 80 with a simple random sampling method. As a result, the percentage of respondents who took appropriate HIV/AIDS prevention measures was the highest at 66.3%, followed by appropriate attitudes at 63.8% and knowledge of appropriate attitudes at 53.8%, followed by %. This means that there is a significant relationship between behavior and attitudes towards behavior in HIV/AIDS prevention. There is no significant relationship between knowledge and action in HIV/AIDS prevention. It was concluded that respondents' lack of knowledge influences their behavior in preventing HIV/AIDS. In terms of attitude, the behavior of respondents who take or do not avoid HIV/AIDS transmission can influence their behavior in the decision-making process as well as their behavior in HIV/AIDS prevention. The bottom line is that knowledge, attitudes, and actions are very important in efforts to combat HIV/AIDS

Abstract

Permenakertrans Nomor PER 13/MEN/X/2021 mendefinisikan lingkungan kerja sebagai hasil perpaduan suhu, kelembaban, kecepatan aliran udara, dan panas radiasi dengan derajat panas tubuh pekerja akibat pekerjaannya. Menurut perkiraan data terbaru yang dikeluarkan oleh organisasi Perburuhan Internasional (ILO) sebanyak 2,78 juta pekerja meninggal setiap tahunnya akibat kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja. Dari jumlah tersebut, sekitar 2,4 juta (86,3%) kematian terjadi karena penyakit akibat kerja, sisanya 380.000 (13,7%) disebabkan oleh kecelakaan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk diketahuinya gambaran produktivitas kerja di tempat kerja pada PT. Anugerah Mapan Jaya Hydrocolloids, Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif, dilakukan terhadap karyawan dengan tujuan untuk melihat fenomena yang terjadi pada suatu populasi. Hasil penelitian gambaran iklim kerja panas terhadap produktivitas kerja menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa bagian pekerjaan yang terpapar suhu panas yaitu boiler, driyer dan penjemuran. Lama paparan juga mempengaruhi tingkat produktivitas kerja menurun karena jika karyawan tidak menggunakan APD dalam bekerja otomatis resiko terjadi penyakit akibat kerja dapat meningkat. Karyawan yang bekerja sudah lama dalam perusahaan atau dengan masa kerja lama dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karena pengalaman karyawan sudah cukup. Status kesehatan dalam penelitian ini sangat berpengaruh karena kesehatan karyawan sangat dibutuhkan dalam proses bekerja untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah peningkatan produktivitas kerja bagi karyawan sangat berpengaruh besar bagi perusahaan, karena perusahaan melihat semua aspek-aspek yang berhubungan langsung dengan karyawan baik itu kondisi lingkungan, mesin-mesin yang terpapar langsung oleh pekerja dan kesehatan bagi karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the function of Manado's Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Agency (P2TP2A) on Jl. City Hall No. 1 Tikala Ares, Tikala Subdistrict in dealing with incidents of domestic violence against women and children. The issue in this study is domestic violence against women and children. Methods of qualitative research. The goal of qualitative research methodologies is to produce a thorough, factual, and accurate portrayal. Observation, interviews, and documentation are all methods for gathering data. According to the findings of field study, there is a lot of domestic violence against women and children, and there is still violence that is carried out by using the hands with small strikes to blows that might make the victim's condition worse, way that it has an influence on the psychological and psychological development of children, and other elements. Economic considerations, early marriage, and intervention from others are all causes of violence
