Abstract

Indonesia's Islamic finance in recent years has shown a positive increase, supported by the majority of people who are Muslims so as to encourage the progress of the sharia industry, including sharia banking. One of the Islamic banking services is gold installment, which has become an investment choice during COVID-19 period. due to the relatively stable value of gold so as to avoid fluctuating rupiah values. This study aims to analyze the reasons investors make the decision to invest in gold installments in Islamic banks. The research was conducted using a qualitative method to produce a descriptive picture for the research. Data was collected using purposive sampling method through interviews with 3 sources from customers and management of Bank Syariah Indonesia. The results of the study show that service is one of the reasons for investing in gold installments. Easy, flexible procedures and a professional code of ethics make it comfortable for customers to invest. Another reason for investing in gold installments is product promotion, social influence from the people around who can determine decision making and personal goals of each individual.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the correlation between perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and social influence to the intention of customers to use mobile payment. The survey was conducted toward Z Generation with basic mobile payment information. The research data was collected using a purposive sampling technique, in which researchers took the Z generation in Batam City with the condition that they had used an e-wallet. The final sample of the research is 187 respondents. The analysis technique used was partial least squares (PLS) to evaluate the relationships of the research model. The results showed that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and social influence have a positive significant influence on people intention in using e-wallet

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang membuat internet tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan kita sehari-hari, maka diperlukan penyesuaian cara pelaku usaha berinteraksi dengan konsumennya. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan berinteraksi secara online melalui pemasaran digital, lebih tepatnya melalui media sosial bisnis. Analisis dan implementasi strategi pemasaran digital UMKM Lucky Star bertujuan untuk membantu pelaku usaha dalam mengembangkan keberadaan digital sebagai UMKM bidang elektronik yang telah lama berdiri di Batam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui teknik purposive sampling. Sampel akhir dari penelitian ini adalah 9 orang termasuk pemilik bisnis dan pelanggan dari demografi yang berbeda. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah pembuatan desain logo, pembuatan akun Facebook dan WA Business, pembuatan feed Instagram, pembuatan Linktree, dan pembuatan website UMKM dengan tujuan untuk mempromosikan dan branding produk dan layanan UMKM Lucky Star.
