Abstract

Every durian season, there is an abundance of durian seed waste in Anrang village, Bulukumba district, South Sulawesi. This gives the impression of a village environment piled high with garbage in the form of durian seeds and skins. The goal of this community service project is to assist the Anrang village community, through the Anrang Youth Organization, in converting waste durian seeds into flour, which will be used to make biscuits. Using the project-based learning method, this activity provides counseling, training, and direct assistance to members of Karang Taruna Anrang. The activity produced very satisfactory results, with a product in the form of durian seed flour that provided a suitable taste and structure as a biscuit ingredient. Durian seed flour has a pleasant taste, structure, and aroma, making it an excellent potential ingredient for biscuits.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi program dapur DASHAT yang telah terlaksana di Desa Taeng. Penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif dilakukan pada 3 Mei sampai 8 Mei 2023 di Puskesmas Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga pelaksana gizi, bidan dan kader puskesmas dengan jumlah informan 4 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam menggunakan daftar pertanyaan. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah meliputi evaluasi. Evaluasi tenaga membutuhkan pelatihan untuk program dapur DASHAT. Pada sarana diperlukan buku pencatatan harian untuk semua sasaran dapur DASHAT. Evaluasi dana menunjukkan masih kurangnya dana yang diperoleh dari dana swadaya. Pada perencanaan target sasaran yang mendapat program dapur DASHAT di kegiatan PMT dan kegiatan edukasi berdasarkan laporan pemantauan pemeriksaan antropometri disetiap bulannya dari bidan-bidan desa dan petugas gizi puskesmas. Pada ketetapan sasaran program dapur DASHAT yang dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan sudah tepat sasaran. Pada cakupan program dapur DASHAT di desa Taeng meliputi kegiatan pemberian MT (makanan tambahan) bagi balita gizi kurang dan kegiatan edukasi tentang makanan bergizi, bahan dan kandungan gizi pada makanan yang diberikan kepada anak, serta pola asuh yang benar.

Abstract

The lack of proper planning and scheduling in the shipping process within the rice flour supply chain has resulted in various challenges, including missed products for consumers. This issue is particularly concerning due to the delicate nature of rice flour, which has a limited shelf life. Implementing a contract-based supply chain information system has proven to be beneficial in improving transparency and facilitating clearer information on product specifications to customers. The contract played an essential role because of the ability to adjust the description of a specific goal, enabling each supplier to customize the contract according to their needs. This customization includes specifying the duration of the product delivery process and the timeline for when consumers can expect to receive the product, thereby ensuring clarity and mutual understanding between all parties involved. Therefore, this research aimed to design business processes within the rice flour supply caused by using a contract, with a focus on minimizing distance and delays in routing and scheduling. Furthermore, it integrates the results of scheduling and routing with a contract in the form of invoices. The saving matrix method was used to calculate efficient shipping routes for distribution activities, resulting in a refined contract design tailored for rice flour transactions. The stakeholders included were the shipper manager, marketing department, and customers. By applying the saving matrix, this research effectively planned shipment scheduling and routing, optimizing the entire logistic process in the industry, and a prototype invoice design was developed for rice flour customers.
