Abstract

Abstract : Based on the observations that have been conducted by researchers in children aged 5-6 years in TK Harapan Bunda of the Cerenti Districk Kuantan Singingi Regency is still found some problems associated with emotional intelligence. As the most of which seems to be aggressive when playing like the friend's toy, and some of the child tends to anger out on when the mood it can not be met, the child who is like playing alone or over and asked parents to play a game than playing with a friend of his age, children are too difficult to control his feelings (emotion) to share toys with his friend which resulted in the child is poking and prodding his friend, the kid who just shut up when he saw his friend made a mistake while playing with such deliberately pushing his friend to the ground. The study aims to determine the influence of the ropes of emotional intelligence 5-6 yearold children in TK Harapan Bunda of the Cerenti Districk Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research is a research experiment. using one group pretest posttest design. The samples used in this study amounted to 32 children as for the techniques of collecting data used is an observation. The analysis of data by using the program IBM SPSS Statistic The 21. This hypothesis of this study was that there was a significant influence the use of the ropes of emotional intelligence. To determine the hypothesis is accepted or rejected can be seen based on data from IBM SPSS Statistic The 21 can be seen thitung, 39,199 more than ttabel, 2,039 (39,199 > 2,039). Thus Ho was rejected and Ha was received that means there is a significant influence before and after doing an experiment the ropes of emotional intelligence. this can be seen from the influence of the ropes based on calculations using formula Gain of 53, 49 % are in the medium and 46, 51 % affected by other factors.Keywords : Emotional Intelligence, Ropes Game

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the use of clock puzzles on the ability to recognize the concept of numbers in children aged 5-6 years in the Early Childhood School of Hope District Bungaraya Siak district. The research used experimental method with one group pre-test post-test design. The sample used in this study were 15 students. The data collection technique used is observation. Technique of data analysis using t-test test by using program of SPSS 17. The research hypothesis is that there is influence of the use of puzzle clock to the ability to recognize the concept of number in children aged 5-6 years in the Early Childhood Education of Hope of the District of Bungaraya district Siak. Based on data analysis known thitung = 23,082> ttabel = 1,746 with Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000. Because Sig <0,05 it can be concluded that there are differences of interpersonal intelligence before and after given treatment with the clock puzzle. It can be interpreted that there is influence of giving treatment by using puzzle hours to the ability to recognize the concept of numbers in children aged 5-6 years in Paud Terpadu Harapan Negeri Bungaraya subdistrict Siak regency which his significant at 67.52%. Abstract

Abstrak: From the results of the interviews with the parents of children who send her son in Raudatul Athfal al Hidayah Opposite Tembilahan about sibling rivalry known there are 64 children in kindergarten A, there is a half or 38 children who have siblings in the the House. Formulation of the problem in this research are: Whether there is influence of the communication style of parents against the sibling rivalry between the ages of 5-6 years in Raudatul al Hayah Athfal Opposite Tembilahan Indragiri Hilir Regency? The population in this research is elderly Raudatul Athfal al Hidayah Indragiri Hilir Regency Tembilahan Opposite. As for the number of parents is 142 parents who have children attending Raudatul Athfal al Hidayah. Then the sample in this research is as many as 85 people. Based on the research results and discussion, conclusions can be taken there is the influence of parents ' communication styles against Sibling Rivalry between the ages of 5-6 years in Raudatul al Hayah Athfal Opposite Tembilahan Indragiri Hilir Regency. The great influence of the style of communication of the elderly against a Sibling Rivalry between the ages of 5-6 years in Raudatul al Hayah Athfal Opposite Tembilahan Indragiri Hilir Regency of 62.3%.Key Words: Communication Style, Sibling Rivalry

Abstract

Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai guru harus memiliki kompetensi. Salah satu jenis kompetensi guru adalah kompetensi profesional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keadaan kompetensi guru PAUD yang telah menyelesaikan studi S1 dari kabupaten kampar. Metode yang digunakan deskripsi kuantitatif dengan melakukan test terhadap 35 orang guru. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui indikator  Menguasai konsep dasar bahasa sebagai sarana pengembangan untuk setiap bidang pengembangan anak dengan nilai persentase 51.43%. Menguasai konsep dasar pendidikan jasmani sebagai sarana pengembangan untuk setiap bidang pengembangan anak dengan nilai persentase 46.67%. Menguasai alat permainan untuk pengembangan aspek sosial emosional anak TK/PAUD dengan nilai persentase 58.57%  kategori rendah Memahami kemampuan anak TK/PAUD dalam setiap bidang pengembangan dengan nilai persentase 41.90%. Memahami kemajuan anak dalam setiap bidang pengembangan di TK/PAUD dengan nilai persentase 54.29%. Mengolah materi bidang pengembangan secara kreatif sesuai dengan tingkat perkembangan peserta didik dengan nilai persentase 55.71%. Memanfaatkan hasil refleksi dalam rangka peningkatan keprofesionalan dengan nilai persentase 45.71%. Melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas untuk peningkatan keprofesionalan dengan nilai persentase 58.57%, delapan kategori tersebut termasuk dalam kategori rendah sedangkankan mengikuti kemajuan zaman dengan belajar dari berbagai sumber dengan nilai persentase 28.57%  kategori sangat rendah.In carrying out its duties as a teacher must have competence. One type of teacher competence is professional competence. The purpose of this study to determine the state of competence of early childhood teachers who have completed the S1 study of kampar regency. The method used quantitative description by conducting tests on 35 teachers. From the results of the research can be known indicators Mastering the basic concepts of language as a means of development for each field of development of children with a percentage of 51.43%. Mastering the basic concepts of physical education as a means of development for every area of development of children with a percentage of 46.67%. Mastering the game tool for the development of social aspects of emotional child kindergarten / PAUD with a percentage of 58.57% low category Understanding the ability of children TK / PAUD in every field of development with a percentage 41.90%. Understanding the progress of children in each field of development in TK / PAUD with the percentage of 54.29% .Creating creative field development materials in accordance with the level of development of students with a percentage of 55.71% .Using the results of reflection in order to increase professionalism with a percentage of 45.71%. class actions for professional enhancement with a percentage value of 58.57%, eight categories are included in the low category while following the progress of the times by learning from various sources with a very low percentage 28.57% category.

Abstract

Abstract: This study adopted the management and infrastructure of inclusive educationespecially on its process such as planning, supplying, inventorization, maintaining and banning. The aim of this study to know how is the management and infrastructure of inclusive education in Early Childhood Education (ECD) in Pekanbaru. The subject of this study werethree inclusive Early Childhood Education principals. This study applied qualitative approachand the data were gathered by collecting information from interview, observation and documentation. The data were analyzed using qualitative analysis included the data reduction, presentation of data, conclusion and verification. This study used triangulation method in order to gather information by using different methods to match some collected data were gathered from interview, observation and documentation. According from result of the interview showed management and infrastructure of inclusive education in Early Childhood Education is quite good. Every each of inclusive Early Childhood Education institution has been implementing the planning, supplying, inventorization, maintaining and banning properly based on the set of standard.Key Word: Education infrastructure management, inclusive education

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between information technology and communication with creativity teaching early childood education in Tapung Hilir Sub-District, Kampar Regency. This research is a correlation study consisting of independent variables (x), namely information and communication technology and the dependent variable (y), namely teaching creativity of educators. The population and samples in this study were 83 early childood education in Tapung Hilir District, Kampar Regency. The instrument for collecting data on the relationship of information technology and communication with teaching creativity of educators uses questionnaires (questionnaires). The data collection technique in this study was using a scale. All statements are anchored or the questionnaire is presented in a Likert scale consisting of five answer choices namely: always (SL), often (SR), sometimes (KD), rarely (JR), never (TP). As the item selection criteria based on item correlation, the total Likert scale is most often used, the limit of the rxy value is 0.649. From the calculation it is known that r count> r table, for the significance level of 5% = 0.649> 0.254, while at the significance level 1% = 0.649> 0.330. This means that Ha can be accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that the correlation between variable X (utilization of Information and Communication Technology) and variable Y (creativity in teaching PAUD educators) there is a positive relationship between the two variables. In other words if the score X increases, the Y score also increases.Key Words: Information and Communication Technology, Teaching Creativity
