Abstract

Purpose of research is to express elements comprehended as legal capital of trade done by moslem public Gu-Lakudo. Research method. Approach which grounded theory based on phenomenon, with model grounded research and more emphasizing atly is approach of emic. Data collecting is done with method: observation, interview and documentation. Main instrument is researcher self with help: jotter, tape recorde. handycam, and camera, Authenticity of data is tested with triangulation method: technique, source, and time. Data analysis applied constant comparability analysis (constant comparative analysis). Research finds that elements told by legal capital in understanding of moslem public Gu-Lakudo which implementing trade business covers element of matter and element non matter covers: sincerity, godlyr (shalat and zakat). intention prayer, bravery and patient. Integrated the elements is build the capital concept, hence called religious capital. Its defined as wealth of matter and non matter applied (accompanies) to water down effort for man for the agenda of creating highest man value in God eye through mechanism of market diridhai by God.

Abstract

The performance of quality teachers can have a good impact on the realization of an educational institution. This study intends to analyze the principal's leadership style and the perception of certification on teacher performance through the intervention variable of achievement motivation in SMP Negeri SeKabupaten North Konawe. The population in this study were all teachers who were recorded to be active in North Konawe Regency, as many as 42 people. The population determination is by Cluster Area Random Sampling and continued by taking samples using the Slovin technique. The analytical tool used is Smart PLS software. According to the results of the study, it can be concluded that leadership style has a good and big impact on teacher performance, leadership style has a good and big impact on achievement motivation, perceptions of certification have a good and big impact on teacher performance, perceptions of certification have a good and big impact on teacher performance and have a big impact on achievement motivation has a positive and significant impact on achievement motivation and has a good and large impact on teacher performance. Leadership style has a good and large impact on teacher performance. Cognition certification has a good and large impact on the performance of junior high school teachers in Oheo Street, North Conaway County Intervention Variables of Teacher Achievement Motivation by Country.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh variabel stress kerja yang meliputi stress kerja yang berasal dari dalam organisasi dan stress kerja yang berasal dari luar organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Bank Mega Tbk, Cabang Kendari baik secara simultan maupun parsial, serta untuk mengetahui variabel stress kerja yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Bank Mega Tbk, Cabang Kendari. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 58 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik sensus dari jumlah populasi pegawai pada PT. Bank Mega Tbk, Cabang Kendari yang diolah menggunakan SPSS 15 sebagai alat analisisnya Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel stress yang berasal dari dalam organisasi dan stress yang berasal dari luar organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Bank Mega Tbk, Cabang Kendari, demikian juga secara parsial variabel stress yang berasal dari dalam organisasi dan stress yang berasal dari luar organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Bank Mega Tbk, Cabang Kendari dimana variabel stress yang berasal dari dalam organisasi memberikan pengaruh yang lebih dominan dari variabel stress yang berasal dari luar organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance. This study uses a sampling technique, namely a saturated sample of 61 samples consisting of a secretary, head of division, head of section, and functional staff of the RRI Kendari Public Broadcasting Institute. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 24 software application.The results of this study indicate that (1) Compensation partially has a positive effect on employee performance. (2) Work Discipline partially has a positive effect on employee performance. (3) Compensation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance. The conclusion of this study is that the higher the compensation, the higher the performance of the resulting employee as well as the higher the work discipline, the higher the employee's performance, and compensation and work discipline have an interaction with the employee's performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui: (1) pengaruh insentif non finansial dan pelatihan kerja secara simultan terhadap produktivitas karyawan, (2) pengaruh insentif non finansial secara parsial terhadap produktivitas karyawan, (3) pengaruh pelatihan kerja secara parsial terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT. Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) Nii Tanasa Konawe. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) Nii Tanasa Konawe yaitu sebanyak 150 orang sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik sampling random sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 orang.Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Insentif Non Finansial Dan Pelatihan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan, (2) Insentif Non Finansial Berpengaruh Positif Dan Signifikan Terhadap Produktivitas, (3) Pelatihan Kerja Berpengaruh Positif Dan Signifikan Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan PT. Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) Nii Tanasa Konawe.

Abstract

The purpose of this research istest and explaininfluence 1)demographics of investment decisions 2) influence demographics to financial behavior bias 3) influence financial literacy on investment decisions 4) influence of financial literacy on financial behavior bias 5) influence of income factors on financial behavior bias 6) influence of income factors on investment decisions 7)influencefinancial behavior bias towards investment decisions 8) demographic influence on investment decisions mediated by financial behavior bias 9) the effect of financial literacy on investment decisions mediated by financial behavior bias. 10) the influence of the income factor on investment decisions which is mediated by financial behavior bias. The research design used is quantitative research. The data used are secondary data. Data analysis usessoftware Smart PLS.  The results showed that: 1).Demographicsdoes not have a significant effect on investment decisions. 2).Demographics have a significant effect on financial behavior bias.3) Financial literacy has a significant effect on investment decisions. 4) Financial literacy has a significant effect on bias in financial behavior. 5)Income does not have a significant effect on investment decisions. 6) Income has a significant effect on investment decisions. 7) Financial behavior bias has a significant effect on investment decisions. 8)Financial behavior bias is able to mediate (full mediation) the influence of demographics on investment decisions.9). Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine and explain the effect of organizational based self esteem, leadership style, commitment to employees performance of the South Mowila Konawe Regency.  The approach of this research is survey method with explanatory research design.  Data was collected with an instrument in the form of questionnaires.  The population of the research was 39 employees of the Mowila Head Office.  The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis was multiple linear regression.  The result showed that organizational based self esteem, leadership, and commitment simultaneously had significant effect on employees performance.  Organizational based self esteem and commitment partially have significant effect on employees performance, while leadership style had positive but insignificant effect on employees performance.  Finally, this research shows that leadership style does not have partial effect on employees performance, but can prove that organizational based self esteem, leadership style, and commitment affected the performance of Mowila district office employees.Keywords: organizational based self esteem, leadership style, commitment and employees performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and explain the influence of leadership behavior on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment and job satisfaction in the Konawe District PPKB Office. This research approach is a survey with explanatory research design. Data collection is done cross-section using instruments in the form of questionnaires. The population of this study is a Vertical ASN at the Konawe Regency PPKB Office with a sample of 63 people. The analysis equipment used for hypothesis testing is Partial least square (PLS). The results showed that leadership behavior have a positive and significant effect on commitment and job satisfaction, but on employee performance have not significant effect. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, organizational commitment and job satisfaction serve as a perfect mediation on the influence of leadership behavior on employee performance. This means that good leadership behavior contributes significantly to improving organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Then organizational commitment and high job satisfaction then employee performance is significantly improved. However, direct leadership behavior does not contribute significantly to improving employee performance, unless it first increases organizational commitment and employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study intends to analyze the simultaneous and partial effect of competence, work discipline and work environment on employees performance in the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Forestry Service.The population of this research was the Civil Servants (PNS) of the Provincial Forestry Service of Southeast Sulawesi. The size of the sample in this research was determined by using the Slovin formula which amounted to 96 respondents. The determination of this research sample used probability sampling techniques, which is proportional stratified random sampling. Strata was carried out based on the placement of employees of the Provincial Forestry Service of the Southeast Sulawesi. The method of collecting data was using questionnaires and literature review. The analytical tool used is the Multivariate Regression Analysis (MRA) using SPSS for Windows 24.0.The result of the research shows: 1) competence, work discipline and work environment simultaneously have positive and significant effects on employee performance; 2) competence has positive and significant effects on employees performance; 3) work discipline has positive and significant effects on employees performance; and 4) work environment has positive and insignificant effects on employees performance.Keywords: competence, work discipline, work environment and employees performance

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine and explain the effect of Organizational Commitment, Leadership Behavior and Work Ethics on Employees Performance at Wakatobi Regency Regional Secretariat. The approach of this study was survey with explanatory research design. Data is collected by using survey method with questionnaires and interviews. The population of this study is 59 people in Wakatobi Regency Regional Secretariat. Because the population of the study is relatively small, all the populations in the study were made as respondents. The analytical equipment used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.The result shows that Organizational Commitment, Leadership Behavior and Work Ethics has positive and significant effects on employees performance, and partially organizational commitment has positive and significant effects on employees performance; Leadership behavior has positive and significant effects on employee performance, and Work Ethics has positive and significant effects on employees performance.Keywords: organizational commitment, leadership behavior, work ethics, and employees performance
