Abstract

Hyperlipidemia is a disease whichthe effect in increased fat levels in the blood. In hyperlipidemia, the condition of high oxidative stress is obtained due to the oxidation process of LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein) in the body, this condition showed by increased of MDA (Malondialdehyde) levels in serum. Bitter melon (Momordica Charantia L.) contains a lot of active ingredients, one of the ingredients of bitter melon that is thought to have antilipidemic effects is flavonoid compounds. This study was experimental study using a randomized posttest only control group design study with a sample size of 30 male white rats (Rattus norvegicus) wistar strain which was divided into 3 groups, namely K1, K2, and K3. In each group, different treatments are given. Negative control group (K1), given standard feed, water ad libitum; Positive control group (K2), given standard feed, high fat feed with a dose of 2.5 ml water ad libitum; The treatment group (K3) was given a standard diet, high-fat feed with a dose of 2.5 ml water ad libitum and extract of bitter melonat a dose of 250 mg / kg BB by orally every morning for 3 weeks. Data analysis using One Way Anova Test. From the results of the test shows the significance of p-value = 0.000 which is <α (0.05). The results showed that there was an effect of  administration ethanol extract of bitter melon (Momordica charantia L.) to decrease in serum MDA (malondialdehyde) levels in male white wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus) given a high-fat diet.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus adalah penyakit kronis yang ditandai oleh hiperglikemia akibat gangguan produksi insulin, aksi insulin, atau keduanya. Diabetes melitus (DM)&nbsp; tipe 2 dikenal juga sebagai non-insulin dependent yaitu diabetes yang disebabkan oleh ketidakmampuan tubuh untuk secara efektif menggunakan insulin. Beberapa penelitian telah melaporkan bahwa faktor risiko terjadinya DM tipe 2 yaitu varian genetik (genetic varian), lingkungan (environment) dan oleh interaksi gen-lingkungan (gene-environment interaction). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendata dan mengetahui faktor risiko kejadian DM tipe 2 pada populasi Asia dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kajian sistematik (systematic review). Publikasi yang dikaji berupa hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari lembaga pengindeks Pubmed dengan batasan waktu publikasi 5 tahun terakhir. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh sebanyak 561 artikel tentang faktor risiko DM tipe 2 pada populasi Asia yang kemudian disaring dan dieliminasi dengan beberapa alasan hingga diperoleh 72 artikel yang dinilai layak untuk dikaji. Dari hasil kajian ini diketahui bahwa faktor risiko DM tipe 2 pada populasi Asia secara garis besar yaitu karena varian genetik (genetic varian), faktor lingkungan (environment) dan adanya interaksi antara gen-lingkungan (gene-environment interaction). Terdapat 24 varian genetik yang dilaporkan pada populasi Asia sebagai gen yang rentan terhadap DM tipe 2. Terdapat pula beberapa faktor lingkungan sebagai faktor risiko DM tipe 2 antara lain gaya hidup (lifestyle) dan profil antropometri. Interaksi antara gen-lingkungan juga sebagai faktor risiko terjadinya DM tipe 2, sebagai contoh antara lain interaksi antara gen dengan obesitas dan interaksi antara gen dengan merokok. Secara keseluruhan hasil kajian sistematik ini bermanfaat untuk mengetahui faktor risiko kejadian DM tipe 2 yang dapat dimodifikasi sehingga pencegahan kejadian DM tipe 2 dapat dilakukan.

Abstract

Data merupakan bagian penting dalam lembaga, instansi pemerintah, dan perusahaan, karena sebagai dasar untuk mengambil keputusan. SAMSAT Kota Bogor merupakan instansi pemerintah yang melakukan proses pengelolaan data pajak kendaraan bermotor. Saat ini pengolahan data pada SAMSAT Kota Bogor masih dilakukan secara konvensional yang menyebabkan beberapa permasalahan dan membutuhkan waktu lama dalam melakukan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor.  Oleh karena itu dikembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk mengelola data pajak kendaraan bermotor SAMSAT Kota Bogor, sehingga dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi admin dan dalam melakukan pengelolaan data pajak dengan efektif dan efisien. Sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode SDLC – Prototype Model dengan pemodelan sistem menggunakan UML, sedangkan implementasi sistem menggunakan framework CodeIgniter dengan basis data Mysql.Data is an important part of institutions, government agencies, and companies, because it is the basis for making decisions. SAMSAT Bogor City is a government agency that conducts the process of managing motor vehicle tax data. Currently, data processing at SAMSAT Bogor City is still carried out conventionally which causes problems and takes a long time to pay motor vehicle taxes. Therefore, a web-based information system was developed to manage motor vehicle tax data for SAMSAT Bogor City so that it can make it easier for the admin and in managing tax data effectively and efficiently. This information system uses the SDLC method - Prototype Model with system modeling using UML, while the implementation of the system uses the CodeIgniter framework with the MySQL database.

Abstract

Abstrak – Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Angkutan Pesawat Hercules Di Bandara Halim Perdana Kusuma dibangun untuk mempermudah pengelolaan di dalam Landasan Angkatan Udara di Jakarta. Dimana pengelolaannya meliputi: Pendaftaran Surat Izin Naik Pesawat, Manifest Penumpang, Manifest Barang dan Data Flight. Aplikasi ini di buat dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah pengamatan, dan wawancara. Dalam tahap perancangan penulis membuat perancangan terstruktur dengan menggunakan data flow fiagram, spesifikasi proses, arsitektur perangkat lunak, relassi tabel dan entity relationship diagram. Hasil dicapai dari pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah dapat mempermudah admin dan Pengelola dalam hal Pengelolaan Landasan Angkatan Udara Di Halim Perdanakusuma. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, PHP, Informasi Pengelolaan Angkutan Pesawat Hercules Di Bandara Halim Perdana Kusuma. Abstract - Management Information Systems Hercules Transport Aircraft In Halim Airport was built to simplify management in the Air Force at the Halim Platform which manages the registration license in which air rises, Passenger Manifest, Manifest Goods and Flight Data. This application is created with the PHP programming language. The method used by the researchers in this study was the observation, and interviews. In the author makes the design stage by using a structured design fiagram data flow, process specifications, software architecture, relassi table and entity relationship diagrams. The results achieved from the making of this application is to simplify admin and business in terms of Platform Management at the Halim Perdana Kusuma Air Force. Abstract

Nowadays, many children use Android via mobile phone devices that are played relatively quickly. In fact, it is not uncommon for the activity of playing this game to cause an addiction to continue playing the game, therefore educational alphabet games are beneficial to develop, especially for children. who is already addicted to Android. On the other hand, games function as a means of education. Android addiction often makes players forget many things and focus on the devices that support them in playing the game. One of the things they forget is culture, some of them who are familiar with games using modern technology tend to ignore games that have domestic cultural values.

Abstract

Puskesmas adalah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan masyarakat dan upaya kesehatan perseorangan tingkat pertama, dengan lebih mengutamakan upaya promotif dan preventif di wilayah kerjanya. Limbah medis padat yang berasal dari sarana pelayanan kesehatan mempunyai dampak terhadap kesehatan dan lingkungan, limbah ini perlu dikelola sesuai dengan aturan yang ada sehingga pengelolaan lingkungan dilakukan secara sistematis dan berkelanjutan. Limbah medis yang tidak dikelola dengan baik dapat membahayakan kesehatan masyarakat. Hal ini disebabkan karena limbah medis mengandung virus dan kuman yang berasal dari aktivitas medis yang dilakukan di pelayanan kesehatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data dengan metode wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan cara triangulasi sumber dan metode. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara, pemusnahan masih belum dilakukan secara non insenerasi, karena limbah medis hanya disimpan pada tempat penyimpanan sementara menunggu pihak ketiga mengambil limbah tersebut. Pengelolaan limbah medis padat di Puskesmas Cisoka, Kabupaten Tangerang belum sesuai dengan peraturan. Puskesmas melakukan pengecekan secara berkala pada wadah limbah, apabila sudah berkarat atau tidak layak maka perlu diganti.---Community Health Center, Puskesmas is a health service facility that carries out public health efforts and first-level individual health efforts, prioritizing promotive and preventive efforts in its working area. Solid medical waste originating from health service facilities has an impact on health and the environment. This waste needs to be managed per existing regulations so that environmental management is carried out systematically and sustainably. Medical waste that is not managed properly can endanger public health. This is because medical waste contains viruses and germs that originate from medical activities carried out in health services. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, data collection using in-depth interviews, observation, and document review. Data analysis was used by triangulating sources and methods. Based on the results of observations and interviews, destruction has not yet been carried out using non-incineration, because medical waste is only stored in temporary storage areas waiting for third parties to take the waste. Management of solid medical waste at the Cisoka Community Health Center, Tangerang Regency is not following regulations. The health center carries out regular checks on waste containers, if they are rusty or unfit then they need to be replaced

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus can lead to dyslipidemia, which can increase the risk of vascular obstruction or atherosclerosis. The occurrence of dyslipidemia in people with diabetes mellitus can trigger diabetic neuropathic pain (DNP). Diabetes mellitus with complications of diabetic neuropathic pain became the top 5 disease of the Prolanis program in Puskesmas Trowulan, Mojokerto. DNP is difficult to treat and severely interferes with the quality of the daily lives of patients. The purpose of this Public Service (Pengmas) is to increase public knowledge and understanding of efforts to prevent the occurrence of diabetic neuropathy pain in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with dyslipidemia in the Puskesmas Trowulan, Mojokerto. The method used in this activity is carried out in three stages: planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. The results of this activity showed that the average pre- and post-test scores increased significantly before and after education, which is 0.94. This indicates that the public has understood the material submitted in connection with efforts to prevent an increase in the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, and diabetic neuropathic pain in the Puskesmas Trowulan, Mojokerto.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is one of the health problems that has so far been quite high and is predicted to continue to experience increases in both morbidity and mortality rates. High glycemic index in patients with type 2 diabetes treated at Bhayangkara Pusdik Brimob Watukosek Hospital is known to be a major factor in the emergence of complications of Diabetic Neuropathy Pain (NND). The purpose of this activity is to educate on the efforts to prevent the occurrence of diabetic neuropathic pain in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with a high glycemic index at Bhayangkara Pusdik Brimob Watukosek Hospital. The method used is carried out in three stages: planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. The results of this test show an increase in public knowledge and understanding related to efforts to prevent the occurrence of diabetic neuropathy pain in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with high glycemic index at Bhayangkara Pusdik Brimob Watukosek Hospital based on pre-test and post-test results. The results of this activity showed that the average pre- and post-test scores increased significantly before and after education, which is 0.91 (91%).

Abstract

Berkah Jaya Electric Shop is a shop engaged in the sale of various kinds of electrical equipment. Goods sold by the store such as cables, sockets, and switches. The process of selling goods at the store is only done offline, namely by means of buyers coming directly to the store location. The process of managing store goods is still done by manually recording. This certainly causes problems such as the obstruction of buyers by time, and inefficient management of stock items. With this research, a sales application will be created that can make it easier for buyers to order goods, make product complaints, get information on the goods needed, and assist sellers in managing stock items and reports. This application will be built using the Waterfall method, utilizing the PHP, Laravel, and Kotlin programming languages. Making this application makes it easier for buyers to place orders via smartphones and sellers can more easily manage goods.

Abstract

Gizi yang adekuat pada ODHA dapat mencegah kurang gizi, menghambat perkembangan HIV, meningkatkan daya tahan terhadap infeksi opportunistik, memperbaiki efektifitas pengobatan dan memperbaiki kualitas hidup. Workshop ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman petugas gizi dalam memberikan layanan gizi untuk ODHA di Puskesmas Kota Ternate dan Rumah Sakit Chasan Boesoirie. Peserta diikuti oleh 16 peserta dengan tingkat pendidikan diploma III sebanyak 12 orang dan sarjana sebanyak 4 orang. Rata-rata peserta dapat menjawab dengan benar terkait HIV AIDS serta kebutuhan gizi bagi ODHA. Faktor pendukung kegiatan ini diantaranya adanya kerjasama dengan KPA Kota Ternate, sarana prasarana yang mendukung serta peserta tetap antusias selama 3 hari kegiatan tersebut. Peserta mampu memahami peran sebagai petugas gizi dalam melayani masalah gizi bagi ODHA.
