Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the lifestyle and motivation of consumers on purchasing decisions at the Alun-Aloun Coffee, Rawamangun. This research is a quantitative study using SPSS Statistics 22 program with a total sample of 100 respondents who are residents of Jabodetabek who have bought product at Alun-Alun Coffee using nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that the lifestyle has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 1,986 greater than 1,660 and consumer motivation has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 9,130 greater than 1,660. The benefit of this research for Alum-Alun Coffee is as input or evaluation material in order to continue to improve product quality to be able to maintain the lifestyle and motivation of consumers so that Alun-Alun Coffee can compete with other competitors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price and quality of products Shopee against consumer buying decisions. There are three variables in this study which include price, product quality, and consumer purchase decision. Researchers use quantitative methods and samples used in this study amounted to 112 respodenden that knew e-commerce shopee. The technique used in this study is purposive sampling which is part of the non-probability sampling. The research Data being adopted using SPSS 20 indicates that the variable price and product quality have an influence on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence organizational commitment, individual characteristics, and work environment have on organizational citizenship behavior in the XYZ automotive company. This type of research used in this research is to use quantitative methods. In this study, researchers used quantitative data with a descriptive approach and distributed questionnaires through Google Form. The sample of this study were 50 respondents who were employees of the XYZ automotive company. The results of the collected data were analyzed with the help of the SPSS 22 program and it can be concluded that organizational commitment has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, individual characteristics have a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and the work environment has a positive influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence advertising and sales promotions have on buying interest of Shopee users in DKI Jakarta. This research is a quantitative study using the SPSS Statistics 25 program with a total sample of 120 respondents who live in the DKI Jakarta area who know and use the Shopee application using nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that advertising and sales promotions affect buying interest. The benefits of this research for Shopee companies are as input or evaluation materials to continue to improve and develop advertising and sales promotions so that Shopee can compete with other competitors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work environment on employee loyalty. This type of research used in this study is to use quantitative methods. In this study, researchers used quantitative data from the results of distributing questionnaires via google form. The sample of this research is as many as 30 respondents in PT XYZ. Measurement of variables for hypothesis testing using the T test and F test. In testing the hypothesis, it is known that the value of tcount <ttable is 0.826 <2.04427 with a significance value of job satisfaction of 0.416> 0.05, which means that job satisfaction (X1) has no significant effect on PT XYZ. , tcount <ttable, namely 4.117> 2.044. With a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it means that it has a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty, the F value of 9.573> F table 3.34 with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. It can be concluded that H3 is accepted, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence of Job Satisfaction and Work Environment on Employee Loyalty.
