Abstract

This paper aims to discuss the analysis of the economic value of the basic food arisan system for wedding costs in Seko Besar Village, Pauh District, Sarolangun Jambi Regency. The data techniques in this study used observation, interview and documentation techniques, while for data analysis the researchers used descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the research are as follows: the implementation of basic food arisan for wedding expenses is done to reduce the economic needs of the community and is carried out according to the needs of the members who will hold a wedding party. The basic food arisan is carried out in consultation with the members and carried out in a family manner, in order to meet the needs of the wedding costs. The impact of basic food arisan can ease the burden on the economic needs of arisan members and strengthen family relationships because of the elements of mutual help and friendship. Analysis of the economic value of the basic food arisan system for wedding expenses that has absolutely no elements of usury, gambling, fraud, extortion, or chance and has met the criteria that allow arisan in Islamic economics

Abstract

Judul skripsi ini adalah “Analisis Sistem Pengelolaan Manajemen Keuangan Di Pondok Pesantren Bustanul Huda Desa Pagar Puding Dalam Penguatan’’. Yang disusun oleh Hafiz arsad, NIM 504190063, Prodi Manajemen Keuangan Syari’ah, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam, Universitas Islam Negeri Sulthan Thaha Saipuddin Jambi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perencanaan. Pelaksanaan dan Sistem Pelaporan keuangan di Pesantren Bustanul Huda. Penelitian ini adalah Jenis Penelitian Kualitatif Dengan Metode Deskriftif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui mendalam Pelaksanaan Pengelolaan Manajemen Keuangan dan jenis Data yang di gunakan berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil Penunjukkan bahwa:1) Tidak merancang Rekapulasi Perencanaan Keuangan Pesantren melainkan gambaran pemikiran dan angan angan. 2)Dalam Pelaksanaan keuangan dalam Selaku Pihak Pengasuh Pesantren Bustanul Huda merupakan penuh terhadap pengeluaran uang untuk kepentingan kegiatan Pesantren. 3)yang digunakan dalam sistem pelaporan keuangan Pertanggungjawab dalam Pengelolaan manajemen keuangan Bustanul Huda adalah Penerimaan kas dan Pengeluaran kas.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) to find out how the role of Islamic microfinance institutions on micro businesses in Jambi city. (2) to find out how the development of Islamic microfinance institutions in Jambi city. (3) to find out what efforts are made by Islamic microfinance institutions (BMT) to increase their role towards micro enterprises in Jambi city. The problems discussed in this thesis are (1) how the role of Islamic microfinance institutions on micro businesses in Jambi city. (2) what influences the role of Islamic microfinance institutions (BMT) on micro businesses. (3) what efforts are made by Islamic microfinance institutions (BMT) to increase their role towards micro business ventures in Jambi city. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The descriptive method of analysis is obtained through data sourced from observation, interviews, and documentation as well as other sources that support field research by finding data sources directly from the field, namely from the BMT through data collection and interviews with the parties concerned. The results of this study are the Financing mechanism at BMTs in Jambi city, namely BMT Al-Ishlah, BMT KOSSUMA, and BMT. Muslimah Masyitoh tends to be the same, the difference lies only in the tax year of the vehicle financing ceiling, and the length of installments. Financing includes several contracts, namely murabahah, ijarah, ar-Rahn, mudharabah, musyarakah and qordhul hasan. Analysis before channeling financing at BMT for prospective financing members includes: Character, Capital, Capacity, Condition, and Coleterol. The importance of Islamic microfinance by BMTs in Jambi city in empowering MSMEs is evidenced by the main target of BMT financing is small business actors who are not reached by banks. Simple procedures and applied financing are needed by Jambi city MSMEs in developing their businesses. The constraints of the Jambi city BMT cooperative in carrying out its business, namely financing in the context of empowering MSEs, include internal constraints and external constraints.

Abstract

This research aims to determine sharia promotional strategies, inhibiting factors and efforts to increase sales of ars snack msmes in jambi city. This research uses qualitative methods. This research is the owner of the msme ars snack. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. the conclusion results show that: the sharia promotion strategy carried out by msme ars has implemented the fathonah characteristic, namely being smart in innovating to update and add to its products. Maintaining and improving the quality of its products so as to create customer trust in ars snack msmes by always paying attention to sharia regulations. Advertisements carried out by ars snack msmes have implemented the characteristics of siddiq and trust both on social media and in brochures and must still prioritize honesty, truth and trustworthiness based on islamic economic perspective, personal sales carried out by umkm ars snack apply tabliq characteristics, namely meeting directly with customers and potential customers by conveying correctly using appropriate and easy to understand words without cheating about the products being sold. The public relations owned by msme ars snack jambi city is specifically to build good relationships with various groups, build a good company image and support each other among msmes and promote products to increase sales of each msme player.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Digital Literacy in increasing sales marketing for UMKM in Telanaipura, Jambi City. This research is a type of qualitative research. Data collection techniques were through observation and interviews conducted by researchers with UMKM actors as a sample of which 16 people were interviewed. The results of this research show that the digital literacy strategy carried out by UMKM actors in Telanaipura , Jambi City is in the form of marketing through social media and also e-commerce applications such as grabfood and gofood. The impact of Digital Literacy in increasing company profits is not very significant because their understanding of digital literacy is still lacking. However, Digital Literacy-based marketing has a positive impact on the sustainability of UMKM in Telanaipura, Jambi City. With Digital Literacy, UMKM can promote their businesses more easily and reach consumers more widely. Digital Literacy also makes it easier for consumers to buy food and drinks without having to come directly to UMKM outlets. This can provide comfort and convenience for consumers so that it also has a good impact on UMKM.

Abstract

This aims to reveal the Impact of Converting Local Coconut Plantation Land into Oil Palm Plantations in an Islamic Economic Perspective in Kuala Keritang Village, Kec. Keritang, Kab. Indragiri Hilir, Riau. This thesis uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The background causes the rubber farmers to switch functions to become oil palm farmers in Kuala Kritang Village is that work as a local coconut farmer is carried out every day and requires difficult maintenance while the price is cheap so that the farmer's income is not enough to meet economic needs. While oil palm work is only once every two weeks, it is more expensive than rubber and is sufficient to meet daily needs. The impact on the welfare of the families of local coconut farmers after the conversion to oil palm farmers in Kuala Kritang Village has a positive impact on farmers, their income increases, work is lighter, there is an increase in assets owned, and families feel more prosperous. If viewed from Maqasid Syariah, the impact of converting local coconut plantation land to oil palm for the economy of the people in Kuala Keritang Village is in accordance with Islamic Sharia.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan UMKM salah satu faktor yang menjadi permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh usaha kecil dan mikro adalah dalam sistem pembukuan dan pengelolaan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pandemic covid 19 terhadap usaha mikro menengah dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pandemi covid 19 terhadap keberlangsungan usaha mikro menengah. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitati . Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah pedagang kecamatan Sekernan tahun 2017-2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak dari adanya pandemi Covid 19 terhadap UMKM yaitu terjadinya penurunan omset yang diakibatkan jumlah pembeli yang menurun, adanya perbatasan aktivitas di luar rumah dan pembatasan jam operasional. Kemudian ada pengaruh variabel pandemi covid 19 terhadap keberlangsungan usaha mikro menengah(Y). Penelitian ini telah memberikan bukti bahwa variabel pandemi covid 19 mempunyai hubungan erat dengan keberlangsungan usaha mikro menegah. Berdasarkan teori dengan adanya pandemi covid 19 dapat mengakibatkan penurunan pendapatan hingga omset hingga tahun-tahun setelah pandemi covid tersebut berakhir, keberlangsungan usaha mikro menengah masih berada pada keterpurukan dikarenakan dampak yang dirasakan oleh usaha mikro menengah. Sehingga pandemi covid 19 mempengaruhi bagaimana keberlangsungan usaha mikro menengah. Diharapkan bagi pelaku usaha mikro menengah di Kecamatan Sekernan Kabupaten Muaro Jambi perlu mengatur strategi dalam menghadapi pandemi covid 19 agar mampu bertahan dengan situasi pandemi saat ini.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of obstacles to oil palm farming which are thought to have an impact on the welfare of oil palm planters in Teluk Bawah Village, Cermin Nan Gedang District, Sarolangun Regency, namely the lack of implementation of planning in the process of maintaining oil palm and which greatly influences the welfare of oil palm planters. This research is a type of quantitative research. The results of this research are: From the results of the regression test, it was found that maintenance costs have no effect on the welfare of oil palm farmers in Teluk Bawah Village, Cermin Nan Gedang District, Sarolangun Regency. Abstract

Mudharabah financing is used by MSME customers and non-MSME customers in Sharia banking practices because there is minimal risk for both the Sharia bank and the customer. However, the PPKM pandemic is sweeping the world so many people are affected, one of which is MSME customers, which has an impact on the performance and ability to pay MSME customers' obligations to banks. The aim of the research is to analyze the implementation of financing restructuring during the PPKM period and to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing financing restructuring during the PPKM period at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Gatot Subroto, Jambi City. Restructuring has been implemented since the inception of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). The supporting factors in the implementation of restructuring at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) are internal factors originating from the bank and external factors originating from the customer, while inhibiting factors in its implementation are the lack of openness or dishonesty of customers towards the bank when asked for information, lack of communication when want to be asked for information or lack of transparency, and lack of personnel or staff who understand well the implementation of restructuring. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is expected to be more careful and more selective in analyzing the provision of financing so that it will minimize the occurrence of problematic financing in the future and the analysis that must be carried out by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in carrying out restructuring is expected to be guided by the bank's regulations and rules. established sharia rules.

Abstract

Bank financial institutions in Indonesia can generally be divided into Islamic banks and conventional banks. Basically, both Islamic banks and conventional banks carry out activities to collect and distribute funds to the public, but all forms of activities carried out by Islamic banks must be in accordance with sharia principles. Competition between Conventional Banks and Islamic Banks in Indonesia is one of the things that has become the focus of attention of banking managers, especially with regard to customers, moreover, Indonesian Islamic Banks are still relatively new as a result of the unification of several Islamic Banks. This study aims to see how much influence product knowledge, promotions and word of mouth have on people's understanding of choosing Islamic banks. This research is a research with a quantitative approach and uses primary data. The population in this study is the people of Jambi City, especially those who adhere to Islam. The population in this study is the people who adhere to Islam in the city of Jambi, which is 612,162 people. The sampling technique used is probability sampling so that the number of samples used is 100 respondents. The results of the study show that together the variables of product knowledge, promotion and word of mouth influence people's understanding of choosing Islamic banks. Likewise with the individual, the results of the study show that the variables of product knowledge, promotion and word of mouth have an effect on people's understanding of choosing an Islamic bank with the significance level of each variable being the same, namely equal to 0.000 and the tcount value of each variable is 3.809 for X1, 3,617 for X2 and 5,823 for X3.
