Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability represented by return on asset, liquidity represented by current ratio and solvency represented by debt to equity ratio on dividend policy represented by dividend payout ratio. The method used in this research is quantitative with associative research type. The object of research is companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Indeks in 2020-2022. The sampling technique is purposive sampling so that there are 14 companies that are the object of research so that there are 42 observation data. The data in this study is panel data processed with the rstudio application. The results showed that return on asset has a significant negative effect on dividend payout ratio, current ratio has no significant effect on dividend payout ratio and debt to equity ratio has no significant effect on the dividend payout ratio. Simultaneously, all independent variabels have a significant effect on the dividend payout ratio. This research is useful for assessing the concept on finansial performance contained in finansial management using finansial ratios.

Abstract

Judul skripsi ini adalah “Analisis Sistem Pengelolaan Manajemen Keuangan Di Pondok Pesantren Bustanul Huda Desa Pagar Puding Dalam Penguatan’’. Yang disusun oleh Hafiz arsad, NIM 504190063, Prodi Manajemen Keuangan Syari’ah, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam, Universitas Islam Negeri Sulthan Thaha Saipuddin Jambi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perencanaan. Pelaksanaan dan Sistem Pelaporan keuangan di Pesantren Bustanul Huda. Penelitian ini adalah Jenis Penelitian Kualitatif Dengan Metode Deskriftif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui mendalam Pelaksanaan Pengelolaan Manajemen Keuangan dan jenis Data yang di gunakan berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil Penunjukkan bahwa:1) Tidak merancang Rekapulasi Perencanaan Keuangan Pesantren melainkan gambaran pemikiran dan angan angan. 2)Dalam Pelaksanaan keuangan dalam Selaku Pihak Pengasuh Pesantren Bustanul Huda merupakan penuh terhadap pengeluaran uang untuk kepentingan kegiatan Pesantren. 3)yang digunakan dalam sistem pelaporan keuangan Pertanggungjawab dalam Pengelolaan manajemen keuangan Bustanul Huda adalah Penerimaan kas dan Pengeluaran kas.

Abstract

This thesis aims to determine the effect of gross profit margin and net profit margin on stock prices in mining sector companies listed on the jakarta islamic index for 2019-2022. This study uses the indenpedent variables, namely gross profit margin and net profit margin. the dependent variable is stock price. the data used in this study is secondary data, namely in the form of financial reports of sharia companies registered on the jakarta islamic index in 2019-2022. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Statistical methods using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the ratio of gross profit margin and net profit margin has an effect on stock prices. By using the f test it is found that the independent variables have a simultaneous influence on the dependent variables. Calculation of the coefficient of determination shows thet all independent variables, namely gross profit margin and net profit margin, can explain the stock price variable by 30% the remaining 70% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Syaria financial literacy refers to the definition of financial literacy of the Financial Services Authority, which is a consumer of sharia financial products and services with the aim of knowing and understanding sharia financial service institutions and managing sharia finance so as to increase benefits. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of sharia financial literacy on interest in investing in the sharia investment gallery among students at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN STS Jambi Class of 2020. This research method is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study, namely students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, was 509 students. The sample was 84 students with a sampling technique using probability sampling. The research instrument uses observation and questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this research show that sharia financial literacy has an influence on interest in investing in the Sharia Investment Gallery with a significance value of 0.000<0.05. If sharia financial literacy increases, interest in investing will also increase. Based on the coefficient of determination, it indicates that sharia financial literacy factors can influence investment interest by 66.3%. The simple linear regression equation formed is: Y= 6,277 + 0,408 X.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of liquidity and public ownership on the timely submission of financial reports to companies in the consumer goods sector in the Sharia Stock Index for 2019-2022. This study was tested using 2 independent variables, namely: liquidity and public ownership. The dependent variable (dipendent) is the timeliness of submission of financial reports. The samples used in this study were 84 samples. The analysis of this research is logistic regression analysis and assisted by Eviews analysis 12 data used is panel data. The results of this study are that liquidity and public ownership partially have no significant effect on the timeliness of submission of financial reports. The results of the simultaneous test of liquidity and public ownership have an influence on the timeliness of submission of financial reports.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to analyze the behavior of non-Muslim customers in choosing murabaha financing products, how to analyze the decision process of non-Muslim customers, and how cultural, social, personality and psychological factors can influence customer decisions in choosing murabaha financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. Jelutung Jambi. The method of this research is using descriptive qualitative method with primary and secondary data types. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation techniques, while for data analysis the researchers used data reduction analysis, data presentation and verification. The theory used in this research is the theory put forward by Kotler & Ketler that consumer behavior is the science of how individuals, groups and organizations choose, buy and use and obtain goods, services, ideas or experiences to satisfy their wants and needs. . According to Kotlert's theory, consumer behavior is divided into four types, namely cultural, social, personality and psychological factors. In the customer decision process is divided into five steps, namely decision making, namely, recognition of needs, information search, evaluation of alternatives, buying decisions, and post-purchase evaluation. The results of the study explain that the behavior analysis of non-Muslim customers in choosing murabaha financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. In Jelutung Jambi, there were three informants, namely the first informant who worked as a teacher because he was interested because of the salary slip through the bank, and chose gold installment financing because the bank could insure the gold installments, low interest rates, and cheap rates compared to pawn shops. The second informant is taking home installments because the interest rates are low compared to other banks and if you are late paying the installments you are not subject to a fine/sanction of 0.5% to 1% of the amount of the installments that the customer has to pay. The third informant is working as a teacher as well and taking education expenses for their children because the process is fast and the interest rate is low at 3.3%, while at commercial banks it is 8.93%. The fourth informant took gold installments because of the low interest rates. The fifth informant took motorbike installments because the interest rate was lower than leasing, which was 8%. From the several informants above, it can be concluded that cultural, social, personality and psychological factors can influence customer decisions in choosing murabaha financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. Abstract

Limited capital is one of the reasons people do not dare to open a business, because for an entrepreneur, capital is one of the requirements for running or building a business. There are two forms of capital, the first is capital in the form of money or goods. Second, namely intellectual capital such as knowledge, abilities, skills and commitment. The distribution of productive capital is expected to be able to improve the community's economy with business capital loans for the community. In reality, there are many negative perceptions regarding business capital lending, so it is canceled. The formulation of the problem in this research is the Role and Constraints/Barriers of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekar in Financing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jambi City. The research method in this research is a qualitative research method. The data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that the role of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekaar in financing is to help MSME players face their obstacles in running MSMEs such as lack of capital. PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekaar provides capital assistance with a very fast process and without any burdensome requirements for its customers. And the obstacles/obstacles faced by PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekaar include the factor of customer dishonesty during interviews with PNM Mekaar and obstacles to customers running away or abandoning responsibilities.

Abstract

The thesis with the title "The Influence of Celebrity Endorsers and Word of Mouth on the Decision to Purchase Scarlett Whitening Products among UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi Students" was written by Jumianti with NIM 501190273, Sharia Economics Study Program, Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi State Islamic University 2023. This research aims to determine: (1) the influence of celebrity endorsers on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products, (2) the influence of word of mouth on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products, and (3) the influence of celebrity endorsers and word of mouth on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products.This research uses quantitative research methods by collecting data or survey methods. The sample in this research was 100 students at UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been tested. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this research show that: (1) Celebrity Endorser has no influence on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the calculated t value of 0.191 with a significance value of 0.849 which is greater than 0.01. (2) word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the calculated t value of 9.189 with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.01. (3) celebrity endorsers and word of mouth simultaneously influence purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the calculated F value of 80.672 with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.01. The adjusted R square value of 0.585 shows that the ability of the independent variable to influence the dependent variable is 58.5% and the remaining 41.5% is influenced by other variables outside this research
