Abstract

The research is aimed at analyzing the quality of pedagogical competences of Indonesian language teachers at the level of State MTs Negeri 3 Medan and MTs Al-Jami’yatul Washliyah Tembung. As for the research method used using a qualitative approach in the form of a descriptive investigation method by performing observations and descending directly to the field in using the interview method related to being the result of an interview with an Indonesian language teacher as the primary data and the results of the interview with the head of school as secondary data. Based on the results of the research found showed that the pedagogical competence of Indonesian language teachers at the level of MTs Negeri 3 Medan and MTs Al-Jami’yatul Washliyah Tembung is good enough only the methods used are different, because each school must have its respective roles and policies to get the best results. The pedagogical competence of teachers plays an important role in learning, because it is from here that students will obtain learning according to the good learning systematics, in addition to qualifications in terms of competence, teachers must also meet other qualifications that are academic. Teachers have a scientific educational background so they have academic and intellectual expertise.

Abstract

Kompetensi pedagogik guru Bahasa Indonesia di Smp Negeri 7 Percut Sei tuan dan Smp Muhammadiyah 43 Kebanjahe .Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendenskripsikan kompetensi pedagogik guru Bahasa Indonesia di SMP Negeri 7 Percut sei tuan dan Smp Muhammadiyah 43 kebanjahe. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskripif.Penelitian ini di lakukan di SMP Negeri 7 Percut sei tuan dan Smp Muhammadiyah 43 Kebanjahe .Sumber data ini dilakukan dalam penelitian guru Bahasa Indonesia .Tehnik dalam pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan pengamatan ,wawancara dan angket terbuka Instrumen yang dilakukan dalam observasi ,wawancara dan panduan analisis data .Hasil penelitian yang mengungkapkan bahwa guru yang memiliki dalam pemahaman dan juga wawasaan dan landasan kePendidikan secara mendalam ,gru harus mampu memahami karateristik peserta didik dengan melakukan berbagai pendekatan ,guru mampu mengembangkan kurikulum dengan silabus yang akan digunakan dalam mengajar ,guru harus mampu merancang dan melaksanakan pembelajaran yang mendidik dengan melakkan evaluasi terhadap peserta didik ,guru dapat mengembangkan peserta didik untuk melakukan mengaktualisasikan dengan potensinya daan memberikan dukugan dan araha kepada peserta didik untuk mengembangkan minat dan bakat yang dimilikinya .

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about the application of Indonesian language teacher's pedagogic competence in learning, including to determine the teacher's ability to plan lessons in the subjects taught. This research is a type of qualitative research that is descriptive in nature. The data collection technique used in general is using interview techniques. Interviews were conducted by researchers with the reason that researchers were able to ask questions face to face with the participants. The results of the data analysis show that the application of pedagogic competencies in public and private schools is going well. This is because the Indonesian teacher prepares lessons regularly and uses several methods to make learning better. Indonesian language teachers in their own country improve the language skills of educators so that they are able to convey well to students and then make students understand and enjoy during the learning process which makes students like what is taught by educators.
