Abstract

Background. Indonesia is the 4th most populous country after the United States, recorded more than 267 million people in SUPAS 2019, which consists of a variety of social diversity, religions, ethnic groups, cultures. Purpose. This research uses a literature approach that collects literature that has a relationship with the research conducted. Method. There are several factors that influence the diversity of Indonesian society, both from within and outside the community itself.  This diversity is a challenge that can be a threat to the integrity of the Indonesian nation.   This research aims to analyze diversity. Results. he results of this study show that in a diversity, efforts are needed to improve harmony between tribes, religious communities and other social groups which can be done through cooperation using the principles of togetherness, equality and mutual respect as the national integration of the Indonesian nation. Conclusion. The muraja'ah method carried out in the tahfiz house is quite good, because the teacher teaches muraja'ah by applying it before each study or ziyadah together, namely by doing a relay which will make it easier for tahfiz students to repeat their memorization.

Abstract

Background. Islam is a religion that prioritizes the principles of truth and justice for all its adherents. Factors that encourage Muslims to achieve independence are ideological, political, economic, social and cultural factors. Islam has an important role in the development of education in Indonesia. There are three sectors of Islamic education in Indonesia, namely formal, informal and non-formal. Purpose. The purpose of this research is to find out 1.) The history of the development of Islam in Indonesia after independence.  2.) The impact of the development of Islam in Indonesia.  3.) The process of development of Islamic civilization. So from the description above, the author will explain how the development of Islam in Indonesia after independence, what caused the emergence of the Islamic renewal movement, especially in Indonesia. Method. This research uses the type of literature study (library research). The data collection technique carried out in this study uses a study of bibliographic sources from books and articles in scientific journals related to the subject matter, reading data with the thoughts of experts with a constructive approach and interpretation of the contents of the main discussion related to the development of Islam after independence. Results. After Indonesia's independence in 1945, Islamic civilization in the country continued to develop and made significant contributions in various aspects of life. Conclusion. After independence, Islamic education was one of the key points in the development of Islamic civilization in Indonesia. The thinking and writing of Indonesian Islamic intellectuals also developed with many studies, writings and translations of classical and modern Islamic works. The Salafi movement that insists on returning to the teachings of Islam is considered to be fully associated with the salafushalih (early generations of Islam), and emerged and developed after independence.

Abstract

The project-based learning (PjBL) approach emphasizes the learning process, which has a tangible endpoint in the form of a product, and makes students the subject or focal point of instruction. In other words, students are free to choose their educational pursuits and to collaborate on learning tasks until a finished product is produced. Because of this, the degree to which students participate in their education has a significant impact on its success. A systematic review was used as the research methodology to analyze the literature across 15 journals using data from several databases, including Garuda and Google Scholar. The journals were analyzed utilizing a content analysis method and the data are presented in systematic diagrams and tables. The result of the study revealed that Project-based learning (PjBL) was the most used at University with 60% and between 2017-2022. In 2022 was the most popular Project-based learning very high. In addition, research methods in project-based learning were quantitative and qualitative in the same amount. Moreover, the most implemented Project-based learning was to increase speaking and vocabulary skills. Further analysis of advantages related to the use of Project-based was also illustrated.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled legal protection for the journalist profession by raising several issues including the following: (a) abuse or physical violence against journalists who are carrying out their duties, (b) deletion, falsification of news reports produced by journalists, (c) intimidation or pressure on journalists to stop or limit the delivery of news or reports relating to the public interest, (d) prohibiting access or blocking journalists from gathering information or covering an event. Based on the main points calculated in the background, the researcher can analyze it to determine the formulation of the problem as follows what are the forms of criminalization of journalists' rights of profession and the legal protection of the rights of journalists who are criminalized by other parties. The research methods as researchers in a scientific or scientific way to get a discussion of theoretical studies. This research method consists of: (1) The type of research method used in this writing is the normative legal research method. (2) descriptive approach (3) and sources of legal materials consisting of secondary, primary and tertiary sources of legal materials, then also processing of legal materials and analysis of legal materials. Then the literature review section consists of (1) an overview of previous research, (2) an overview of journalists and the press, (3) an overview of legal protection, (4) an overview of victims. This literature review serves as a theoretical basis in outline so that it can complete the discussion and theory sections which consist of: (1) Forms of criminalization of the rights of the journalist profession, (2) Legal protection of the journalist profession which is criminalized by other parties.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology is growing rapidly. Many positive impacts are obtained, especially in the field of education. Teachers and students find it easy to do the learning process in the classroom. If they use technology in digital learning. Access to new knowledge, information from various parts of the world, learning methods that suit student needs, and others can be reached with just one tap of the finger. It is so easy to compete in this globalization era. One of them is by utilizing multimedia technology in the development of digital learning content, so that if utilized optimally, it will get great benefits. The results of content creation are more interesting and favored by the audience. The purpose of this research is to facilitate the development of digital learning content by utilizing multimedia technology as much as possible, so that learning objectives for students can be achieved properly and optimally. For example, by creating educational content about one of the learning materials on YouTube which contains direct explanation by the teacher in an interesting place. And the content is supported by features that are interesting and not boring. The method used in this research is quantitative method. Data obtained through distributing questionnaires to students. The questionnaire was created by utilizing Google form. The results of this study explain that utilizing multimedia technology properly in creating digital learning content will provide benefits for teachers and students in the learning process. The conclusion of this study is that the utilization of multimedia technology has a positive influence and provides space for teachers to provide digital learning content easily and creatively. The limitation of this study is that researchers only conducted research at the school or madrasa level which in fact requires the use of multimedia technology in learning.

Abstract

Background. Prizes have a very big influence on increasing student learning motivation, because they can generate enthusiasm for student learning. With prizes students can be more motivated and earnest in learning which in the end can also bring better and more optimal results in achieving the learning goals themselves. Purpose. Reward is one method of education. So, by itself the purpose of the reward is as a method for educating children so that children can feel happy because their actions or work are rewarded. Rewards are considered important because rewards can stimulate student enthusiasm for learning. Method. Basically everyone likes to be praised, because of that they need awards which in the world of education can be known in the form of gifts. Prizes are a stimulus for positive things that can generate initiative, energy, self-competence, and can upload student learning motivation. Results. The results of observations at SMP Aql Islamic School Purwakarta that learning still uses the lecture method. In addition, in the learning process, more learning activities are carried out by the teacher, while students are passive and only follow the teacher's orders. Students also still think that Nabawiyah sirah is a boring and scary lesson. Conclusion. This can be seen from the observations that some students talk to themselves with friends, do not want to ask questions and are indifferent to the teacher and are not even enthusiastic about participating in the learning process. Because of that, to increase student learning motivation in the Nabawiyah sirah subject, which in the students' view is difficult to understand because it requires deep concentration, that's why finally the teacher creates innovation by giving gifts when learning takes place. Rewards are fun repressive educational tools, prizes are given to children who have shown good results in education

Abstract

Background. This article aims to discuss the ability to read and write the Qur'an in grade 5 SDIT Kharisma Darussalam. Purpose. this research uses a descriptive correlational analysis research method namely research conducted to obtain a description of a reality. Method. The results of this study state that reading the Qur'an must be in accordance with good and correct rules by continuing to be trained by reading and writing. Results. In learning the Qur'an, it is necessary to know the hijaiyah letters and also how to write them as in the iqra method from hijaiyah letters to short verses in the Qur'an. Conclusion. Because understanding reading and writing the Qur'an is important for every Muslim as a guide in his life.

Abstract

Background. This study aims to determine the application of the discussion method to student learning motivation in fiqh subjects in class XI at MA AL-HASAN Cikampek. Purpose. the place of this research was carried out at MA AL-Hasan Cikampek. The main data source in this study is the XI class tutor in fiqh subjects, and students in class XI MA DI MA AL-HASAN Cikampek. Method. . This research is motivated by the interest and motivation of students in fiqh subjects that are very low, this can be seen from students who are indifferent during the teaching and learning process and do not pay attention when the teacher explains the subject matter. Results. . This happens because the teacher still uses the conventional method, namely the lecture method, thus causing students to become easily bored, and not focus on the teaching and learning process. To overcome this, it is necessary to apply a more innovative learning model, one of which is the discussion learning model. Conclusion. . The discussion learning model is a learning model that will shape the student's frame of mind through the discovery of ideas, ideas that can be discussed among fellow students, so that it will produce students who are active in thinking about the fiqh material discussed that day, thus student learning motivation will arise
