Abstract

Pelatihan pembuatan mineral block sebagai suplemen ternak ruminansia di UPTD Pembibitan dan Pakan Ternak Dinas Pertanian Peternakan dan Perkebunan Kab. Majene bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan petugas tentang inovasi pengolahan pakan ruminansia dan transfer teknologi pembuatan mineral blok sebagai pakan suplemen. Metode  yang dilakukan meliputi tahapan Sosialisasi pembuatan mineral block sebagai suplemen ternak ruminansia, selanjutnya tahap diskusi dengan peserta dan pemecahan masalah-masalah yang dihadapi petugas di UPTD Pembibitan dan Pakan Ternak, dan terakhir  demonstrasi pembuatan mineral block. (daur ulang). Hasil kegiatan ini adalah peserta mengetahui pembuatan mineral block sebagai pakan suplemen ternak ruminasia. Pentingnya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat mengenai inovasi dan teknologi pembuatan mineral block sebagai pakan suplemen ternak ruminansia.

Abstract

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia, on March 31, 2020, the government of the Republic of Indonesia has adopted a new policy known as PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) commonly known as "lockdown". Fulfillment of animal feed ingredients in West Sumatra Province which is still met from outside the province causes disruption of animal feed distribution during the PSBB. This research was conducted by interviewing 50 farmers during the PSBB policy. The data was collected from observations on maintenance. feed ingredients availability, as well as feed ingredients prices. According to the findings of this survey, there was a change in each variable. For example, in the variable transportation of chicken feed materials, 74% of respondents stated that it was smooth during PSBB and reduced by 56% during PSBB. Meanwhile, for the variable availability of chicken feed ingredients, 92% of respondents stated that when the PSBB was adopted, respondents' answers were reduced to 78%, and for the last variable, 24% of respondents stated that feed prices had climbed and treatment. In Indonesia, 76% of respondents said there was no change in prices before and after the PSBB policy was implemented in Lima Puluh Kota Regency, Province of West Sumatera.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the income of Bali Cow breeders with a profit-sharing system. This research was conducted in Kuo Village, Pangale District, Central Mamuju Regency. This study uses survey and observation methods. Determination of respondents using saturated sampling, amounting to 20 breeders. Descriptive data analysis by calculating the value of income by using research variables, namely revenue, variable costs, and fixed costs. The results of this study indicate that breeders gain significant profits in terms of income in the Bali Cow breeding business with a profit-sharing or gaduhan, with an average profit of one business scale of Rp. 763.555, two business scale of Rp. 1.767.571, and three business scales tail Rp. 2.592.500. So it can be concluded that the larger the scale of the business, the higher the level of income. INTISARITujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendapatan peternak Sapi Bali dengan sistem bagi hasil. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kuo, Kecamatan Pangale, Kabupaten Mamuju Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dan observasi. Penentuan responden menggunakan sampling jenuh yang berjumlah 20 orang peternak. Analisis data secara deskriptif dengan menghitung nilai pendapatan dengan menggunakan variabel variabel penelitian yaitu penerimaan, biaya variabel, dan biaya tetap. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peternak memperoleh keuntungan yang signifikan dari segi pendapatan pada usaha peternakan Sapi Bali sistem bagi hasil atau gaduhan, dengan rata-rata keuntungan skala usaha satu ekor sebesar Rp 763.555, skala usaha dua ekor Rp 1.767.571, serta skala usaha tiga ekor sebesar Rp 2.592.500. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin besar skala usaha maka semakin tinggi tingkat pendapatannya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of climate change on the opinions of purebred chicken farmers in Maritengngae District, Sidrap Regency. Analyze the data used by calculating the total cost of production, revenue and receipts. The results of the study obtained total fixed costs by only calculating depreciation costs of Rp. 5,333 and total variable costs of Rp. 93,260,000. While income with a scale of 1,500 heads amounted to Rp.481,417,000. The impact of climate change results in heat stress in chickens, causing a decrease in egg production and egg weight. Farmer revenue on a scale of 1,500 chickens after deduction of total production costs and income Rp. 388,128,235.
