Abstract

Banks play a crucial role in the economy of a country, especially in developing nations like Indonesia. Commercial banks classified as BUKU IV are the largest banking group in Indonesia and are known for their strong management. This research aims to analyze the influence of capital adequacy, liquidity, bank size, and profitability on credit risk in Commercial Banks classified as BUKU IV during the period of 2015-2020. The independent variables consist of CAR, LDR, BS, and ROA, while the dependent variable is NPL (Non-Performing Loans). Secondary data collected by the researcher from the annual financial reports of BUKU IV commercial banks are utilized in this study, employing a census sampling technique. The data analysis method applied is panel data regression using E-Views 10 software. The research results indicate that ROA has a negative and significant effect on NPL in BUKU IV Commercial Banks. However, CAR, LDR, and BS do not have a significant impact on NPL in BUKU IV Commercial Banks.

Abstract

Desa Geulumpang Sulu Timu merupakan salah satu desa yang layak mendapatkan perhatian dan pembinaan untuk mendukung peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa tersebut. Letak desa yang strategis dan pembangunan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai belum menjamin masyarakatnya memiliki pendapatan keluarga yang cukup yang ditinjau dari masih tingginya angka masyarakat miskin di desa tersebut. Tujuan umum kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga dan mendorong penurunan tingkat pengangguran di desa mitra. Tujuan khususnya antara lain yaitu melaksanakan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan teknik budidaya anggur terutama kegiatan penyambungan tanaman anggur kepada masyarakat Geulumpang Sulu Timu Beberapa metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu (1) kegiatan penyuluhan mengenai prospek budidaya tanaman anggur serta gizi yang dimiliki oleh hasil dari tanaman tersebut, (2) praktek kegiatan penyambungan bibit tanaman anggur sebagai sarana untuk mendapatkan bibit yang berkualitas, (3) pelaksanaan pendampingan dari kegiatan penyambungan yang telah dilakukan oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

This study examined the influence of organizational justice, competence, and work motivation on the performance of Denpasar city government. The results indicated that organizational justice, competence, and work motivation had positive and significant effects on employee performance. When employees perceive fairness and justice within the organization, possess the necessary competencies, and are motivated to excel in their work, it positively impacts their performance. The combined influence of these variables accounted for 60.4% of the variance in employee performance, indicating a relatively strong relationship. Based on the findings, it is recommended that Government Office focus on promoting fairness and justice, developing employee competencies, and sustaining motivation to enhance performance. Implementing policies and practices that ensure fairness, providing training and development opportunities, and fostering a supportive work environment can lead to a productive and satisfied workforce, resulting in improved performance outcomes and better service delivery to the community. However, it is essential to consider other factors that may also influence employee performance but were not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how Self Efficacy, Perceived Organizational Support and Employee Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) in Lhokseumawe City. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of Organizational Citizenship Behavior in employees who work at the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) of Lhokseumawe City. The data used in this study was primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 75 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which consisting of data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using the help of SPSS software. The results showed that partially self efficacy had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior on the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) in Lhokseumawe City, furthermore perceived organizational support had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior on the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) in Lhokseumawe City and employee engagement had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior on the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) in Lhokseumawe City. These findings provide useful implications for the government to determine strategies related to human resources to improve organizational citizenship behavior in employees.
