Abstract

Technology that plays an active role in human activities is communication technology that we can find on mobile devices or computers that have internet access. PT. Telkom Akses Kantor Telkom Marina is a subsidiary of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Persero) commonly called Telkom Indonesia or Telkom which is the largest information and communication company and telecommunications service and network provider in Indonesia. Located in the Riau Islands region, precisely Batam City provides job services for Installing New Channels (PSB) such as installation of internet, telephone, cable TV, and maintenance in fiber optic networks both in residential areas, buildings, shop houses and malls with distribution of Sagulung, Lubuk Baja and Batam Center. PT. Telkom Telkom Akses Kantor Telkom Marina has difficulty in meeting the minimum stock of each material based on the request for use of the distribution area. From the data on the use of existing material, it is only used for recording material usage only, while stored data is never reprocessed. Evaluation of segmentation / mapping is very important to find out whether the needs really have been met. The results of this study are expected to be able to cluster data on material usage data and the use of the K-Means method to provide results overview for material usage segmentation. The goal is for companies to be able to do and increase inventory of materials that are often ordered for each region. Keywords: segmentation, usage, material, k-means

Abstract

There are approximately 95% of cases of unknown cause of hypertension, while the rest caused by other diseases such as coronary heart disease, impaired kidney function, and impaired cognitive function or stroke. RSUD Embung Fatimah is an Indonesian hospital located in Batam Island Riau Province. In 2015, the total number of inpatients for hospitalization reaches 10,317 inhabitants. With the large number of patients per year it causes patient data is increasing. To overcome the problem in tackling people with hypertension disease, it is necessary to analyze the existing disease data, to predict the patient's illness which must be handled based on the pattern of the disease. In data mining there is a model that can be used to predict a pattern in a condition that is predictive or prediction model. One of the algorithms that can be used to create a decision tree (decission tree) is the C4.5 algorithm. The C4.5 algorithm is a method used for predictive classification. Using C4.5 algorithm method, the researcher can classify the pattern of hypertension as a comorbid illness of heart failure, kidney failure, diabetes, stroke and hypoglycemia. In this study, researchers used WEKA (Waikato Environment for Knowledge Analysis) software as tools or tools used to perform testing in order to obtain the pattern of disease from hypertension. From the research findings in the find that in the prediction of hypertension disease as a disease, the attributes that are very influential to hypertension are heart failure.

Abstract

One form of democracy is marked by direct election of the President, Governor, Mayor, Regent to the election of the Chairman of the Rukun Warga and Rukun Tetangga. Rukun Tetangga or commonly abbreviated as RT is the area under Rukun Warga (RW). Each RT is led by the RT Chairperson whose election is also conducted based on local community deliberations. In RT 08 the election of RT head has been done in February 2017 with candidate amounted to 3 people. However, people's ignorance of the number of ballot papers provided also raises question marks because they are not transparent and too hasty. Unlike traditional calculations, e-voting or electronic voting has advantages such as accuracy, convenience and ease of use. The modeling used is UML (Unified Modeling Language) which will give description about the system to be built. UML to be used include, Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Deployment Diagrams. The design of e-voting at RT 08 is expected to cover the weakness in manual voting system (traditional). Web support also provides easy access to the community in finding information about candidates or nominees RT chairman.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dijaman sekarang ini sangatlah canggih dan pesat. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan banyaknya inovasi dimasa ini, dengan yang sederhana maupun yang menghebohkan dunia, begitu juga dengan pengembangan perangkat lunak sebelumnya telah melihatkan hubungan antara kebutuhan dan arsitektur. Kota Batam yang berada di Kepri memiliki pertumbuhan penduduk paling tinggi dalam satu dasawarsa terakhir yaitu 7,70 persen per tahun, Jumlah penduduk di Batam berdasarkan Sensus Penduduk 2010-2015 sebanyak 1.061.375 orang, mengalami peningkatkan pesat dibanding 10 tahun sebelumnya yang hanya mencapai 455.103 orang. Dengan demikian perpindahan penduduk tentu semakin banyak mulai dari mereka yang datang pertama ke kota Batam ini awalnya tinggal dirumah sewaan kemudian dengan berjalannya waktu mereka telah memiliki rumah sendiri atau bisa jadi pindah dari rumah sewa satu ke yang lainnya, perpindahan ini kadang menjadi kendala bagi mereka yang disibukan dengan rutinitas pekerjaan sehari-hari karena jadwal pekerjaan yang padat ditambah waktu istirahat yang kurang, sehingga apabila mereka pindah rumah sulit untuk merencanakan secepat mungkin karena mulai dari mencari jasa angkutan, packing barang hingga merapikan ditempat yang baru sangat melelahkan bagi mereka, maka penelitian ini membuat sebuah rekayasa perangkat lunak untuk jasa pindah berbasis web yang nantinya dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mencari jasa untuk pindahan termasuk dengan fasilitas-fasailitas lain yang berguna pada saat pindahan tersebut, sistem ini akan dibangun dan dirancang dengan UML, pemrograman  PHP 5 dan database MySql.hasil dari penelitian ini memudahkan para pencari jasa angkutan pindahan termasuk jasa lainnya yang berhubungan dengan pindah rumah,kantor dan angkutan barang bekas.
