Abstract

Barang yang melakukan perjalanan melalui darat, laut, dan udara antara kota dan negara dikenal sebagai kargo. Kargo udara bergerak terpenting selama perkembangannya karena kecepatan dan keamanannya. Dalam latihan transportasi, pengangkutan terhubung erat dengan sistem pemesanan. Salah satu langkah yang harus dilakukan sebelum kargo dapat dikirim adalah langkah ini. Setiap organisasi didorong untuk berpartisipasi dalam implementasi teknologi untuk memfasilitasi pekerjaan dan meningkatkan penyampaian layanan dengan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat di era digital. Akibatnya, teknologi memainkan peran penting dalam organisasi dan bisnis karena memberi bisnis keunggulan dibandingkan pesaing. PT Citilink Indonesia menggunakan suatu sistem berbasis web bernama E-System Cargo Flash untuk melakukan kegiatan pengiriman cargo udara. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah observasi, metode wawancara, serta metode studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan secara teknis dengan mengimplementasikan E-System Cargo Flash berpengaruh terhadap kemudahan kinerja dan kenaikan pendapatan PT Citilink Indonesia. Kendala utama yang dihadapi terletak pada sistem itu sendiri. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan pemeliharaan seperti melakukan pengecekan terhadap sistem secara berkala agar pengguna sistem memperoleh layanan optimal dalam melakukan pekerjaannya.Kata Kunci: e-system cargo flash, kemudahan kinerja, kenaikan pendapatan

This financial information is useful for the internal and external as practical and relevant to the need of stakeholders. The stakeholders can interpretate and apply the principle well if they understand the accounting principle’s characteristics.

Abstract

AbstractThis paper argues for polices and practices to create higher education environmentsthat will faster broad-based development of human talent and potentials to our society inthe twenty first century. We believe that this orientation and resulting changes willrestore public confidence and political investment. Education and identity offer aframework for human development seven “vectors” such as developing competence,managing emotions, moving through autonomy toward interdependence, and othercritical to the needs of every college student. The college can strengthen developmentalong these vectors. They examine such as institutional objectives, size, curriculum,student programs and service, and student faculty relationship that contribute toeducationally powerful environments.

Abstract

ABSTRACT EFFECT OF INDIVIDUAL CHARACTERISTICS AND PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS OF WORK IN AVIATOR. GARUDA INDONESIA (PERSERO) Leaders are required to understand the behavior of individuals. The difference is reflected in the individual goals must be considered by the company to be met in order to align with corporate goals. Characteristics are taken in the work environment will have an effect on performance, purpose of this study to determine the effect of individual characteristics on the performance of aviators at PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero). To determine the effect of job characteristics on aviator performance at PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero). To determine the effect of individual characteristics and the characteristics of the work jointly on the performance of aviators at PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero). There is the influence of individual characteristics on the performance of aviators. Proven tcount obtained for variable X1 (individual characteristics) amounted to 5,001, while the value for n = 47 ttable amounted to 2,010. So 5,001 > 2,010, it can be concluded that in partial Individual characteristics (X1) does have a positive effect on the performance of aviators (Y). There is the influence of job characteristics on the performance of aviators. Proven tcount obtained for variable X2 (job characteristics) amounted to 4,476, while the value for n = 47 ttable amounted to 2,010. So 4,476 > 2,010, it can be concluded that in partial job characteristics (X2) does have a positive effect on the performance of aviators (Y). There is the influence of individual characteristics and job characteristics jointly on the performance of aviators. ANOVA or F value of these calculations in to a value of 26,674 which is greater than 2.80 Ftable Thus it is clear that the calculation of F > F or 26,674 > 2.80 with a significant level of 0.000 for 0.000 < 0.05, it can be said variable characteristic individual (X1) and job characteristics variables (X2) jointly affect the aviators performance variable (Y). While the value of R Square of 0.740 means that the characteristics of the individual and job characteristics have an influence on the performance by 74 % while the remaining pilots by 26% with the effect of other factors that were not studied by the authors in this study. Keywords : individual characteristics, job characteristics and performance of aviators

Abstract

ABSTRACTThere is a positive relationship between training and nurses' work motivation in the inpatient room of the Central Indonesian Air Force Hospital in Jakarta, but between the two there is no mutual influence (not significant). There is a positive relationship between training and the performance of nurses in the inpatient office of the Central Air Force Hospital in Jakarta, but between the two there is no influence (not significant). There is a positive and significant relationship between motivation and performance of nurses in the inpatient room of the Central Indonesian Air Force Hospital in Jakarta.

Abstract

Many consumers have not used the booking system to its full potential when receiving service, resulting in a buildup of customer lines during peak hours such as 8 a.m. to 8 a.m., leading the service reception system to perform poorly and mixing up booking and non-booking clients. As a result, clients who make reservations grumble or are unsatisfied since they must wait a long time to be handled by a service adviser. To address this, our writing team conducted a study to determine the desired waiting time for clients by determining the likelihood value where no units are waiting in the system, allowing the writing team to enhance by developing a specific booking counter system. A customized counter booking system is a program designed to improve customer satisfaction by allowing customers who have made reservations to be served quickly without having to wait in line with regular customers. Keyword: Booking, non-booking, booking system, counter service, and customer satisfaction are some of the terms used.
