Abstract

This mentoring program aims to improve the ability of teachers in integrating innovative learning models in learning in elementary school (SD) 1 Kecamatan Simeulue Timeur Aceh. The ability to integrate innovative learning models in learning requires specific skills in their application. Responding to that, done by the teachers to be able to integrate innovative learning model effectively according to the demand of learning in elementary school. Methods of assistance are conducted through several stages of activity, including: preparation, implementation, evaluation and reflection, and follow-up. Outcomes generated through the mentoring program include: an innovative learning model guidebook in elementary school, teacher model of integrating innovative learning model, and scientific article published in ISSN online journal. The results of the devotion program indicate that the increasing ability of teachers in integrating innovative learning models in learning in SD1 Simeulue Timur Sub-district Simeulue. Thus, the assistance performed has been run effectively and in accordance with the expected results.

Abstract

Corruption has become a serious problem in Indonesia and the prevention of corruption needs to be done from an early age. One effort that can be taken is to conduct socialization on corruption prevention through problem-based learning methods at TK Al-Kawanad. This method can help children understand the dangers of corruption and how to prevent it through direct experience in solving corruption problems. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of problem-based learning methods in socializing corruption prevention at TK Al-Kawanad. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that problem-based learning methods are effective in improving children's understanding of the importance of corruption prevention and how to prevent it. In addition, children are also more motivated and involved in learning through this method. This study is expected to provide a positive contribution in efforts to prevent corruption in Indonesia through character education from an early age.

Abstract

Early childhood education (PAUD) is very important to prepare an educated generation for the nation and state, and the role of early childhood educators (PAUD) is very important in the development of students. Educators need to go beyond traditional learning by providing learning innovations that utilize information technology, including the ability to master the latest information technology. The focus of the Community Service Program (PKM) is to improve   the quality of human resources (HR) of PAUD organizers in Syiah Kuala District, Banda Aceh Province in the field of information technology, so that they are able to support the management of learning and educational activities. In improving the quality of kindergarten teaching staff in the field of information technology is related to supervision management and making daily learning implementation plans (RPPH). With a system that allows teachers to quickly resolve administrative problems, it is hoped that they can use their time to further develop their knowledge and skills regarding PAUD administrative problems.
