Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research with accidental sampling method. The population in this study were 100 consumers who used the services of JNE Express Karangawen branch with a total sample of 100 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for the validity and reliability of the data. The data analysis method used consisted of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. While the data analysis techniques used to answer the hypothesis include moderated regression analysis (MRA), t test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a regression coefficient of service quality of 0.374 and a value of tcount > ttable that is 3.578 > 1.984 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) timeliness of delivery is a moderating variable that strengthens the effect of service quality on delivery time satisfaction with a value of tcount > ttable which is 3,559 > 1,984 and a significance value of 0,003 < 0,05. (3) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with timeliness of delivery as a moderating variable with a regression coefficient value of 0.18 on time delivery and a value of Fcount > Ftable that is 4.845 > 3.937 and a significance value of 0.042 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Profitability, Liquidity, and Company Size on Firm Value. The independent variable is Profitability as measured by Return On Assets, Liquidity measured by the Current Ratio, and the size of the company which is measured by Size, while the dependent variable is the value of the company which is measured by using Price To Book Value. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study are all food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2018-2021. The sample in this study was obtained using a purposive sampling method so that a sample of 19 companies was obtained with a total of 65 data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 as a tool in the calculation. The results of this study indicate that Profitability has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value with a p-value significance of 0.019 (<0.05). Liquidity has no significant negative effect on firm value with a p-value of 0.268 (> 0.05). Firm size has a positive and significant effect on firm value with a p-value of 0.009 (<0.05). Together based on simultaneous tests of Profitability, Liquidity, and Firm Size have a positive and significant effect on Firm Value.

Abstract

Manajemen keuangan merupakan salah satu aspek terpenting dalam rumah tangga, karena hampir semua kegiatan rumah tangga membutuhkan manajemen keuangan. Namun sering kali hal tersebut tidak diperhatikan dengan baik. Tujuan kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dari Masyarakat tentang literasi keuangan syariah dalam rumah tangga, sehingga tercipta pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih baik dalam rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah adalah dengan penyampaian materi tentang literasi keuangan serta manfaatnya untuk rumah tangga. Sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan oleh tim PKM dari UNIMUS ini memberikan materi tentang aspek- aspek yang perlu diperhatikan dalam mengelola keuangan berdasarkan pandangan Islam. Proses sosialisasi ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan yaitu survey, persiapan, penyebaran undangan ke Masyarakat pembekalan tim dan sosialisasi. Sosialisasi ini diikuti oleh 24 ibu-ibu yang tergabung dalam organisasi PKK dan 1 laki-laki yakni pengelolah PKK. Sosialisasi diharapkan mampu membentuk mindset yang baik kepada Masyarakat tentang pengelolaan keuangan berdasarkan pandangan Islam. Hasil dari sosialisasi, ibu-ibu PKK dan Masyarakat yang mengikuti menjadi lebih tercerahkan tentang bagaimana mengelola keuangan rumah tangga dengan baik, bukan hanya mendapatkan manfaat dunia namun dapat manfaatnya untuk kehidupan akhirat. Karena dalam mengelolah keuangan berdasarkan pandangan Islam, ada unsur sedekah, infak dan sebagainya.

Abstract

The current economic development follows the era of globalization which has a positive impact and influence on existing companies, especially in Indonesia, the food and beverage industry has an important role in people's lives as providers of primary needs.The analytical method used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The sample taken in this study used a purposive sampling technique. In line with that, there are 35 company data in the annual report as a sample in this study.Based on the results of hypothesis testing conducted in this study, it can be concluded that partially each independent variable Sales Growth has no effect on firm value, capital structure has no effect on firm value, and firm size has a positive effect on firm value. Similarly, the results of simultaneous testing of all independent variables Sales Growth, Capital Structure and Firm Size have a positive effect on Firm Value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Liquidity, Earning Asset Quality, and Operational Efficiency on the stock price of banking companies. The stock price in the capital market will determine the value of a company, where the performance and health of the company affect its share price, as well as the views of investors.This research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study are publicly listed banking companies in Indonesia which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. The sample used in this study were 20 companies using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination R Square.The results of the partial test or t test show that Liquidity (LDR) has no significant effect on stock prices, Earning Asset Quality (NPL) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices and Operational Efficiency has a negative and significant effect on stock prices. While the simultaneous test or F test shows that together Liquidity (LDR), Earning Asset Quality (NPL) and Operational Efficiency (BOPO) have a simultaneous effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research with non-probability methods. The population of this study is unknown, so it uses the Lemeshow formula, and the number of samples used is 100 respondents. The data collection technique used convenience sampling with the distribution of questionnaires that had been tested for the validity and reliability of the data. The data analysis method used consisted of descriptive analysis, evaluation of the outer model, evaluation of the inner model, and evaluation of indirect effects (mediation). The data analysis tool in this study uses the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that perceived of usefulness has a positive and insignificant effect on online purchasing behavior with a significance value of 1.326 < 1.96. Perceived of usefulness has a positive and significant effect on e-wallet user satisfaction with a significance value of 2.685 < 1.96. E-wallet user satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing behavior with a significance value of 3.794 < 1.96. Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on e-wallet user satisfaction with a significance value of 8.397 < 1.96. E-wallet user satisfaction has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between perceived of usefulness and online purchasing behavior with a significance value of 2.685 < 1.96.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi UMKM Arifin Snack di Pati, Jawa Tengah, dalam proses pengurusan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) serta pengembangan logo perusahaan. UMKM di Indonesia, terutama di daerah Pati, sering mengalami kesulitan dalam administrasi bisnis dan strategi branding yang efektif. Melalui pendekatan praktis, kegiatan ini memberikan bimbingan langsung dalam pengurusan NIB serta pelatihan dalam perancangan logo yang mampu mencerminkan identitas bisnis mereka. Metode yang digunakan meliputi kunjungan langsung dan konsultasi intensif dengan pemilik UMKM, serta sesi pelatihan khusus mengenai aspek legalitas dan branding. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman pemilik UMKM terkait proses perizinan usaha dan strategi branding yang tepat. Logo baru yang dikembangkan berhasil mencerminkan nilai-nilai unik dari Arifin Snack, memperkuat citra mereka di mata konsumen. Simpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah bahwa pendampingan aktif terhadap UMKM dalam hal administrasi bisnis dan branding dapat memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan. Diharapkan bahwa peningkatan ini akan memperkuat posisi pasar Arifin Snack serta meningkatkan daya saing mereka di tingkat lokal. Secara lebih luas, model ini memiliki potensi untuk diterapkan di daerah-daerah lain di Indonesia guna mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal melalui pengembangan UMKM yang berkesinambungan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how effective the savings education program is for primary school students in SB Kampung Bharu, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The program involved students from grade 1 to grade 6, to introduce the concept of money and the importance of saving early on. The methods used in this activity include material provision, discussion, and hands-on practice. Educational activities include the introduction of currency, symbols, and heroes on rupiah money, as well as education on how to save and protect money. Students were also taught about the importance of saving money through interactive discussions and practice making piggy banks from used materials. The results showed that students had an increased understanding of various aspects of finance, including the value of money, the history behind the symbols on currency, and the importance of keeping their money safe. Discussions about saving money succeeded in instilling positive habits and an understanding of the importance of having spare money for urgent needs or long-term goals. The practice of making piggy banks not only enhanced students' creativity but also strengthened their understanding of the concept of saving money.
