Abstract

Volume kendaraan pribadi besar yang beraktifitas di jalan raya, menimbulkan permasalahan diantaranya terjadi kemacetan yang disebabkan kepadatan lalu lintas,. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui persentase kualitas pelayanan armada bus dalam melayani masyarakat pengguna. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengolah data primer yang diperoleh dari lapangan yaitu Software Microsoft Excel 2010. Adapun hasil penelitian, yaitu: persentase kualitas layanan terhadap penumpang sebesar 4%. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan armada bus terhadap penumpang, diperoeh dari nilai pelayanan operator armada sebesar 1566 (48%), kategori cukup baik; nilai pelayanan operator armada bus sebesar 720 (56%), kategori cukup baik; sehingga diperoleh pesentase jumlah penumpang armada bus sebesar 4%.. The volume of large private vehicles that are active on the highway, causes problems including congestion caused by traffic density,. The purpose of the study was to determine the percentage of the service quality of the bus fleet in serving the user community. The method used to process primary data obtained from the field is Microsoft Excel 2010 software. The results of the study are: the percentage of service quality to passengers is 4%. So it can be concluded that the service quality of the bus fleet to passengers is obtained from the service value of the fleet operator of 1566 (48%), the category is quite good; the service value of the bus fleet operator is 720 (56%), quite good category; so that the percentage of the number of passengers in the bus fleet is 4%.

Abstract

Pasar menjadi sarana kegiatan perekonomian tempat bertemunya penjual dan pembeli. Salah satu pasar di Makassar yang cukup ramai adalah Pasar Butung yang merupakan daerah tujuan wisata belanja dimana sebagian besar penjual maupun pembeli memakai sepeda motor sebagai sarana transportasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan sistem ruang parkir Pasar Butung berupa distribusi jumlah kendaraan maksimum yang masuk sebanyak 67 kendaraan dan yang keluar sebanyak 41 kendaraan, akumulasi parkir maksimum sebesar 265 kendaraan, volume parkir maksimum sebesar 702 parkir/kendaraan, pergantian parkir maksimum sebesar 1,95 kendaraan/kapasitas, dan indeks parkir maksimum sebesar 0,73. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kapasitas ruang parkir saat ini ternyata belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan kendaraan yang akan parkir maka perlu penambahan ruang parkir. The market is a means of economic activity where sellers and buyers meet. One of the most crowded markets in Makassar is Butung Market, which is a shopping destination where most sellers and buyers use motorbikes as a means of transportation. This study aims to determine the management of the Pasar Butung parking space system in the form of the distribution of the maximum number of vehicles entering as many as 67 vehicles and leaving as many as 41 vehicles, the maximum accumulation of parking is 265 vehicles, the maximum parking volume is 702 parking lots/vehicles, the maximum parking turnover is 1,95 vehicles/capacity, and a maximum parking index of 0.73. The results of the study showed that the current parking space capacity was not able to meet the needs of vehicles to be parked, so additional parking spaces were needed.

Abstract

Salah satu fenomena alam yang terjadi di beberapa wilayah Indonesia berupa bencana banjir. Pemerintah melakukan sosialisasi melalui pendekatan dan bimbingan kepada masyarakat tentang mitigasi bencana banjir. Usaha penanganan mitigasi bencana banjir untuk jalur evakuasi kendaraan sistem transportasi, agar masyarakat dapat mempersiapkan diri jika terjadi bencana banjir. Salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya banjir, yaitu kondisi tinggi dan rendah elevasi tanah, kurang tersedia limpasan/daerah aliran sungai, dan daerah resapan air, sehingga menjadi tempat genangan air yang menjadikan kondisi daerah tersebut menjadi zona rawan, sangat rawan, dan waspada terhadap bencana banjir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan jalur evakuasi menggunakan kendaraan menuju ke daerah evakuasi sebagai upaya mengurangi risiko akibat bencana banjir. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara langsung, dan studi dokumentasi Total luas daerah berdampak banjir, yaitu: Kecamatan Rappocini sebesar 2,949 km2, Kecamatan Manggala sebesar 10,888 km2, dan Kecamatan Panakukkang sebesar 9,410 km2. Daerah dan jalur evakuasi bencana banjir berdasarkan kondisi daerah sangat aman dan aman dari bencana banjir, di Kecamatan Manggala sebanyak 6 (enam) tempat dan 6 (enam) ruas jalan; di Kecamatan Rappocini sebanyak 21 (dua puluh satu) tempat dan 8 (delapan) ruas jalan; dan di Kecamatan Panakkukang sebanyak 21 (dua puluh satu) tempat dan 14 (empat belas) ruas jalan One of the natural phenomena that occurs in several regions of Indonesia is in the form of floods. The government conducts outreach through approaches and guidance to the community regarding flood disaster mitigation. Efforts to handle flood disaster mitigation for transportation system vehicle evacuation routes, so that people can prepare themselves in the event of a flood disaster. One of the factors causing the occurrence of flooding, namely the condition of high and low ground elevation, lack of available runoff/watersheds, and water catchment areas, so that it becomes a pool of water which makes the condition of the area a vulnerable zone, very vulnerable, and alert to flood disasters. . This study aims to plan an evacuation route using a vehicle to the evacuation area as an effort to reduce the risk of flooding. The type of research used is qualitative research by collecting data using observation, direct interviews, and documentation studies. The total area affected by flooding, namely: Rappocini District of 2,949 km2, Manggala District of 10,888 km2, and Panakukkang District of 9,410 km2. Areas and evacuation routes for floods based on regional conditions are very safe and secure from floods, in Manggala District there are 6 (six) places and 6 (six) roads; in the Rappocini District as many as 21 (twenty one) places and 8 (eight) roads; and in Panakkukang District as many as 21 (twenty one) places and 14 (fourteen) roads
