Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai gaya kepemimpinan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 8 Kota Medan. Gaya kepemiminan merupakan salah satu posisi kunci dimana seorang pemimpin harus bisa mempengaruhi, mengarahkan dan menunjukkan kemampuannya agar semua tujuan instansi bisa tercapai sesuai dengan yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membahas mengenai gaya apa saja yang diterapkan pemimpin dalam sekolah ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah suatu penelitian yang pada dasarnya menggunakan analisis. Landasan teori dimanfaatkan sebagai pemandu agar fokus penelitian sesuai dengan fakta dilapangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mengelola keuangan dan sumber daya manusia dalam usaha kecil. Usaha kecil memiliki tantangan yang unik dalam mengelola keuangan dan sumber daya manusia (Sumber Daya Manusia). Dalam artikel ini, pengelolaan yang efektif dari keuangan dan sumber daya manusia menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam mencapai pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan usaha kecil tersebut. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik-praktik terbaik dalam mengelola keuangan dan sumber daya manusia dalam usaha kecil.  Artikel ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang memengaruhi pengelolaan keuangan dan sumber daya manusia dalam usaha kecil. Selain itu, artikel ini juga menerapkan untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan keuangan dan sumber daya manusia. Yang mana penerapannya itu melalui perencanaan anggaran yang cermat, pengawasan pengeluaran, manajemen kas yang efektif, dan pengelolaan utang yang bijaksana. Selain itu, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang efektif melibatkan strategi rekrutmen yang efisien, pengembangan karyawan, dan pengelolaan kinerja yang terstruktur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan (library  research) dengan pendekatan yang digunakan berupa deskriptif-kualitatif yang mana melalui berbagai sumber informasi, termasuk buku dan jurnal.

Abstract

The strategic management process plays an important role in improving the quality of education in schools. By implementing an effective strategic management process, schools can identify and implement appropriate steps to achieve the desired educational goals. The research results show that implementing an effective strategic management process can help schools identify potential and challenges in achieving their educational goals. This process involves steps such as formulating a clear vision and mission, identifying specific educational needs, establishing priority strategies, allocating resources effectively, and conducting regular monitoring and evaluation. This research aims to understand how the strategic management process can be implemented effectively in schools in order to improve the quality of education. The research method used is a case study by taking one school as a sample. Data was collected through interviews with teachers through direct observation in the school environment.

Abstract

This mini-research aims to evaluate the positive influence of the systems approach on student learning achievement at the Mas Muallimin UNIVA School. Through a pre-test post-test control group experimental design, students were divided into two groups: the experimental group with learning using a systems approach, and the control group with conventional learning. The type of research used by researchers is field research. Meanwhile, the approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the research show that the systems approach is a step-by-step procedure used in solving business problems or efforts to solve problems which are carried out by looking at existing problems as a whole and carrying out system analysis. So, a systems approach is a perspective or way of thinking using system concepts in solving a problem.

Abstract

A quality correspondence management system can have a significant influence on the efficiency and effectiveness of school activities. This research uses a qualitative approach, which is also a literature study or library research method. Library institute research is because researchers need data from various literary sources, such as books and journals, to build a theoretical basis for the problem to be researched, namely “The Influence of the Quality of the Correspondence Management System on Efficiency and Effectiveness in Schools”. The aim of this research is to determine the basic concepts of the correspondence management system, the quality of the correspondence management system, the influence of the quality of the correspondence management system on efficiency and effectiveness in schools, and evaluate the effectiveness of archives governance as an effort to improve school performance. The research results show that efficiency can be achieved through a structured letter handling process, fast tracking and tracing capabilities of letters, as well as minimizing duplication or delays in handling letters. Meanwhile, effectiveness can be increased by ensuring compliance with regulations and policies related to records management, easy access to required information, and making appropriate decisions based on available data and information.
