Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of work motivation, culture and organizational commitment on job satisfaction of employees of the BKKBN Representative in Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research design is based on a quantitative approach with a positivist paradigm through a survey method. Data was collected in a cross-sectional manner using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire to all employees of the BKKBN Priovinsi Southeast Sulawesi Representative Employees as many as 57 people. The analytical tool used in testing the hypothesis of this research is multivariate regression analysis.The results showed that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, good organizational commitment has been proven to have a positive and significant contribution to increasing employee job satisfaction. Finally, work motivation, organizational culture and organizational commitment have a significant simultaneous effect on employee job satisfaction. Thus, it can be concluded that changes in increasing work motivation which are reflected through the need for achievement, bureaucratic culture and affective commitment have a positive and significant contribution together to job satisfaction through job satisfaction, incentives/bonuses and benefits, working conditions and co-workers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and explain the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance through the role of interpersonal trust mediation in BAPPEDA Wakatobi Regency. This research approach is a survey with an explanatory research design. Data collection is done on a online basis using instruments in the form of questionnaires through the https://forms.gle/2wevLGgXLtUmm2Qw6 page. The population of this study is all employees in BAPPEDA Wakatobi Regency as many as 32 people. The analysis equipment used in hypothesis testing is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on interpersonal trust and employee performance. Interpersonal trust has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Finally, the results of the study proved interpersonal trust acts as a partial mediation influence between transformational leadership on employee performance. This means that increased interpersonal trust is significantly influenced by transformational leadership. Furthermore, interpersonal trust has a significant contribution to improving employee performance. Finally, good transformational leadership can also contribute significantly toward improvement of employee performance in BAPPEDA Wakatobi Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of LMX, job satisfaction, and work exhaustion on the performance of policewomen at Polda Sultra either simultaneously or partially. The paradigm of this study is positivist with a quantitative approach. Data were collected in a cross-sectional manner using a one-line questionnaire with the link: https://bit.ly/angket-riset-Ribka-Diana.  The sample of this research is allpolicewomenn in Polda Sultra as many as 63 people. The analytical tool used is Multivariate Regression Analysis.The results showed that LMX, satisfaction, and work exhaustion had a positive and significant effect on policewoman performance together. Furthermore, the partial test results of LMX proved to have a positive and significant effect on policewoman performance. Then job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on policewoman performance. Work exhaustion has also been shown to have a negative and significant effect on policewoman performance. This means that the better the application of LMX and job satisfaction as well as a significant decrease in work exhaustion, the policewoman performance increases significantly. This result is also reinforced by respondents' statements based on the LMX description, job satisfaction, and policewoman performance, the majority of respondents stated that the implementation was good at the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and explain the influence of professional allowances (remuneration), education and training on police performance both simultaneously and partially at the Muna Police Station. This research approach is quantitative with a positivist paradigm. Data was collected by cross-section by using a questionnaire. The population of this research is all police personnel with the rank of AIPDA and BRIPKA as many as 252 people. The sample size was determined by the Slovin formula, so that a sample of 71 people was obtained. The sampling technique is based on random sampling. The analytical tool used is Multivariate Regression Analysis. The results showed that the professional allowance (remuneration), education and training simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on police performance. Then the professional allowance (remuneration) partially positive and significant effect on police performance. Education partially has a positive and significant effect on police performance. Training has a positive and partially significant effect on police performance. This means that the higher the professional/performance allowance, education and training, the police performance will increase significantly. Changes in the increase in professional/performance allowances which are described by the fulfillment of requirements in receiving professional/performance allowances (remuneration), education, namely the opportunity for the development of knowledge through formal education, then training, namely the clarity of goals and targets for participating in training, has a significant or significant contribution to the improvement police generic police performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of quality of work life, organizational culture, transformational leadership and motivation on performance. The population in this study is all employees at 3 Secretariat offices in the Bawaslu of Southeast Sulawesi Province as many as 72 people. The sample in this study took all the population as a sample, which amounted to 72 people. The analysis used in inferential statistics is Multivariate Linear Regression performed with the help of SPSS 21.The results of this study indicate that Quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, motivation has an effect on employee performance. Finally, Employee growth and development, team orientation, Intellectual Stimulation and the need to achieve employee performance are very able to increase the potential ability of employees to complete work and give confidence to their subordinates and the encouragement to excel and achieve has a good influence in improving employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of competence on organizational commitment of the personnel of the Ditreskrimum Polda Sultra. Leader member exchange on organizational commitment. Competence on performance. Leader member exchange on performance. Organizational commitment to performance. Competence on performance through organizational commitment mediated commitment and leader member exchange on performance mediated organizational commitment. The population in this study were 56 personnel. Data analysis in this study is SmartPLS version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of the Ditreskrimum Polda Sultra personnel. This means that the better the competence, the higher the organizational commitment. Leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. This means that the better the leader member exchange, the higher the organizational commitment. Competence has a positive and significant effect on performance. This means that the better the competence , the better the performance of the personnel . Leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. This means that the better the competence, the higher the organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. This means that the better the organizational commitment, the better the performance of personnel. Competence has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by organizational commitment. This means that competence will improve personnel performance through organizational commitment. Leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by organizational commitment.
