Abstract

The availability of adequate Human Resources (HR) in accordance with the scientific field is the main focus of various units in the Mataram City Hospital, especially medical recorders. This study aimed to determine the ideal number of medical recorder personnel needed in the filing unit. This type of research uses a quantitative approach in Mataram City Hospital with a sample of 4 people. Calculate ideal medical recorder staffing needs using the Workload Indicator Staffing Need (WISN) method. The results show that the workload is still relatively high. The number of personnel working at this time is still lacking. The number of medical recorders does not match the workload. The staff should be 7 people, while the current staff is 4 people, so they still need 3 more people. The need for medical recorders is not ideal and the hospital still needs additional medical recorders in the filling unit.

Abstract

Di SMP Islam Iwan Bongkol Kopang adalah sering terdapat siswa- siswi yang menderita diare, kemudian lokasi sekolah yang tidak bersih, kurangnya perhatian siswa-siswi terhadap kebersihan, siswa-siswi belum pernah mendapatkan penyuluhan tentang PHBS dan pemeriksaan kesehatan. pemeriksaan golongan darah menggunakan kartu pemeriksaan golongan darah. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada November sampai dengan Desember 2022 di SMP Islam Iwan Bongkol Kopang yang diadakan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa Politeknik Medica Farma Husada Mataram. Siswa-siswi yang mengikuti kegiatan ini sebanyak 35 orang. Pemeriksaan golongan darah ABO dilakukan untuk menentukan jenis golongan darah pada manusia. Penentuan golongan darah ABO pada umumnya dengan menggunakan metode   Slide. Metode ini didasarkan   pada prinsip reaksi antara aglutinogen (antigen) pada permukaan eritrosit dengan aglutinin yang terdapat dalam serum/plasma yang membentuk aglutinasi atau gumpalan

Abstract

Information systems with technology support are one of the systems that have a big role in the success of the organization. The purpose of this study is to describe the success factors of the Hospital Management Information System (SIM-RS) in the medical record installation based on the theory of DeLone and McLean which consists of six variables. namely system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction and benefits. This research was conducted at the Mataram City Hospital (MCH) with a sample of 48 medical record officers who use a SIM-RS. The results obtained from this study according to the system quality variable that as many as 48% of medical record officers stated that the SIM-RS had quality. The information quality variable, as much as 54% of respondents stated that the SIM-RS was of high quality. Service quality variable as much as 79% of respondents said they were satisfied with the SIM-RS. The use variable as many as 43% of respondents stated that the SIM-RS was often used. The user satisfaction variable as much as 94% of respondents stated that the SIM-RS was of good quality. The benefit variable, as many as 56% of respondents stated that the SIM-RS was useful.

Abstract

Kodefikasi kasus fracture wajib menerapkan karakter ke-5 dan kelengkapan external cause apabila tidak dilakukan penerapan karakter ke-5 dan external cause maka kode yang diberikan salah sehingga menyebabkan kerugian bagi pasien maupun rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kelengkapan informasi dengan ketepatan kode diagnosis kasus fracture pasien. Metode penelitian menggunakan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan crsoss sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah dokumen rekam medis pasien rawat inap dengan kasus fracture periode Januari-Oktober 2021. Sampel berjumlah 92 dokumen rekam medis. Uji statistik menggunakan uji Lambda dengan menggunakan SPSS 20.0. Hasil penelitian menununjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kelengkapan informasi dengan ketepatan kode diagnosis (p = 0.29). Mayoritas ketidaklengkapan informasi medis (62.0%) dan ketidaktepatan kode diagnosis (76.1%) lebih banyak daripada jumlah kelengkapan informasi (38.0%) dan ketepatan kode diagnosis (23.9%)  kasus fracture. Kesimpulan untuk menekan pentingnya kelengkapan informasi terhadap ketepatan kode diagnosis harus ditetapkan oleh petugas kodefikasi.

Abstract

Rekam medis berkas berisi catatan dan dokumen tentang pasien yang berisi identitas, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, tindakan medis lain pada sarana pelayanan kesehatan untuk rawat jalan, rawat inap baik dikelola pemerintah maupun swasta sehingga harus dijaga keamanan dan kerahasiaannya dari bahaya kerusakan. Observasi awal penulis di bagian penyimpanan Rawat Inap Puskesmas Madapangga Bima NTB dari 50 berkas terdapat 30 (60%) berkas yang telah rusak, sedangkan yang tidak rusak 20 (40%). Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor kerusakan berkas rekam medis. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini dengan ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Hasil menunjukkan setelah dilakukan pengabdian bahwa ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kerusakan rekam medis dilihat dari faktor intrinsik dan ekstrinsinya, dimana faktor dari instrinsik berkas rekam medis dibuat dalam bentuk buku, kemudian tidak semua berkas dibuat dalam bentuk buku, tetapi dibuat dalam kertas dan karton berwarna kuning tanpa menggunakan map. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan petugas di puskesmas rawat inap.

Abstract

Media sosial muncul sebagai saluran baru bagi rumah sakit dan pasien untuk mengumpulkan umpan balik tentang kualitas pelayanan. Data media sosial, di sisi lain tidak terstruktur dan volumenya besar. Selain itu, tidak ada penelitian empiris yang dilakukan tentang penggunaan data media sosial dan persepsi kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit berdasarkan ulasan online pasien. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melakukan sosialisasi pentingnya patient-centered approach sebagai pendekatan untuk meningkatkan service excellent di rumah sakit. Dalam studi kasus sosialisasi ini, kami mengumpulkan 428 komentar halaman facebook Rumah Sakit Harapan Keluarga antara tahun 2019-2023. Kami menggunakan pembelajaran mesin untuk membuat analisis sentimen dan pengklasifikasi kualitas layanan (SERVQUAL) yang mengidentifikasi dimensi sentimen dan SERVQUAL secara otomatis. Kami memeriksa total 428 ulasan, 413 (70,32%) ulasan tangibles, 413 (96,49%) ulasan reliability, 19 (4,43%) ulasan responsiveness, 38 (8,87%) ulasan assurance, dan 301 (70,32%) ulasan empathy.

Abstract

Characteristics of Medical Record officers consist of religion, age, gender, years of service, education, training, and employment status. This research was conducted at the Public Health Center in the City of Mataram. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of medical record officers at the public health center in the city of Mataram. The design of this research is descriptive. The sample in this study were all medical record officers at the Mataram City of Health Center, totaling 39 medical record officers. The results showed that the medical record officers at the Mataram City of Health Center were mostly Muslim (100.0%), the sex of the officers was female as many as 22 people (56.4%), and the service period of the officers was less than 5 years (48,7%), Officer education is Diploma III of Medical Record and Health Information (MRHI) as many as 12 people (30.8%), training officers who have never attended training as many as 28 people (71.8%), while the staffing status of non-civil servant officers is 23 people (59, 0%). The conclusion is there needs to be an increase in the number and quality of medical record personnel in health centers with a Diploma III MRHI background

Abstract

Medical recorders in providing services must be in accordance with competence, based on education and training and are obliged to meet Professional Standards. Education is one aspect that affects the knowledge and understanding of medical recorders in carrying out their duties. Knowledge of medical records will have a major impact on performance as a medical recorder. The purpose of the study was to analyze the competence of PMIK on PMIK performance at the Bima City Health Center. The study used a cross-sectional approach with a sample of 38 medical record officers. Data collection was done by distributing competency and performance questionnaires to all medical record officers in Bima City, data analysis techniques used in this study were chi square test with continuity correction and fisher exact test. The results showed that 44.7% of respondents had high performance and 55.3% had moderate performance. The competency areas of Sublime Professionalism, Ethics and Legal were in the good category (55.3%), Aspects of Introspection and Self-Development in the moderate category (60.5%), Effective Communication in the good category (55.3%), Health Data and Information Management in the good category (50.0%), Clinical Classification Skills, Disease Codification and Other Health Problems, and Clinical Procedures in the moderate category (68.4%), Application of Health Statistics, Basic Epidemiology, and Biomedicine in the moderate category (65.8%) and RMIK Service Management in the good category (73.7%). The results of the analysis found that each area of competence of medical record officers had a relationship with performance (p<0.05). It is important for RMIKs to continuously improve their competencies through continuing education in medical records and self-development through training activities

Abstract

Efforts to improve the performance of healthcare workers at Community Health Centers are crucial due to various aspects related to improving healthcare services. This study aimed to determine the relationship between individual characteristics and the performance of medical recorders at Community Health Centers in the Mataram City area. The research used a cross-sectional design with a sample size of 43 people. Bivariate analysis was used with a confidence level of 95% and a p-value <0.05. The study showed that there was no significant relationship between gender (p=0.737) and the performance of medical record officers. On the other hand, there were a relationship between educational background and performance with p=0.036, length of service and performance with p=0.036, age and performance with p=0.006. Additionally, employment status and performance with p=0.001, and training and performance with p=0.019. Therefore, individual characteristics such as educational qualifications, length of service, age, employment status, and training play an important role in improving the performance of medical record officers at Community Health Centers in the Mataram area. Healthcare service organizations need to optimize workforce management strategies and improve the quality of medical record management.
