Abstract

Peluang adalah salah satu materi yang dipelajari dikelas IX. Berdasarkan hasil tes pendahuluan, siswa masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menyatakan ulang suatu konsep peluang, mengalami kekeliruan dalam menentukkan contoh dan bukan contoh peluang, hubungan antara peluang teoritik dan peluang empirik, dan juga siswa masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengeksplorasi pemahamannya tentang peluang empirik. Hal tersebut, mungkin dapat disebabkan karena pembelajaran yang dilakukan siswa kurang bermakna. Oleh karena itu, hal ini mendukung pelaksanaan penelitian bagaimana mengembangkan pembelajaran konsep peluang di kelas IX dengan pendekatan PMRI di SMPN 220 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode design research yang terdiri dari tiga fase yaitu, fase persiapan dan desain, fase pelaksanaan, dan fase analisis retrospektif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah enam siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 220 Jakarta. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini antara lain dokumentasi berupa rekaman suara dan foto, lembar wawancara, lembar aktivitas siswa, lembar catatan lapangan, dan Hipotesis Lintasan Belajar (HLB). Berdasarkan hasil analisis retrospektif, menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan pendekatan PMRI dapat mengembangkan pembelajaran konsep peluang pada siswa. Siswa dapat memahami hubungan antara peluang teoretik dan peluang empirik, siswa dapat membandingkan nilai peluang pada suatu kejadian, dan siswa dapat memahami frekuensi harapan pada peluang empirik. Melalui karakteristik PMRI, dapat membantu siswa dalam berpikir melalui konteks, menggunakan model, menggunakan hasil konstruksi siswa, melalui interaktivitasa, dan keterkaitan dengan materi lainnya.

Abstract

Transglycosylation of naringenin was carried out by concentrated cellulase enzyme of Penicillium sp. LBKURCC27. Enzymatic transglycosylation of naringenin was successfully carried out by cellulase from Penicillium sp. LBKURCC27, however the reproducibility of the reaction is low, making detection by reverse phase HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) difficult when the enzyme activity decreases. It is believe that the flavonoid concentration used in the transglycosylation naringenin by cellulase Penicillium sp. LBKURCC27 influences the detection pattern of transglycosylation product of HPLC. The reaction was carried out for 30 hours at 40°C with acetate buffer 0.05 M pH 5.5 and 170 rpm shaking. Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC) was used as glycosyl donor. Results of HPLC analysis showed that cellulase Penicillium sp. LBKURCC27 with an activity of (0.670±0.023 U/mL) were not able to convert naringenin to a detectable glycosylated product when the initial substrate concentration was 6 mg/mL. In the 0.6 mg/mL of naringenin concentration, the glycosylation product was formed with 100% of percent convertion.

Abstract

This research aims to make solid soap from used cooking oil and cocoa beans (Theobroma cacao L.). This research was conducted in the laboratory of natural materials at the Faculty of Science, University of Cokroaminoto Palopo. The process of making soap through several stages, namely the first stage of purification, neutralization and bleaching of used cooking oil using bleaching Earth and testing of free fatty acid levels (FFA). Purification results obtained with different variations of the stirring contact time showed good results with a decrease in free fatty acid levels in used cooking oil. The results of the analysis of fatty acid levels are calculated based on palmitic acid, lauric acid and oleic acid. The second stage is the manufacture of solid bath soap and continued with testing the quality of the soap. There are two types of soap quality testing, namely the pH test and the free alkali test. The test results showed that the pH of soap with the addition of NaOH solution with a concentration of 20%, 30% and 40% was 12. The pH level of the resulting soap did not meet the standards. The results of testing alkaline free soap bath with a concentration of 20% NaOH obtained by 22.6%, soap with a concentration of 30% NaOH of 28.92% and bath soap with a concentration of 40% NaOH of 1.66%. The results obtained are still not in accordance with the soap quality standards set by SNI.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan aktivitas antioksidan, antibakteri, dan uji toksisitas dari berbagai jenis ekstrak kulit batang pohon kesambi (Schleichera oleosa (Lour)Oken). Tahapan penelitian meliputi proses esktraksi kulit batang kesambi dari kecamatan Mancak Serang dengan teknik maserasi bertingkat menggunakan 3 pelarut : Metanol, n-heksan, dan etil asetat. Ekstrak tersebut kemudian diuji aktivitas antioksidan, antibakteri, dan toksisitasnya. Hasil pengujian antioksidan dengan metode DPPH, antibakteri dengan metode difusi agar, dan uji toksisitas dengan metode BSLT didapat hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etil asetat memiliki aktivitas antioksidan (IC50 7,723 ppm) yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan ekstrak metanol (IC50 7,801 ppm), dan ekstrak n-heksan (IC50 8,568 ppm). Aktivitas antibakteri menunjukkan adanya kemampuan untuk menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Streptococcus aureus dibandingkan bakteri Escherichia coli pada konsentrasi 10000 ppm, dan hasil uji toksisitas menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etil asetat memiliki aktivitas yang lebih baik (LC50 305,17 ppm) dibandingkan ekstrak n-heksan (LC50 374,96 ppm) dan ekstrak metanol (LC50 431,26 ppm).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana siswa dapat mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir aljabar pada pembelajaran fungsi dengan pendekatan matematika realistik.Penelitian dilakukan mulai dari penyusunan proposal sampai dengan laporan hasil penelitian. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode design research. Terdapat tiga fase penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian design research, yaitu thought experiment (fase eksperimen hasil pemikiran), instruction experiment (fase eksperimen mengajar), dan analisis retrospektif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah enam siswa kelas VII-E di SMP Negeri 7 Jakarta. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa rekaman video dan foto selama pembelajaran berlangsung, hasil wawancara siswa, hasil kerja siswa, hasil diskusi, serta catatan lapangan di setiap pertemuan. Instrumen yang digunakan antara lain dokumentasi berupa rekaman video dan foto, lembar wawancara, lembar aktivitas siswa, lembar catatan lapangan, dan Hipotesis Lintasan Belajar (HLB). Ada dua jenis validasi pada penelitian ini yakni validasi internal dan validasi ekologi, sedangkan reliabilitas yang ada yakni reliabilitas internal dan reliabilitas eksternal.Kemampuan berpikir aljabar siswa mengalami perkembangan melalui aktivitas yang telah dirancang sesuai dengan penguasaan keterampilan pada komponen berpikir aljabar Kriegler, yaitu 3 komponen berpikir matematis dan penguasaan 3 gagasan aljabar fundamental. Proses pembelajaran melalui rangkaian aktivitas berjalan sesuai dengan HLB yang sudah dirancang sebelumnya. Rangkaian aktivitas yang berkaitan dengan pendekatan Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Indonesia (PMRI) yang memperhatikan karakteristiknya pada penelitian design research ini dapat mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir aljabar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis retrospektif, karakteristik PMRI berperan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir aljabar siswa pada pembelajaran fungsi di SMP Negeri 7 Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of production supplies on CV. Fanara Abadi in Langsa City. This research is a type of quantitative research with research methods using the analysis of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Sources of data in this study are primary and secondary data obtained through observation, literature and documentation on the CV. Fanara Abadi. The calculation of raw material inventory costs in the study is divided into 3, namely the purchase costs, ordering costs and save costs. Purchase costs are determined from the unit price of raw materials purchased multiplied by the quantity of raw materials purchased. Whereas for ordering costs is influenced by administrative costs and unloading wages. For each order the costs incurred are fixed. Based on the results of analysis and calculations using the EOQ method, it was found that EOQ for 2014 obtained raw materials of 3,381 units of foam, 3,286 units of wire and 1,803 units of fabric. In 2015 EOQ obtained foam raw materials of 3,575 units, 3,117 units of wire and 1,807 units of fabric. In 2016 EOQ obtained 3,557 units of raw materials, 3,117 units of wire and 1,717 units of fabric. In 2017 EOQ obtained foam raw materials of 3,096 units, 3,098 units of wire and fabric 1,719 units. From these results it is clear that by using the EOQ method, the CV. Fanara Abadi can be more effective in controlling the production inventory.

Abstract

The spread of Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is currently increasing, and it is very easy for transmission to occur, especially in an environment that is a center for gatherings. During this pandemic, schools are encouraged to do online learning, but there are some schools that are allowed to do face-to-face learning, one of which is SMA Titian Teras. This becomes very risky for an increase in the transmission of the Covid-19 virus in schools. Efforts that can be made to overcome this are education about the application of the COVID-19 health protocol. This education aims to increase knowledge and practice for teachers, educators, and students at Titian Teras High School in preventing the spread of the Covid-19 disease. This service is carried out at Titian Teras High School with a target number of 20 teachers/students/educational staff offline. This service activity was carried out by 3 lecturers and 5 students.

Abstract

The focus of this research is on the film Tinker Bell's discourse markers. A variety of discourse markers and their purposes are examined in this study, which can be seen in the Tinker Bell movie. In addition, the study explores the differences in speech patterns between male and female language speakers. The "descriptive method" is the approach used in qualitative research. Men and women's dialogue in Tinker Bell's film, together with the reasons for the frequent use of discourse markers and disparities between men and women in their use, were all examined in light of the theory's claimed predictions. According to a number of studies, men and women use and speak different languages and dialects. In Tinkerbell's film, there are a variety of discourse markers, as well as expressive, directed, phatic, and poetic. commissive language functions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is identifying the types and the factors of using Politenes Strategies in the movie entitled Flipped. The analysis method that used in this study is qualititive method. There are four types of politeness strategies found in this study, including Bald-On (33,3%), Positive Politeness (26,66%), Negative Politeness (20%), Off-Record (20%). And on the other hand, there are three factors found in this study, namely Power (20%), Social Distance (46,67%) and Rank of Imposition. (33,33)%

Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode quasi experimental (eksperimen semu). Desain yang digunakan adalah The Nonequivalent Posttest-Only Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 172 Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Two Stage Sampling yaitu teknik purposive sampling dan teknik cluster random sampling sehingga terpilih kelas VIII-5 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII-4 sebagai kelas kontrol. Pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t’ memperoleh hasil tolak H0. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji Cohen’s d dan memperoleh nilai d sebesar 0,6 tergolong dalam kriteria medium (sedang) dengan besar pengaruh 73%. Hal ini berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share berbantuan Software Wingeom terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa di SMP Negeri 172 Jakarta pada materi Bangun Ruang Sisi Datar sebesar 73% pada taraf signifikansi α=0,05. Kata kunci: model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share, software Wingeom, kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis.
