Abstract

In the process of institutional performance, the spearhead of employees becomes the first in the process of community service. Performance owned by each employee will show the quality of employees in performing their duties. It aims to see how far employees are performing, improving and monitoring performance for employees. So the chief employee can make the decision to choose the best of the best. Assessment is done on service orientation, integrity, discipline and cooperation. So far there is no system that can be used to find out how much performance owned by employees. Therefore, this research uses decision making system using fuzzy logic with Sugeno zero order method to assess the performance of employees in Tembesi , district Sagulung for data processing using MATLAB. The first step of completing employee performance evaluation using Sugeno method in determining input variables and well-defined output variables, the second step is to convert input variables into fuzzy circuit with fuzzification process the generates decision on output of employee service performance variable (Competent / Fair No Competent).

Abstract

The company has many branch or dealer as CV. This new TJAHAJA, requires locations that must be considered in setting up a new branch, should be able to influence consumer purchasing patterns, because the pattern of purchase every consumer is different – different. This needs to be analyzed further so that it can yield useful information, as well as maximize the benefits to be gained. Data Mining can be usedby large companies to dig up the data to get information that can support and improve the business processes of the company. Then in this research done testing with FP-Growth algorithm to help companies figure out the pattern of consumer purchase transactions and sales of spare parts. Keywords: Data Mining,Algoritma FP-Growth, Consumer PurchasingPada perusahaan yang mempunyai banyak cabang atau dealer seperti CV.TJAHAJA BARU ini, membutuhkan lokasi yang harus diperhatikan dalam mendirikan sebuah cabang baru , harus dapat mempengaruhi pola pembelian konsumen, karena pola pembelian setiap konsumen berbeda – beda. Hal ini perlu dianalisis lebih jauh sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang bermanfaat, serta memaksimalkan keuntungan yang bisa diperoleh. Data Mining bisa digunakan oleh perusahaan besar untuk menggali data untuk mendapatkan informasi yang dapat menunjang dan meningkatkan proses bisnis perusahaan tersebut. Maka dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian meggunakan algoritma FP-Growth untuk membantu perusahaan mengetahui pola pembelian konsumen dan transaksi penjualan spare part.Kata kunci: Data Mining,Algoritma FP-Growth, Pembelian konsumen

Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) is the implementation of education before entering basic education to help growth and physical and spiritual development so that children have readiness in entering further education. The Association of Indonesian Early Childhood Educators and Education Personnel or abbreviated as HIMPAUDI is an organization of PAUD educators to increase the effectiveness of every PAUD teacher. Given the importance of the creativity of PAUD educators, HIMPAUDI Batam Center needs to make various innovative efforts to improve the quality of students and education itself. In this technological era, all forms of activities especially those related to teaching have turned to modern in order to keep up with the times. If only PAUD teachers feel that there is no need for creativity by not following technological developments especially considering that they have mastered learning in the classroom, then the educator will miss all the knowledge that is still embedded without being explored further using information technology. This service will provide training for PAUD teachers to innovate and increase their creativity without having to be outdated. Utilizing applications that are available free of charge and creating blogs as "space" for teachers to share will be an activity in this service.

Abstract

Indonesia confirmed its first case of infection with the corona virus that causes Covid-19 in early March 2020. Since then, various countermeasures have been carried out by the government to reduce the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in various sectors. Indonesia's economic activity was hampered due to Covid-19 which ultimately had an impact on state revenues. Likewise, the city of Batam, which is one of the cities in the Riau Archipelago district, the city of Batam, which incidentally is located on the border with neighboring Singapore and Malaysia, is of course an advantage, one of which is in the economic sector, but since Covid-19 hit and access has become limited in various fields. and the situation is that the income of Batam residents has greatly decreased which has had a huge impact on the people's economy coupled with the increase in layoff rates which has exacerbated the situation. This community service activity aims to provide digital marketing training to young men and women who are starting a home industry in one of the residential areas in the city of Batam. Due to the impact of the pandemic, the activities of residents engaged in home industry businesses have also been affected, therefore we, as educators, through community service activities, go out into the field with the aim of providing knowledge in the form of digital marketing training with the aim that this home industry can awaken and develop return to business that had died down.
