Abstract

The development of hadith books in the archipelago is full of the services of scholars in the archipelago who received education in the Middle East, such as Sheikh Nawawi al-Bantani and Sheikh Mahfudz al-Tarmasi. This study aims to examine the science related to the two ulama figures and their efforts in the civilization of the scientific treasures of hadith in the archipelago. This study uses a library study where the sources extracted are scientific literature in the form of journal articles and books. From the results of this study it was found that Sheikh Nawawai al-Bantani and Sheikh Mahfudz al-Tarmasi were Nusantara people who both studied in the Middle East and contributed to the civilization of the development of hadith books in the archipelago. And both of them are among other scholars who have laid the scientific foundations in Islamic boarding schools throughout Indonesia to this day, because their works are still being used and studied. Keywords: Books of Hadith, Nusantara Ulama, Islamic Boarding School ABSTRAK Perkembangan kitab – kitab hadis di Nusantara sarat dengan jasa para ulama – ulama di Nusantara yang mengenyam pendidikan di Negeri Timur Tengah, diantaranya seperti Syekh Nawawi al – Bantani dan Syekh Mahfudz al – Tarmasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji terkait dengan keilmuwan dua tokoh ulama tersebut dan usaha – usahanya dalam peradaban khasanah keilmuwan hadis di Nusantara. Penelitian ini meggunakan studi Pustaka dimana sumber yang digali ialah literatur – literatur ilmiah berupa artikel jurnal dan buku. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa Syekh Nawawai al – Bantani dan Syekh Mahfudz al – Tarmasi ialah orang Nusantara yang sama – sama menimba ilmu di Timur Tengah dan memberikan kontribusi dalam peradaban pengembangan kitab – kitab hadis di Nusantara. Serta beliau berdua merupakan diantara para ulama – ulama lainnya yang meletakkan dasar keilmuwan di pesantren – pesantren seluruh Indonesia hingga saat ini, sebab karya – karyanya masih terus digunakan dan dikaji. Abstract

Studi ini membahas hubungan yang kompleks antara agama Islam dan politik dalam konteks sejarah nasional Indonesia. Dalam perjalanan sejarahnya, Indonesia telah menyaksikan interaksi yang mendalam antara agama Islam dan dunia politik. Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana agama Islam telah mempengaruhi dinamika politik di Indonesia, baik sebagai sumber inspirasi maupun sebagai faktor penentu dalam keputusan politik. Melalui analisis kronologis, studi ini mengulas peristiwa-peristiwa kunci yang menggambarkan evolusi hubungan ini, termasuk pengaruh agama dalam perjuangan kemerdekaan, peran partai-partai Islam, dan dampak Islam dalam pembentukan kebijakan negara. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti bagaimana politik juga telah memengaruhi interpretasi dan praktik agama Islam di Indonesia. Hasil studi ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang bagaimana interaksi antara Islam dan politik telah membentuk jalur sejarah Indonesia, serta implikasinya dalam konteks sosial dan politik masa kini.

Abstract

This study aims to examine more deeply the material related to corporate financial management, which in this study will focus more on family takaful insurance companies, this research method is through a literature study by collecting literature related to looking at all sources related to the financial performance of tabarru funds. by using a literature study, then every data found by the author will try to separate between what is considered true and not true. The results of this study indicate that tabarru funds are used by family takaful insurance companies to help fellow customers in need, then takaful applies the principle of shring of risk realized through the collection of tabarru funds, so as to be able to create solidarity, mutually protect relationships and establish kinship among participants. Then the participant's funds are managed by family takaful insurance based on a tijarah contract which is free from elements of obscurity, usury gambling etc., participant funds will be invested in sharia-based investment instruments such as sharia stocks, sukuk, syr'i mutual funds, so that they can move the economy to realize people's welfare

Abstract

Harmony is something that is always desired by families of career couples, but reality shows that gender inequality often occurs in families where the husband and wife both work outside the home. This article aims to elucidate the condition of dual-career couples' families in the village of Tosari Rejo and how they establish gender equality within the family. The research type in this article is field research. Data collection in this study was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings indicate that the construction of gender equality in dual-career couples' families in Tosari Rejo Village can be achieved through various combinations of roles between husbands and wives. Out of the six families who served as informants in this study, they have good gender partners in decision-making, financial management, and child-rearing. However, in terms of domestic work, not all husbands are aware of the need to contribute to household chores, so wives are not burdened with a dual role.
