Abstract

The development modes of transportation in Indonesia led to competition in the various modes such as by land; sea and air were increasing. Railway is one mode of transportation, especially as the most dominated by the passenger in Bandung. Due to higher competition pattern, efforts were made to improve passenger satisfaction. Various complaints can occur, and will increase if not addressed promptly so that the company should seek to restore service (service recovery) that passengers are satisfied. This study was conducted to determine how the implementation of the program service recovery Argo Gede Train, perceived satisfaction of passengers and how much influence the program service recovery on customer satisfaction.The object of this research was Argo Gede Train passenger route Bandung-Jakarta. The independent variable in this study was a service recovery program (X), and the dependent variable was customer satisfaction (Y). The type of research was descriptive verification, through explanatory survey method with simple random sampling technique, and 100 respondents were analyzed by linear regression analysis. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, with data collection through interviews, direct observations, and questionnaires' research, and literature studies. The results showed in the service recovery program, has improved the accuracy of the biggest scores. The results showed that the service recovery program has the effect of 47.80% on customer satisfaction to note that the service recovery program has a significant impact on customer satisfaction.  Keywords: Service Recovery, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The research objective is to analyze the subsidized fertilizer price (HET) at the hand of farmers of rice farming in South Sumatra province. The sampling method was disproportionate stratified random sampling with four land typologies. The field data were collected through observation, interviews with respondents. The use amount of fertilizers on all typologies effected significantly different to rice yields. In the lebak ricefields, the influence of Urea, NPKPhonska and KCl together effected significantly different, but not significantly different for each use of fertilizers. The use cost of Urea affected rice yields and income of farmers significantly different for all ricefields. Eligible HET price received by farmers has to be lower than the real HET price. Determination eligible HET price has to consider soil productivity and accessibility (dam, water gates, water pump, road, infrastructure, local retail and others).

Abstract

Abstract: This research is aimed to find out the reading ability of the first year students of MTs Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru. The population of this research is the first year students of MTs Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru. The number of sample is 36 students selected by using cluster random sampling technique. The instrument to collect the data was multiple choice test items with 30 questions. . Each text consist of 5 questions which cover the components of reading and the components of descriptive that is finding main ideas, finding factual information, finding meaning of difficult word, finding reference, and finding inference. The data were analyzed by classifying them into five levels of mastery, such as very poor, very poor to poor, poor to mediocre, mediocre to good and good to excellent. Based on the findings this research, it was found that the students’ reading ability of the first year students of MTs Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru was in good level with the mean score was 66.91. The implication of this research is that the first year students of MTs Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru have a good ability in reading descriptice text.Key Words: Students’ ability, Reading, Descriptive Text

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara parentification dan self worth dengan perilaku agresif SMK Negeri di Kediri. Terdapat dua variabel bebas, yaitu parentification dan self worth, serta satu variabel terikat perilaku agresif. Alat ukur di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan inventori parentifikasi, skala harga diri, dan skala perilaku agresif. Metode yang di terapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 373 peserta didik SMK Negeri di Kediri. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik korelasi ganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara parentifikasi dengan perilaku agresif, demikian dengan self worth tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan perilaku agresif, selanjutnya parentifikasi dan self worth tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan dengan perilaku agresif. Kata Kunci : Parentification, Self worth, Perilaku Agresif.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan saat ini harus dibangun sejak dini melalui berbagai upaya kaderisasi dan pembinaan berkesinambungan. Pola kepemimpinan seperti ini dimulai dengan ide dan cita-cita mengembangkan kemampuan diri dalam lingkup kecil sebelum berkembang ke lingkup luas dalam suatu organisasi. Pemimpin biasanya memiliki perbedaan khusus dari individu lain baik pemimpin laki-laki atau perempuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis semua hal yang terkait dengan kepemimpinan dan gender dalam lembaga pendidikan Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode studi pustaka (library research). Metode ini peneliti menggunakan berbagai sumber bacaan berupa buku-buku atau jurnal yang sesuai dan terkait dengan judul penelitian.  Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan diartikan sebagai kemampuan untuk mempengaruhi  dan menggerakkan orang lain, serta kesetaraan gender dalam memimpin di lembaga pendidikan bukanlah hal yang dianggap tabu. Sehingga,  pemimpin bisa berperan baik laki-laki ataupun perempuan asalkan memiliki kemampuan yang mumpuni  untuk menjadi seorang pemimpin.
