Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dengan model pembelajaran Numbered Head togetherberbantuan Prezi, Student Teams Achievementberbantuan Prezi, dan konvensional; (2) Kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dengan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Togetherberbantuan Prezilebih baik daripada model pembelajaran konvensional; (3) Kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dengan model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Divisionberbantuan Prezilebih baik daripada model pembelajaran konvensional; (4) Kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dengan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Togetherberbantuan Prezisama baiknya dengan model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement berbantuan Prezi; (5) Ketuntasan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa pada model pembelajaran Numbered Head Togetherberbantuan Prezidan model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division berbantuanPrezi. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X. Melalui cluster random samplingterpilih sampel penelitian yaitu X MIPA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen 1, X MIPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen 2, dan X IPS 1 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode dokumentasi, tes, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi matematis  siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together berbantuan Prezi,Student Teams Achievement Division berbantuanPrezi, dan konvensional; (2) Kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa pada model pembelajaran Numbered Head Togetherberbantuan Prezilebih baik daripada model pembelajaran konvensional; (3) Kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa pada model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Divisionberbantuan Prezilebih baik daripada model pembelajaran konvensional. (4) Kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa pada model pembelajaran Numbered Head Togetherberbantuan Prezisama baiknya dengan model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievementberbantuan Prezi(5) Kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa pada model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together berbantuan Prezi dan Student Teams Achievement Division  berbantuan Prezimencapai ketuntasan belajar.

Abstract

The development of technology has advanced digital and intelligent transformation, including in the child health. This study was conducted to implement the PROSA-HI Application to detect child growth early. The research method uses the sequential mix methods. The PROSA-HI Application will be implemented in Nogotirto Village from August 2022 to November 2022. The data collection techniques in this study include Observation, Interviews, and questionnaires with mothers with toddlers using the User Acceptance Test (UAT) questionnaire of 291 mothers under five. Analysis by univariate analysis. Testing the PROSA-HI Application with a user acceptance test showed an average of 89.0%, so it can be concluded that the usability rate of the PROSA-HI application system based on user perception is considered feasible to implement. The PROSA-HI Application can effectively monitor children's health, growth, and development, positively impacting parents and health workers.

Abstract

The first five years is a very short period and cannot be repeated, so it is often called the "golden period". Children are the next generation of the nation who deserve attention. Every child has the right to achieve optimal development. Developmental disorders usually occur in childhood affecting multiple functional domains and often persist into adulthood. Parental skills are an effective intervention for child development outcomes. Holistic parenting skills are comprehensive parenting skills that mothers give to their children. Objective: To see holistic parenting skills with child development. Research method: This type of research uses quantitative research. The design in this study is to use an analytical survey design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all toddlers < 60 months in Ngalang Village, Gedangsari Health Center, Gunungkidul Regency in 2020 with a total of 366 samples, the sampling technique used total sampling. Data analysis using Chi-Square Test. Results: There is no significant relationship between nutritional skills and child development skills with a P value (0.237) > (0.05) and there is a significant relationship between parenting skills and child development with a P value (0.023) < (0 ,05). Conclusion: There is no significant relationship between nutritional fulfillment skills and child development and there is a significant relationship between child care skills and child development.

Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Status gizi menjadi indikator ketiga dalam menentukan derajat kesehatan anak. Status gizi yang baik dapat membantu proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak untuk mencapai kematangan yang optimal. Status gizi dapat  mendeteksi lebih dini risiko terjadinya masalah kesehatan. Persepsi kerentanan merupakan kepercayaan seseorang dengan menganggap menderita penyakit adalah hasil melakukan perilaku tertentu. Persepsi manfaat berarti persepsi pemantauan status gizi dapat digunakan sebagai bentuk antisipasi dalam merencanakan perbaikan status kesehatan anak (Soekirman, 2006). Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi kerentanan dan persepsi manfaat terhadap status gizi balita. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan rancang bangun crossectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua ibu yang memiliki balita usia 0-60 bulan yang berjumlah 366 ibu. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebesar 79 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup, responden tinggal memilih jawaban dengan memberikan tanda tertentu dari pertanyaan yang diajukan. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square pada batas kepercayaan 95% (0,05) (Arikunto, 2016). Penelitian ini dilaksankana di Desa Ngalang pada bulan 8 Juni samapai 2 Agustus 2020. Hasil penelitian: persepsi ibu yang menganggap rentan terhadap masalah gizi berdasarkan analisa data dengan uji chi square didapatkan nilai significancy 0,828 sehingga tidak ada hubungan antara persepsi kerentanan dengan status gizi. Sedangkan Persepsi manfaat untuk mencegah masalah gizi didapatkan analisa data dengan uji chi square didapatkan nilai significancy 0,235 sehingga tidak ada hubungan antara persepsi manfaat dengan status gizi. Simpulan: Tidak ada hubungan antara persepsi kerentanan dan persepsi manfaat dengan status gizi balita kemungkinan status gizi dipengaruhi faktor lain.Kata Kunci : Persepsi Kerentanan, Persepsi Manfaat, Status gizi Balita RELATIONSHIP OF VULNERABILITY PERCEPTION AND BENEFIT PERCEPTION OF CHILDREN'S NUTRITIONAL STATUS IN NGALANG VILLAGE, KECAMATAN GEDANGSARI, GUNUNG KIDUL DISTRICTABSTRACTBackground: Nutritional status is the third indicator in determining children's health status. A good nutritional status can help the child's growth and development process to reach optimal maturity. Nutritional status can detect the risk of health problems early. Perception of vulnerability is a person's belief by assuming suffering from a disease is the result of carrying out certain behaviors. Perception of benefits means that perceptions of nutritional status monitoring can be used as a form of anticipation in planning to improve children's health status (Soekirman, 2006). Objective: To determine the relationship between perceived vulnerability and perceived benefits on the nutritional status of children under five. Methods: This study is an observational study with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were all mothers who have children aged 0-60 months, amounting to 366 mothers. The sampling technique used simple random sampling and obtained a sample of 79 people. The data was collected using a closed questionnaire, the respondents just need to choose the answer by giving certain signs of the questions asked. Data analysis used the chi square test at the 95% confidence limit (0.05) (Arikunto, 2016). This research was conducted in Ngalang Village from June 8 to August 2 2020. The results: the perception of mothers who think they are vulnerable to nutritional problems based on data analysis with the chi square test obtained a significance value of 0.828 so there is no relationship between perceived vulnerability and nutritional status. Meanwhile, the perception of benefits to prevent nutritional problems, data analysis with the chi square test obtained a significance value of 0.235 so that there is no relationship between perceived benefits and nutritional status. Conclusion: There is no relationship between perceived vulnerability and perceived benefits with the nutritional status of children under five, it is possible that nutritional status is influenced by other factors.Keywords : Perceptions of  Perceived Susceptibility, Perceptions of Perceived Benefits, Nutritional Status, Toddlers

Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar belakang: Anak balita merupakan kelompok yang memerlukan perhatian yang lebih khusus dalam proses perkembangan dan pertumbuhannya. Apabila perkembangan dan pertumbuhan anak mengalami gangguan akan berakibat terhadap pembentukan anak yang berkualitas. Perkembangan anak memerlukan stimulasi khususnya dalam lingkungan keluarga.Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan karakteristik orangtua dengan perkembangan anak. Metode: Jenis penelitian yaitu kuantitatif. Rancangan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan desain Survai Analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh balita < 60 Bulan di Desa Ngalang Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gedangsari, Kabupaten Gunungkidul Tahun 2020 dengan jumlah 366 sampel, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Analisa data menggunakan Uji Chi Square. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil uji chi square bahwa hubungan pendidikan ayah dengan perkembangan didapatkan significancy 0,481,hubungan pendidikan ibu dengan perkembangan didapatkan nilai significancy 0,757, hubungan pekerjaan ayah dengan perkembangan didapatkan nilai significancy 0,082, hubungan pekerjaan ibu dengan perkembangan didapatkan nilai significancy 0,010, Penghasilan ayah dengan perkembangan didapatkan nilai significancy 0,793, Penghasilan ibu dengan perkembangan didapatkan nilai significancy 0,494. Simpulan: Pendidikan ayah, pendidikan ibu, pekerjaan ayah, penghasilan ayah, penghasilan ibu tidak berhubungan dengan perkembangan anak dan pekerjaan ibu berhubungan dengan perkembangan anak. Walaupun orangtua bekerja diluar rumah, sebaiknya orangtua tetap dapat memberikan waktu yang berkualitas untuk memperhatikan perkembangan anak agar perkembangan anak menjadi optimal.Kata kunci: karakteristik, orangtua, perkembangan, anakRELATIONSHIP CHARACTERISTICS OF PARENTS WITH CHILDREN'S DEVELOPMENTABSTRACTBackground: Children under five are a group that requires more special attention in the process of development and growth. Results: Based on the results of the chi-square test, the relationship between father's education and development has a significance of 0.481, the relationship between maternal education and development has a significance value of 0.757, the relationship between father's work and development has a significant value of 0.082, the relationship between mother's work and development has a significance value of 0.010, father's income with development got a significance value of 0.793, maternal income with the development of a significance value of 0.494. Conclusions: Father's education, mother's education, father's job, stage, mother's stage are not related to child development, and mother's work is related to child development. Even though children work outside the home, parents can provide quality time (quality time) to pay attention to the child's development so that the child is optimal.Keywords: characteristics, parents, development, children

Abstract

Background: Stunting remains an unresolved nutritional issue, particularly affecting the first 1,000 days of life, from the fetal stage to 23 months of age. This condition can negatively impact a child's intelligence and overall health. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), stunting becomes a public health concern when its prevalence exceeds 20%. Parents, especially mothers, play a crucial role in ensuring adequate nutrition for their children. Purpose: To find out the effect of health education on stunting knowledge among mothers with children aged 1-5 years. Method: A pre-experimental "one group pretest-posttest" design was employed. The sample consisted of 35 mothers with children aged 1 to 60 months, selected using the non-probability sampling technique through total sampling. Results: Before the health education intervention, 40.0% of mothers had moderate knowledge about stunting. After the intervention, this figure increased to 60.0%, indicating a good level of understanding. A paired simple t-test showed a statistically significant improvement with a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). Conclusion: Health education has a positive impact on increasing mothers' knowledge about stunting in Sumberwungu village, Tepus sub-district, Gunung Kidul regency. It is recommended that health workers enhance their efforts to educate the community on stunting prevention.

Abstract

Wound healing in hyperglycemia patients is still a challenge in the medical field. Bioactive compounds of binahong leaf extract can support the wound healing process. Nanoencapsulation of the extract can avoid oxidation and optimize drug delivery to target tissues. This study aimed to analyze the effect of nanochitosan encapsulated binahong extract ointment (NEBE/Oint) on the percentage of wound healing, angiogenesis, collagen density, and epithelial thickness in hyperglycemic rats. This study used 80 mg/kg streptozotocin-induced hyperglycemia rats injured in the back area. Rats were divided into P0 (0,9% NaCl), P1 (10% povidone-iodine ointment (PI/Oint)), P2 (10% NEBE/Oint), P3 (20% NEBE/Oint), P4 (30% NEBE/Oint). Phytochemical screening of binahong leaves extract showed positive results for flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, and tannins. NEBE particle size was 169 nm with a size distribution of 0.2 and a zeta potential value of -40,2 mV. The results showed NEBE ointment had a significant effect when compared with negative control on wound healing hyperglycemic rats. The conclusion is that nanochitosan drug delivery has the potential as an alternative wound treatment. The novelty of this study is the use of nanochitosan to accelerate wound healing in hyperglycemic rats. The results of this study are expected to become a reference for new wound-healing methods in the medical field.

Abstract

Background: The parent's occupation factor is important because it can influence the quality of parenting, economic conditions, and family environment, all of which contribute to child development.Objective: This study aims to identify and analyze the relationship between parental economic status, namely parental employment, and child growth and development.Method: The research uses survey methods with a quantitative approach. Data was collected from respondents of mothers with children aged 0-5 years. Data analysis was carried out using the Chi-Square test to determine the significance of the relationship between parental employment and children's growth and development.Results: The study's results show a significant relationship between fathers' work and child growth, where children of fathers who work as laborers have the most normal growth. Meanwhile, maternal employment has a significant relationship with child development, with the highest normal development in children of mothers who do not work. However, maternal employment did not show an important relationship with child growth.Conclusion: This study concludes that the father's work has more influence on children's physical growth, while the mother's work has more influence on child development. These results show that parental employment characteristics have important implications for child development
