Abstract

The expansion of coffee shops is compelling proprietors to seek new strategies for continued success and survival in the face of intensifying competition. This research aims to investigate the connection between Product Quality, Store Atmosphere, and Purchase Intention. This study comprises one independent variable, Buy Intention, and two independent variables, Product Quality and Store Atmosphere. The researchers employed quantitative methods, and the sample comprised 150 respondents with prior knowledge of Kopi Soe.The technique used in this study is simple random sampling. With the results showing that the Product Quality variable significantly influences Purchase Interest, and Store Atmosphere also influences Purchase Interest, and Product Quality and Store Atmosphere together influence consumer Purchase Interest.

Abstract

This study refers to an understanding of the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on purchase intention in Tokopedia consumers. This research uses quantitative approach, the sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling, the method uses purposive sampling with a sample size of 154 respondents by collecting questionnaires distributed via Google Form. Data analysis was performed using SPSS. Based on the results of the t test positive and significant perceptions of interest in repurchase related to the results of t arithmetic 6.324> t table 1.65501 and the variable perception of beneficial benefits is positive and significant on repurchase interest with the results of t arithmetic 5.287> t table 1, 65501. Besides that, the results of the trial prove with the results of the count 128.212> f table 3.06

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence service quality and location have on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in bakmie akim. This research is a quantitative research with a total sample of 120 respondents who have bought bakmie akim in the first and second branches using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that service quality and location influence customer satisfaction, service quality and location affect customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on purchasing decisions using Go-pay at Warteg Uun Taman Galaxy. This research uses quantitative methods through questionnaire survey with non-probability sampling method. This questionnaire was distributed to 100 respondents who were processed using SPSS. Hypothesis test results (t test), perceived usefulness effect on purchasing decisions with t count 3.986> t table 1.984. Perceived Ease of use has an effect on purchasing decisions with t count 2.725> t table 1.984. The coefficient of determination is 50%. The implication of this research is that Warteg Uun pays more attention to perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use in the use of Go-pay as a payment medium.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product innovation and price discount on customer satisfaction and product innovation and price discount simultaneously affect customer satisfaction. In this study the method used is a quantitative method and the unit of analysis used is linear regression analysis using Nonprobabilty Sampling sampling techniques with a sample size of 175 respondents by distributing questionnaires distributed via Google Form. Hypothesis test results (t test) showed that product innovation and price discounts significantly influence consumer satisfaction, indicated by t arithmetic of 6.864 and 5.247, which is greater than t table 1.973. In addition, the results of this study with the F test, showed that simultaneously product innovation variables and price discounts affect customer satisfaction.
