Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine and empirically explain the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment, work motivation, and organizational justice on employee job satisfaction in the Department of Housing, Resettlement and Land Affairs of Kendari City. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative explanatory design. Associative explanative research is research that aims to determine the effect of two independent variables on the dependent variable by examining the causal relationship between variables. The results showed that  (1) organizational culture, organizational commitment, work motivation and organizational justice had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (2) organizational culture had a negative and not significant effect on employee job satisfaction. (3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (4) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (5) Organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Department of Housing, Settlement and Land Areas of Kendari City. Keywords: organizational culture, commitment, justice, and work motivation job satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of work motivation, Team Work and Interpersonal communication towards Kinerjai Health officer in the POLDA SULTRA Biddokes. This research approach is to use explanatory research. Data collection is done Cross Sectional Study by using instrument in the form of poll. The population of this study was all the officers of the POLDA Sultra Biddokes with a total of 196 people. The samples in this study numbered 66 people based on the sample formula. The analysis equipment used is regression analysis.The results showed that work motivation, Team Work and Interpersonal communication have positive and significant effect on improving the performance of the Biddokkes POLICE officer Sultra. Based on test results of multiple linear regression analyses, regression coefficient, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and regression partial (t). Thus it can be concluded that the work motivation, Teamwork and Interpersonal communication contributed positively and significantly to the performance of POLICE Biddokkes Sultra.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect; 1) the influence of spiritual leadership, organizational culture and work behavior simultaneously on employee performance. 2.) the influence of spiritual leadership, on employee performance. 3.) the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and 4) the influence of work behavior on employee performance. the research method is to use quantitative research. the data used are secondary and primary data. data analysis usingspss software version 20. the sampling technique uses saturated sample amounted to 51 employees at class iib unaaha state prison. the results showed that; 1) spiritual leadership, organizational culture and work behavior simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. 2)spiritual leadershippositive and significant effect on employee performance. 3)organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4) work behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze strategies to improve achievement motivation and discipline of teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Besulutu Konawe Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in an effort to improve achievement motivation and teacher discipline in SMP Negeri 1 Besulutu using strategies: planning, implementation and evaluation. Achievement motivation and teacher discipline are two very important things that must be attached to an educator in an effort to realize educational goals to shape and produce students who excel and discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze empirically the effect of training,competency, motivation and organizational culture on the performance of employees of revenue bodies in the Southeast Sulawesi province. The population in this study were all employees of the office of the Regional Revenue Agency of Southeast Sulawesi Province who had participated in the training of 40 people. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (4) organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and (5) training, competence, motivation and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: training, competence, motivation, organizational culture, employee performance
