Abstract

Produksi etanol dilakukan dengan beberapa perlakuan antara lain pengenceran larutan stok menjadi 4 variasi konsentrasi, penambahan nutrisi, pengaturan pH, sterilisasi bahan, pendinginan, penambahan inokulum Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengoptimalisasi pemanfaatan fermentor dan Gas Chromatography untuk fermentasi etanol dan analisis hasilnya. Fermentasi dilakukan selama 96 jam dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan setiap 24 jam. Pengujian hasil fermentasi dilakukan dengan cara melakukan uji kadar alkohol metode conway, uji kadar alkohol metode GC setelah dilakukan pemekatan 5 kali dengan cara destilasi, uji gula dengan metode DNS untuk mengetahui sisa gula yang digunakan dalam fermentasi, uji TPC dan kekeruhan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan sel Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Hasil uji dibuat grafik dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS untuk mengetahui penambahan kadar alkohol tiap jam fermentasi, untuk mengetahui apakah data dianggap linier secara statistik dan untuk mengetahui berapa waktu optimal produksi etanol dengan kadar tertinggi. Hasil menunjukkan waktu optimal pemanfaatan fermentor adalah 72 jam dengan kemurnian etanol tertinggi 43,44%.

Abstract

Rini Niraini (2017).  Upaya Meningkatkan  Kecerdasan  Kinestetik Melalui  Kegiatan  Menari Lagu Tokecang (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Terhadap Anak Usia Dini Kelompok B Di TK Permata Ibu Cimahi)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran kondisi objektif kecerdasan kinestetik anak pada kelompok B sebelum diterapkannya kegiatan menari lagu tokecang, memperoleh gambaran mengenai pelaksanaan kegiatan menari lagu tokecaang dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan kinestetik, memperoleh gambaran mengenai peningkatan kecerdasan kinestetik pada anak kelompok B setelah diterapkannya kegiatan menari.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), yang terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu 1) Perencanaan, 2) Pelaksanaan Tindakan, 3) Observasi dan Evaluasi, 4) Refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 13 orang anak. Tehnik pengumpulan data ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan mengunakan tehnik persentase dengan pelaksanaan beberapa tahapan..Kondisi awal kemampuan kinestetik di TK Permata Ibu Cimahi berada pada kategori berkembang sangat baik (BSB) hanya 8 % dari keseluruhan siswa. Namun setelah diberikan tindakan siklus I pencapaian kemampuan kinestetik anak pada kategori BSB meningkat menjadi 23 %, dan setelah diberikan tindakan siklus II pencapaian perkembangan kemampuan kinestetik anak meningkat kembali menjadi 85 % dari keseluruhan siswa.Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan kecerdasan  kinestetik anak dapat ditingkatkan melalui kegiatan menari lagu tokecang, melalui kegiatan menari ini dapat menstimulasi kemampuan kecerdasan gerak tubuh, serta dapat mengekspresikan diri melalui gerakan menari yang bervariasi, dan mengekspresikan diri dalam gerkan.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a new type of disease caused by a virus from the coronavirus class. Covid-19 spreads between humans very quickly and spreads to several countries including Indonesia, in just a few months. In this digital era, the role of media including IoT technology itself is very important for the development of information distribution in a fast, precise, and real-time manner and is able to cut existing distance boundaries. In this study, a wireless data monitoring system for the distribution of Covid-19 was created. This system uses a data parsing method that utilizes the Thingspeak application, to process data using the Arduino IDE and utilizing the ESP8266 as a wireless data transmission medium. The processed data is then displayed on an OLED layer.Keywords:Covid-19, Information, Media, IoT, Digital.

Abstract

The design of this data mining application is a computerized system in the field of technology, this proves that technological developments in data processing are increasingly advanced, this can be the basis for the development of data processing systems for sales of bloods based web applications using a priori algorithms, problems in this bloods distribution cannot Minimizing the decline in sales at the Jakarta clothing event in 2019, it is necessary to evaluate the sales data, with market basket analysis or consumer shopping baskets to find out consumer shopping patterns as a reference for the sale strategy of event Jakarta clothing at the end of the year. This analysis uses a priori algorithm with the association rule method, while the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method is used as the basis for developing expert systems. From the results of the study, it was found that sales data for 5 days and 7 items got the highest 100% confidence value from the itemset calculation 1,2,3 which passed the selection so that they became aware of consumer purchasing patterns and rearranged product layouts for promotion and improving the correct sales strategy.Keywords:Applications, Data Mining, Apriori Algorithms, Association Rule Method, SDLC.

Abstract

Koneksi intenet yang digunakan dalam laboratorium komputer harus terhindar dari segala macam gangguan. Salah satu yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara Load balancing dengan metode Per Connection Classifier (PCC). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik load balancing yang diusulkan menjadi beban trafic pada masing-masing ISP atau gateway seimbang sehingga dalam pemakaian bandwith lebih efisien dan mampu mempercepat koneksi jaringan internet. Diusulkan juga pula teknik failover untuk membantu mengurangi koneksi jaringan internet tidak terjadi koneksi gagal pada salah satu jalur ISP. Dalam pengujian dan paket Loss dan Throughputh sudah dilakukan masing-masing 6 tahapan. Yaitu dengan hasil yang didapatkan dari pengujian paket Loss 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 menit. Untuk hasil pengujian throughputh yaitu dengan mengukur mulai 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 Menit. Pada pengujian tersebut merujuk versi TIPHONE.Kata Kunci:ISP, Load balancing, Metode PCC, Quality of service.

Abstract

Life in the current era of technology is almost every line connected to the internet, as well as when doing business. Website is a container used for business development and improvement. One form of this is to create an attractive website display as a strategy to increase product quality and quantity. This research aims to; 1) The creation of a marketing information system facility with the application of CRM using the web-based React.JS framework as the main purpose of the research, and 2) Understanding and describing the benefits of implementing a Marketing Information System with CRM Applications using the web-based React.JS framework as a marketing strategy to improve quality and product quantity. To implement this research, the researcher uses the Agile method. A website-based marketing system with the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at Reswara Digital printing produces structured and detailed data storage and the delivery of product information to consumers can be carried out optimally.

Abstract

The development of the business world always requires us to improve the quality of products and services to consumers. goods purchasing services can be done electronically and can also be done online or in electronic commerce. Not a few entrepreneurs or business owners still manage their business transaction data manually, which of course has a high risk of losing data or making financial calculations wrong. Therefore, this website-based Point of sale application was designed with the aim of reducing these shortcomings and making it easier for entrepreneurs to manage their company's transaction data. This website-based Point of sale application has several advantages such as: facilitating transaction data management, simplifying business financial calculations, a computerized monthly financial recapitulation of the business.

Abstract

Family Archive Restoration Service (LARASKA) is a national archival institution that is present directly in the midst of people who have difficulty in handling community archives damaged by disasters. Since its launch in 2019, LARASKA has helped as many as 790 families and has repaired 33,193 archives. LARASKA ANRI is a service provided to the public free of charge by following established procedures. On February 21, 2021, exactly 1 day after the flood-hit Jabodetabek, the LARASKA ANRI team established a command post at the location to help people who have difficulty coming directly to ANRI. Thus, it is hoped that important public archives or documents as evidence of organizational accountability, both government and private, as well as evidence of community civil rights can be saved. The aim of the researchers from this study was to build a website-based LARASKA application to make it easier for the public to use the online application and conduct assessment analysis using the PIECES Framework.

Abstract

Technological developments in the era of Globalization, are widely used in various fields, one of the developing technologies is the technology on the NodeMcu ESP8266. In the Soil moisture Detector System in Ornamental Plants Using the IoT-Based NodeMcu ESP8266, based on the problem factors that exist in a failure in plant growth, it is very influential in terms of technique and also improper plant watering procedures, can cause plant growth to be disrupted and also withered. To overcome this problem, the author designed a Moisture Condition Detector in Ornamental Plants Using an IoT-Based NodeMcu ESP8266. Where this system can run commands to automatically water plants from soil moisture while simultaneously watering manually with various desired conditions and the system can send notifications that users can receive via telegram. Through the Moisture Level Condition Detector system in this ornamental plant, it can increase the level of effectiveness, so the quality that the plants get will be better maintained.

Abstract

The continuous development of the internet has led to changes in routing complexity. In the context of a wide area network (WAN), network flow optimization becomes a major issue in the selection of the fastest route, which involves routing protocols. Algorithms in routing protocols are designed to determine the shortest path. Therefore, studies are needed regarding how to build a routing algorithm that can be used to get the shortest path in each process. This study aims to reduce network workload and compare the computation involved in determining the shortest path using the Greedy algorithm and the A* algorithm. The simulation results show that the A* algorithm is superior to greedy. The measurement results show that the final cost of the Greedy algorithm is 44 and the A* algorithm is 38. Taking into account the heuristic value for each node, the A* algorithm is superior to the Greedy algorithm in determining the shortest path.
