Abstract

The context of this research is the biggest challenge for schools or madrasas in carrying out mandates related to the development of culture in Islamic educational institutions which is a benchmark for the success of implementing education in cultural development at Smart Pure High School, one of which is to shape the character or personality of students through inheritance of values. culture value. Culture in schools will experience development and progress, if the culture in an organization and institution is organized and can run well. This cultural development is carried out to meet the complexity of society's demands and respond to the changing times. In developing culture, we must apply the stages of the concept of cultural development which are very relevant to be applied in Islamic educational institutions because they can be used as a focus of reference, especially in achieving the desired goals. As for one of the efforts made by the Pure Intelligent High School in developing the culture towards superior madrasas is to create a full day system at Pure Intelligent High School because the goal is so that Pure Intelligent High School students do not do bad things because of their time lapse, a full day system was created, because In a full day system, all students are only involved in school activities and have no time to do bad things outside of school. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research based on field research (field research). The results of the study show that the culture developed by Smart Pure High School includes: 1. Full day every Monday to Thursday, Saturday filled with mandatory Scouting activities, 2. There are extracurricular activities for Tahfidz Qur'an, Drumband, Karate, Scouts, 3. Every morning there is Koran reading activities before learning.

Abstract

Perencanaan merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dalam manajemen, terlebih lagi wilayah yang direncanakan merupakan wilayah yang sangat penting yaitu pendidikan. Pendidikan melalui perencanaan yang matang juga mengarah pada pendidikan yang baik. Pendidikan yang baik adalah pendidikan yang dalam perjalanannya mampu mengembangkan seluruh fitrah peserta didik, terutama akal dan agama. Sifat ini memungkinkan siswa untuk mengembangkan pemikiran rasional. Pada saat yang sama, sifat religius memberikan pilar kebaikan kepada siswa, yang kemudian berpartisipasi di dalamnya sepanjang hidup mereka, sehingga meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

Etika dan budaya organisasi merupakan dua aspek yang sangat penting dalam dunia bisnis dan manajemen modern. Etika berkaitan dengan nilai-nilai, prinsipprinsip, dan standar moral yang mengarahkan tindakan dan keputusan individu maupun organisasi. Sementara itu, budaya organisasi mencerminkan nilai-nilai, norma, tradisi, dan sikap yang ada dalam suatu perusahaan atau lembaga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan atau studi literature. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui membaca dan mencatat, serta mengelolah bahan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku organisasi.

Abstract

The purpose of writing the article is to describe in general the development of training management in the digital era or the 4.0 industrial revolution in improving the quality of human resources themselves, which of course can be useful for individuals and institutions. writing in the article used a qualitative approach with the Systematic Literature Review Method with the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Metaanalysis) model. The data search results are used in the form of data collection methods such as journals or articles obtained from national and international journals or articles contained in Scopus, Emerald, and Google Scholar. From the findings and discussion, it can be concluded that the faster the times, the fiercer the competition between institutions, therefore the greater the demands of an institution for the development of quality human resources. In practice, in the digital era or industrial revolution 4.0, human resource development can be carried out effectively and efficiently through digital education and training.

Abstract

The existence of letters and archives with the information they contain is the backbone of management and organization. Both have an important role in the process of presenting information for schools and institutions to make decisions and formulate policies, therefore, to be able to present complete, fast and correct information there must be good working systems and procedures. The aim is to find out the analysis of the implementation of archives management in managing correspondence at Mas Ex PGA Univa Medan and to find out archival obstacles in managing correspondence. This research uses qualitative research, data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that First, the analysis of the implementation of archives management in the management of correspondence at Mas Ex PGA Univa Medan includes several activities, namely, the implementation of archives management in the management of correspondence at Mas Ex PGA Univa Medan, the obstacles faced in the implementation of archives management at Mas Ex PGA Univa Medan, the right solution to improve the quality of archives management at Mas Ex PGA Univa Medan.
