Abstract

The aims of this development research were to produce a learning model for basic technique of squat-style long-jump based on biomechanics with the game for junior high school students and to know the effectiveness, efficiency and attractiveness against learning model. This research used Deff model adopted from Research & Development by Borg and Gall. The subject used was junior high school students which consists of 45 students. The instruments used were need analysis, expert’s evaluation, small and large group test. Effectiveness test was to know junior high school students’ jump skill level before being given biomechanic treatment. The Pre-test obtained from the students’ jump result was about 540, and Post-test was about 812. The conducted t-test between the experiment group and the control group obtained was t = 10.152 and in the n-gain score test between the experiment group (biomechanic treatment) obtained by 76% (effective) and the control group obtained by 43.40% (less effective). Therefore, this game model is effective in increasing students’ jump learning. According to the result, it could be inferred that: (1) this model can be developed and applied in physical education, (2) the model proved that there are significant difference in pre-test and post-test between the experiment group (biomechanic treatment) and the control group after the treatment model, based on N-gain test.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan model latihan keterampilan shooting olahraga petanque untuk pemula. Selain itu, penelitian dan pengembangan ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi secara mendalam tentang pengembangan dan penerapan model latihan keterampilan shooting olahraga petanque untuk pemula dan mengetahui efektivitas, efisiensi serta daya tarik anak terhadap model yang dibuat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan Research & Development (R & D) dari Borg and Gall. Subyek dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah siswa SMA dan SMK DKI Jakarta yang terdiri dari 30 anak. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah angket, kuisioner, serta instrumen test menembakkan bola ke sasaran (shooting) olahraga petanque yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan datavhasil shooting atlet pemula, adapun tahapan dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah, pada tahap: (1) analisis kebutuhan, (2) evaluasi ahli (evaluasi produk awal); (3) ujicoba terbatas (ujicoba kelompok kecil); dan (4) ujicoba utama (field testing). Uji efektifitas model menggunakan test menembakkan bola ke sasaran (shooting) untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan shooting olahraga petanque untuk pemula sebelum pemberian treatmen berupa model latihan shooting yang dikembangkan dan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan shooting setelah perlakuan atau treatmen model latihan shooting yang dikembangkan, dari tes awal yang dilakukan diperoleh tingkat shooting atlet/siswa sebesar 11.87, kemudian setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa model latihan shooting diperoleh tingkat kemampuan shooting atlet/siswa sebesar 18.57. Maka model latihan shooting olahraga petanque ini efektif dalam meningkatkan latihan shooting olahraga olahraga petanque untuk pemula. Berdasarkan hasil pengembangan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Dengan model latihan keterampilan shooting olahraga petanuqe untuk pemula dapat dikembangkan dan diterapkan dalam latihan ekstrakurikuler di sekolah (2) Dengan model latihan shooting olahraga petanque untuk pemula yang telah dikembangkan, diperoleh bukti adanya peningkatan ini ditunjukan pada hasil pengujian data hasil pretes dan posttest adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah adanya perlakuan model. Abstract

This study aims to improve the results of forward roll learning in physical education through the use of media. This research is an action research research (classroom action research) with subject research is the third grade students of SDN Tengah 07 Pagi Jakarta Timur. This study was conducted for two cycles, each cycle consisting of two actions. Student learning result obtained from observation, interview, field notes and documentation. The results showed that learning by using media improves the learning forward roll, so that it can improve from cycle I as many as 14 students (60.9%) with an average score of 75.6 has reached the minimum mastery criteria (KKM) and 9 students (39.1%) has not reached the minimal minimum criteria. In the second cycle, it increased to 19 students (82.6%) who had reached the minimum completeness criteria, and 4 students (17.3%) with the average score of 78 not reaching the minimal minimum criteria. In this case has exceeded the mastery of individuals in both categories and has exceeded the criteria of classical learning completeness by 80%.

Abstract

In this decade, there are a lot of international researchers discuss about Physical Activity. Indonesia is a country which has big overweight problem and non-infection disease which attacked its citizen. Both of those problems are the impacts of low physical activity. This study aimed to investigate the level of students’ physical activity. International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) was distributed to investigate the level of students’ physical activity. It had three scale levels such as vigorous activity, moderat activity, and walking activity in last seven days. There were 128 students participated in this study. The result proved that there is no difference activity between male and female students. Mean score of male students was 1506.61 MET (min/week), and female students’ mean score was1015.85 MET (min/week). Generally, male students do physical activity higher than female. The finding shown that overall, the students’ physical activity is still low, so there must be an appropriate effort to revise their health and life style.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate the effect of training method and leg power toward dolyo chagi ability of taekwondo athletes.In this research factorial design 2 x 3 was applied. The sample of this research is 60 athletes and was chosen by purposive sampling technique. From the result of data analysis and interpretation,it can be concluded that: (1) There is difference influence between the plyometric training, saq and circuit toward dolyo chagi ability (2) There is difference influence between the strong leg power group and weak leg power group toward dolyo chagi ability (3) There was an interaction between training method and leg power toward dolyo chagi ability. (4) On strong leg power group, the ability of dolyo chagi with plyometric training method was better than saq training. (5) On strong leg power group, the ability of dolyo chagi with plyometric was better than circuit training. (6) On strong leg power group, the ability of dolyo chagi with saq training method was better than circuit training. (7) On weak leg power group, the ability of dolyo chagi with saq method was better than plyometric method. (8) On weak leg powergroup, the ability of dolyo chagi with circuit method was better than plyometric method

Abstract

MODEL LATIHAN GERAK DASAR SENAM LANTAI B-GYM UNTUK PEMULA (USIA 9-12 TAHUN) Chandra Yuza1, Moch. Asmawi2, Widiastuti3 Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Jl. Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan desain model latihan gerak dasar senam lantai Handstand, Meroda, dan Kayang untuk pemula usia 9-12 tahun dan mendapatkan data empiris tentang efektivitas dan efesiensi pengembangan model latihan gerak dasar senam lantai B-Gym untuk pemula usia 9-12 tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodologi penelitian dan pengembangan dari Borg dan Gall, dimana subjek dalam penelitian ini dikhususkan untuk pesenam pemula. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji t dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh nilai rata-rata data dikatakan layak dan efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan gerak Handstand, Meroda dan Kayang. Dalam uji signifikansi didapat data dengan selisih pre test dan post test gerak Handstand 0,00 < 0,05, Meroda 0,00 < 0,05, Kayang 0,00 < 0,05 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 maka Hipotesis nihil ditolak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model latihan gerak dasar senam lantai B-Gym untuk pemula usia 9-12 tahun yang dikembangkan dapat diterapkan secara efektif dan efisien sehingga dapat meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar senam lantai pesenam pemula. PENERAPAN MODEL LATIHAN SIRKUIT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN SEPAK BOLA (SSB) RICKY YACOBI U-12 Pratikno1, Moch. Asmawi2, Nofi Marlina Siregar3 Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Jl. Penelitian inin dilakukan di SSB Ricky Yacobi di Senayan, dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang dari sekolah sepakbola Ricky Yacobi U-12. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan dnegan menggabungkan penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang akan ditingkatkan adalah sistem pelatihan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sepak bola anak-anak SSB U-12 melalui latihan sirkuit. Tujuan dari peneliian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sepak bola melalui latihan sirkuit terutama terkait dengan keterampilan sepak bola, passing, menembak dan mengendalikan anak-anak U-12 di SS Ricky Yacobi Jakarta Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes keterampilan sepak bola yang meliputi tes dribbling, tes menembak dan tes kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan melalui model pelatihan sirkuit dapat meningkatkan keterampilan sepak bola. Hasil passing keterampilan sepak bola anak U-12 SSB Ricky Yakobi untuk rata-rata tes awal 4,22 (66,67%), dribbling 3,16 (50%), menembak 2,93 (26,67%), dan mengendalikan 4,13 (83,33%), siklus 1 nilai rata-rata melewati 5,07 (83,33%), dribbling 3,67 (56,67%), menembak 3,37 (56,67%), dan mengendalikan 5,03 (100%) dan siklus 2 nilai rata-rata melewati 5,67 (83,33%), menggiring bola 4,63 (76,67%), menembak 3,63 (53,67%), dan mengendalikan 5 , 70 (100%). Berdasarkan penelitian data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pelatihan sirkuit dapat meningkatkan keterampilan sepak bola anak usia U-12. Kata Kunci: Latihan Sirkuit, Keterampilan Sepak Bola

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to develop a model of volleyball passing exercise through games. The study used qualitative and quantitative using Research and Development from Borg and Gall which consists of ten stages. The subject in this research is junior high school student in Makasar. Data were collected through interview and questionnaire. Data analysis was done descriptively, qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of finding show that games have given exercise variation which makes some students interest and fun when they do volleyball passing exercise. The model has twenty types of games in volleyball passing exercise.

Abstract

Batara gymnastics is an abbreviation of gymnastic activities that have a fit, agile, and happy character. Batara gymnastics is one of the variations in rhythmic gymnastics created. The purpose of study was to improve students’ body fitness through batara gymnastic for student at eleventh grade SMK Negeri 2 Oku. This research used experimental research. The design of this study used one group pretest posttest design. Process of collecting data used TKJI method. The results of study show that 1) pretest score before doing Gymnastics Batara (Fit Tangkas Gembira) obtained a score of 14.20 while students after doing Gymnastics Batara (Fit Tangkas Gembira) obtained a score of 18.05. Furthermore, the statistical analysis of the T-Test obtained t-count of -10,771 greater than ttable = 1,729. From these results it can be concluded that there is the Effect of Gymnastics Gymnastics (Fit Tangkas Gleeful) on the level of fitness of class XI students in SMK Negeri 2 OKU that is equal to 27.11%.
