Abstract

The problem that occurs at this time is that the role of education is still not realized as its function optimally in overcoming violence prevention in the learning environment for elementary school children. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of educators in preventing psychological violence in elementary school children. The research methodology uses qualitative data collection methods using observation and relevant documentation. The research subjects were conducted on 25 elementary school teachers by providing debriefing and training and assisted by two master's students. Data analysis techniques use the approach from Miles and Huberman. The results show that the role of educators should be optimal in facilitating learning assistance for children. Schools as educational institutions can submit procedural SOPs made in the form of written rules as a solution to minimize the occurrence of ongoing child psychological distress. The role of the teacher during the learning process can provide direction through positive instructions to children. As well as collaboration between school principals, teachers and parents it is important to do that can be used as an internal monitoring system, so that children can feel that they are being watched, protected and given attention.

Abstract

Pentingnya pengembangan nilai agama dan moral anak ditanamkan sejak dini. Pembelajaran berbasis Al Qur’an di TK Islam Al Aqsha bertujuan untuk menghasilkan anak yang memiliki nilai agama dan moral yang baik sebagai Sumber Daya Manusia berdasarkan Al qur’an. Peran guru sangat dibutuhkan dalam pengembangan nilai agama dan moral di sekolah. Guru harus memiliki kemampuan serta wawasan yang baik dalam mendidik peserta didiknya. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan Peran Guru Dalam Pengembangan Nilai Agama dan Moral Pembelajaran Berbasis Al Qur’an pada anak usia dini. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Data penelitian diambil melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran pendidik sangat dibutuhkan dalam mengembangkan nilai agama dan moral anak sesuai dengan pembelajaran berbasis Al Qur’an sehingga anak memiliki nilai agama dan moral yang baik. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran Al-Qur'an pada perkembangan NAM anak usia dini menunjukan bahwa anak dapat mengetahui do’a pendek sehari-hari, anak mengetahui surat-surat yang biasa dibaca ketika shalat dan anak menunjukan perilaku sopan, hormat, peduli dan toleransi.

Abstract

Jabatan fungsional penilik adalah tenaga kependidikan sebagai pelaksana teknis fungsional dengan tugas utama melaksanakan pengendalian mutu dan evaluasi dampak program Pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD), Pendidikan kesetaraan dan keaksaraan serta kursus pada jalur Pendidikan Nonformal dan Informal (PNFI) berkedudukan di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten/Kota.  Keberadaan penilik sangat penting untuk peningkatan kualitas Pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD), Pendidikan kesetaraan dan keaksaraan serta kursus pada jalur Pendidikan Nonformal dan Informal (PNFI).  Penilik dapat membantu guru dalam mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru.  Selain mebantu kepala sekolah dalam menjalankan peran sebagai guru, pemimpin, administrator, supervisor, motivator, pembaharu dan manajer dengan melaksanakan pembimbingan dan memberikan masukan kepada kepala sekolah.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap data sejauh mana peranan penilik dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru PAUD di Kecamatan Kotabaru, Karawang.  Dalam penulisan ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan adanya peranan penilik yang langsung turun memberikan motivasi, terbukti mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan.

Abstract

Media bahan alam merupakan segala sesuatu media pembelajaran yang ada di lingkungan sekitar untuk menunjang pembelajaran sangat mudah dan ekonomis. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberi gambaran pemberian permainan menggunakan bahan alam dapat memberikan stimulus untuk membantu pertumbuhan kognitif anak usia dini. Bahan alam yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah biji-bijian berupa biji karet dan sawit. Penelitian kualitatif dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan catatan lapangan sebagai metode pengambilan datanya. Berlatar di TK Fawwaz Kids School, Kabupaten Tebo, Provinsi Jambi yang dibantu oleh tenaga pengajar disana untuk mendapatkan data yang dicari. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa penggunaan bahan alam berhasil dalam rangka menstimulasi perkembangan kognitif anak usia dini di TK Fawwaz Kids School Tebo. Kondisi lokasi sekolah yang masih banyak menemukan bahan alam seperti biji-bijian tersebut membuat anak semakin cepat belajar.

Abstract

The competence of educators in understanding inclusive education is very important, so Community Service (PKM) activities are needed with the theme "Increasing the Competency of Early Childhood Educators in Facilitating Children with Special Needs in Inclusive Education Units" in partnership with the AL-IMAN Islamic Education Foundation which is supported by the Education Office and Culture, Social Services, Teacher Activity Center (PKG), Jombang Driving School Community (Sepajo) Jombang Regency. Data collection methods were obtained by conducting interviews and directly observing the learning process implemented at YPI Al-Iman Jombang as well as holding workshops on inclusive education to determine the competence of educators through pre-tests and post-tests. The implementation of the workshop activities showed a positive response from the participants. The results of the workshop on inclusive education in Community Service (PKM) in Jombang Regency are expected to increase understanding and increase the competency of PAUD educators regarding the scope of children with special needs and appropriate handling in inclusive schools that can be applied in their respective institutions

Abstract

Teachers face challenges in teaching and learning in the industrial revolution era 4.0 and Society 5.0. Ensuring students have communication, collaboration, creation, and critical thinking competencies. This article aims to analyze the educational competence of early childhood educators in realizing Merdeka Belajar in Banten Province, Indonesia. Pedagogic competence is the ability needed by educators to carry out the program Sekolah Penggerak, Guru Penggerak, and Implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka in their schools. These three programs are the pillars for achieving Merdeka Belajar. The research method used was to collect information through written interviews using the Google Form, which was distributed to representatives of the education and culture offices in 8 districts and cities in Banten Province, including the heads of the PNF and Kasi PAUD, in addition to PAUD supervisors and inspectors in 8 communities and towns. as well as representatives from various schools and early childhood education teachers throughout Banten Province. The results of this study indicate that the 106 informants who are educators and related education stakeholders already understand the Sekolah Penggerak, Guru Penggerak, and Merdeka Curriculum programs and have pedagogic competencies that can support the realization of Merdeka Belajar, but further observations are still needed regarding the implementation of these programs in schools.
