Abstract

Information technology, which is currently growing rapidly, has now been used in various fields, including psychology, education, agriculture, and health. This motivates professionals to continue building computers with the goal of helping people or even outperforming them. Computer programs called expert systems are created to emulate the knowledge and skills of a human expert on a particular topic. The main goal of an expert system is to offer answers or suggestions that are comparable to those made by human experts. The forward chaining method is one method that can be used to develop expert systems. The decision-making approach known as "chain forward" begins by considering premises or facts before arriving at a final conclusion. By using this method, the system is designed to operate on various devices such as web, mobile or desktop. This study uses the systematics literature review (SLR) methodology, aiming to determine the fields, platforms, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of using the forward chaining method for expert systems that rely on information from related journals between 2018 and 2023.

Abstract

Departing from several problems experienced by many loan or car rental service providers in the Jabodetabek area, including the problem of timeliness of returning car loans by customers and monitoring the area according to the information at the beginning of the loan. Based on our observations, we took the initiative to make a breakthrough that could later be utilized by car loan service providers in the Greater Jakarta area which aims to provide easy assistance in monitoring customers who use the car loan service so that it can be returned to the car/business owner as appropriate time. The results achieved from the design and use of this application are the added value of convenience for rental owners who can easily monitor their cars being rented by customers and also convenience for customers who can access car rental services only through the gadget they have.

Abstract

Based on the life cycle of today’s society which cannot be separated from the use of technology and digitalization in all aspects of activity. The use of the website is no exception for various things, starting from business or just spreading the information you have. However, many people especially middle-level students don’t know how to make a website. Because of that, we took the software to the target obtained from this socialization are that students are able to make simple website display examples that can be developed according to their respective designations and goals.

Abstract

Di era modern saat ini terdapat perkembangan teknologi yang dikenal dengan internet. Dengan bantuan Internet, siapa pun dapat berkomunikasi dengan orang-orang di seluruh dunia. Adanya jaringan global memungkinkan koneksi internet setiap saat. Media online memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan saat ini. Orang menggunakan internet tidak hanya untuk mencari informasi tetapi juga untuk mengembangkan bisnis mereka dengan membangun aplikasi web. Berkat Internet yang terus berkembang, aplikasi web mudah diakses oleh semua orang. Teknologi web dan internet membantu manajemen waktu, seperti sistem pemesanan online yang dapat diakses kapan saja, di mana saja. Namun pada futsal Zidan saat ini masih membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk memesan shot karena harus diambil langsung di lapangan futsal Zidan. Selain itu, kuitansi pembayaran masih disimpan dalam bentuk kertas atau pembukuan untuk menjaga laporan pembayaran. Ini menyulitkan manajer untuk meringkas data, karena banyak file fisik mempersulit penyimpanan informasi pesanan secara efisien. Oleh karena itu, sistem informasi pendukung manajemen futsal Zidane sangat berguna bagi pelanggan terutama terkait pemesanan.
