Abstract

Information systems with technology support are one of the systems that have a big role in the success of the organization. The purpose of this study is to describe the success factors of the Hospital Management Information System (SIM-RS) in the medical record installation based on the theory of DeLone and McLean which consists of six variables. namely system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction and benefits. This research was conducted at the Mataram City Hospital (MCH) with a sample of 48 medical record officers who use a SIM-RS. The results obtained from this study according to the system quality variable that as many as 48% of medical record officers stated that the SIM-RS had quality. The information quality variable, as much as 54% of respondents stated that the SIM-RS was of high quality. Service quality variable as much as 79% of respondents said they were satisfied with the SIM-RS. The use variable as many as 43% of respondents stated that the SIM-RS was often used. The user satisfaction variable as much as 94% of respondents stated that the SIM-RS was of good quality. The benefit variable, as many as 56% of respondents stated that the SIM-RS was useful.

Abstract

Characteristics of Medical Record officers consist of religion, age, gender, years of service, education, training, and employment status. This research was conducted at the Public Health Center in the City of Mataram. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of medical record officers at the public health center in the city of Mataram. The design of this research is descriptive. The sample in this study were all medical record officers at the Mataram City of Health Center, totaling 39 medical record officers. The results showed that the medical record officers at the Mataram City of Health Center were mostly Muslim (100.0%), the sex of the officers was female as many as 22 people (56.4%), and the service period of the officers was less than 5 years (48,7%), Officer education is Diploma III of Medical Record and Health Information (MRHI) as many as 12 people (30.8%), training officers who have never attended training as many as 28 people (71.8%), while the staffing status of non-civil servant officers is 23 people (59, 0%). The conclusion is there needs to be an increase in the number and quality of medical record personnel in health centers with a Diploma III MRHI background

Abstract

Efforts to improve the performance of healthcare workers at Community Health Centers are crucial due to various aspects related to improving healthcare services. This study aimed to determine the relationship between individual characteristics and the performance of medical recorders at Community Health Centers in the Mataram City area. The research used a cross-sectional design with a sample size of 43 people. Bivariate analysis was used with a confidence level of 95% and a p-value <0.05. The study showed that there was no significant relationship between gender (p=0.737) and the performance of medical record officers. On the other hand, there were a relationship between educational background and performance with p=0.036, length of service and performance with p=0.036, age and performance with p=0.006. Additionally, employment status and performance with p=0.001, and training and performance with p=0.019. Therefore, individual characteristics such as educational qualifications, length of service, age, employment status, and training play an important role in improving the performance of medical record officers at Community Health Centers in the Mataram area. Healthcare service organizations need to optimize workforce management strategies and improve the quality of medical record management.
