Abstract

In Islamic societies, integrating artificial intelligence (AI) poses significant ethical dilemmas, necessitating a careful navigation of moral frameworks. This abstract encapsulates the essence of a comprehensive exploration of these intricate dynamics. As AI technologies advance and permeate various aspects of society, the ethical considerations surrounding their adoption become increasingly paramount. In the specific context of Islamic societies, where cultural, religious, and ethical values play a central role in daily life, the integration of AI introduces a complex interplay between innovation and tradition. This study delves into the ethical dilemmas inherent to AI deployment in Islamic societies, examining data privacy, autonomy, accountability, and bias. To navigate these ethical quandaries, it is essential to consider the moral frameworks embedded in Islamic ethics and jurisprudence. The study explores how Islamic principles, including justice, compassion, and ethical responsibility, can guide the development and deployment of AI technologies. Furthermore, it investigates the compatibility and potential tensions between contemporary AI ethics and Islamic moral values. Through a multidisciplinary lens, encompassing fields such as computer science, ethics, theology, and law, this research offers a nuanced understanding of the ethical challenges posed by AI in Islamic societies. It aims to contribute to the ongoing discourse on responsible AI integration while preserving the moral fabric of Islamic traditions.

Abstract

In the study "Strategic Human Resource Optimization in Business Management Amidst the Technological Epoch for Advancing Profitability and Sustainability in Indonesia," we investigated the dynamic interplay between human resource strategies, technological advancements, and their impact on business profitability and sustainability in the Indonesian context. Our research employed a mixed-method approach, incorporating quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques. We analyzed extensive data from various Indonesian businesses spanning multiple sectors and industries. These data were meticulously gathered and processed, utilizing advanced statistical tools and software to derive meaningful insights. The study's results indicated a compelling relationship between the optimization of human resources, driven by strategic initiatives, and the ability of businesses to thrive in the modern technological era. We observed a positive correlation between such optimization and enhanced Profitability and the ability to maintain sustainable operations, even in the face of industry disruptions. The discussion section delved into the nuanced interpretations of the results, emphasizing the critical role of human capital in adapting to technological changes and steering companies toward financial success and long-term sustainability. This understanding has significant implications for businesses aiming to navigate the challenges of the digital age while maintaining their commitment to sustainability. In conclusion, this study underscores the importance of strategically optimizing human resources in the context of technological advancements for both Profitability and sustainability in Indonesian businesses. It provides valuable insights for business leaders and policymakers seeking to develop strategies that align with the demands of the modern business landscape.

Abstract

In the swiftly evolving digital era, the role of integrated communication strategies in online businesses within the Indonesian context is paramount. This research presents a comprehensive case study examining how these strategies wield influence in shaping and sustaining corporate image. With Indonesia as the backdrop, a dynamic landscape where online businesses thrive, our study offers profound insights into this multifaceted relationship. Approximately 82% of the surveyed online businesses actively engage in integrated communication strategies, transcending conventional communication channels. These strategies coalesce to present a coherent narrative that resonates with the audience. Moreover, 75% of respondents perceive a positive impact on their corporate image due to these strategies. Diving deeper, our findings elucidate the significance of coherence, a customer-centric approach, and continuous adaptation in navigating the digital era. Coherence in communication aligns with values, principles, and ethos. A customer-centric approach underscores the importance of customer satisfaction and loyalty in shaping a positive corporate image. Adaptation signifies a dynamic response to challenges, embracing innovation. The implications of this research extend into the broader landscape of corporate communication and image management in the digitally driven environment. It is a realm where perceptions are not static but dynamic, shaped by each communication endeavor and each online interaction. Challenges coexist with opportunities, and innovation thrives. Integrated communication strategies are instrumental in crafting a corporate identity that resonates with stakeholders and fortifying a favorable corporate image. This research offers businesses a compass to navigate the complexities of the digital era, aligning their narratives with their core values and principles to build and sustain a resilient corporate image.
