Abstract

E-marketing creates fundamental changes in business and consumer behavior, this happens because marketing does not require a lot of money, in contrast to traditional marketing. The purpose of this study was to determine e-marketing in selling Eid cakes (kue lebaran) from the perspective of the Technology Acceptance Model by using Social Network Analysis. The data is obtained from tweets on the Twitter application, the data obtained are tweets from April 2-20 2022. Data analysis uses the ATLAS.ti application. This study uses the keyword "jual kue lebaran", including only tweets, without retweets and images. Meanwhile Create codings from: authors, mentions, hashtags, and query hashtags only. Then do network analysis, tweets that stand alone or have no relationship with other tweets will be eliminated or excluded. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that Eid cake producers on the Twitter market their sales in the form of general promotional tweets or mentions to several accounts using easy word selection in conducting searches.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian mengatahui pengaruh aplikasi rencana kerja anggaran sekolah terhadap akuntabilitas dan transparansi dana BOS. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian seluruh kepala sekolah, guru, dan oprator berjumlah 264 orang. Pengambilan sampel mengunakan (Purpisive Sampling) hingga sampel sebanyak 15 orang. Pengumpulan data melalui angket, dokumentasi. Analisis data mengunakan deskriptif, inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh aplikasi rencana kerja anggaran sekolah terhadap akuntabilitas dan transparansi  dana BOS. Dimana semakin baik penggunaan aplikasi ARKAS, maka dana BOS semakin akuntabelitas dan transparansi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy for improving administrative services at the Office of Religious Affairs, North Galesong District, Takalar Regency. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used consisted of data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the Strategy for Increasing Administrative Services at the Office of Religious Affairs, North Galesong District, Takalar Regency can be seen from five service improvement strategies, namely (1) Core Strategy, all employees have understood the goals and functions and their respective duties are in accordance with SOP, several types of services are not implemented due to Covid-19. (2) Consequences Strategy, does not apply a reward system, the community appreciates (reward) employees who help them voluntarily, minimizing sanctions. (3) Customer Strategy, services provided are based on needs, services are in accordance with SOPs, implementon line systems on the SIMKAH application, facilities are available, security guarantees and one-stop services. (4) Control Strategy (Supervision Strategy), having full trust in employees, conveying and finding out what the community needs in administrative services at the Religious Affairs Office at every meeting at the local Camat Office or Village Office. (5) Culture Strategy, building team work, holding regular evaluation meetings and with disciplined leaders able to improve administrative services. The supporting and inhibiting factors can be seen in the awareness factor, organization and service facilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menjelaskan (1) Pengaruh Kompetensi, Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah (BAPPELITBANGDA) Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar (2) pengaruh kompetensi, budaya organisasi, dan disiplin secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah (BAPPELITBANGDA) Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar (3) Variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah (BAPPELITBANGDA) Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a partially positive and significant influence of competence on the performance of employees at the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency (BAPPELITBANGDA) of Selayar Islands Regency (2) there is a positive and significant influence on organizational culture partially on the Employee performance at the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency (BAPPELITBANGDA) Selayar Islands Regency (3) there is a positive and significant effect of partial discipline on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency (BAPPELITBANGDA), Selayar Islands Regency (4) There is a positive and significant influence of competence, organizational culture and discipline simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency (BAPPELITBANGDA) of Selayar Islands Regency and organizational culture is the most influential (dominant) variable on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency (BAPPELITBANGDA) Selayar Islands Regency

Abstract

Through the Circular of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Mendikbudristek) Number 3 of 2022, face-to-face learning is limited to educational units following the provisions stipulated in the Joint Decree of the Four Ministers. In addition, it is explained that parents/guardians of students are given the choice to permit their children to take part in Limited face-to-face learning or distance learning. This study aimed to determine public sentiment regarding Sekolah Tatap Muka. To achieve the research objectives, sentiment analysis is used using the Drone Emprit application. Data collection was obtained from the Twitter social media application, the data obtained were posts from February 1, 2022, to March 31, 2022. The results showed that there were 898 tweets or 29.23 percent of positive sentiments about sekolah tatap muka, and there were 1,954 tweets or 63.61 percent of negative sentiments about sekolah tatap muka, and there were 220 tweets or 7.16 percent of neutral sentiments about sekolah tatap muka.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the potential and analyze the competitiveness of maritime tourism in the Selayar Islands Regency using the SWOT analysis method, as well as to find out the optimal strategy for increasing the competitiveness of marine tourism in the Selayar Islands Regency. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of condensing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the SWOT analysis model increased the competitiveness of marine tourism, namely having strength in the form of high social cohesion; good service standards; the natural wealth and diversity of marine biota in the Selayar Islands Regency. The strategy of the Selayar Islands Regency Tourism and Culture Office in increasing the competitiveness of marine tourism is the development of the tourist market; tourism product development; development through increasing human resources; developing quality and sustainable marine tourism networks and partnerships; increasing the quality and diversity of business products and tourism services.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the performance of the Regional Technical Implementation Unit for the Protection of Women and Children in handling cases of sexual violence against children in Makassar City, besides that this study will also describe how to handle sexual violence around the world. The research method used is a descriptive method using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses miles, huberman, and saldana models consisting of data condensation, data presentation and inference. Performance as a public bureaucracy is supported by human resources from various fields so as to be able to develop programs that support organizational performance that cannot be separated from sops based on security guarantees

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in motivation and learning outcomes of class VII SMP Zion Makassar.. This research is a Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this study were students of class VII SMP Zion Makassar. Data collection uses documentation, observation, questionnaire and test techniques. The validity of the data using source triangulation techniques and triangulation techniques. The data analysis technique went through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research conducted are 1). The students' learning motivation in the high category from the first cycle was 60% or 18 students and in the medium category it was 40% or 12 students. 2). Student learning outcomes before the action only reached 30%, namely 9 students who completed. After the action, in the first cycle increased to 55%, namely 17 students who completed. After the second cycle, there was an increase to 90%, namely 27 students who completed. Based on the research results, problem-based learning can increase student motivation and learning outcomes.Keywords: learning motivation, learning outcomes, problem based learning, classroom

Abstract

Di Era globalisasi saat ini, setiap lulusan pada jenjang pendidikan khususnya sekolah menegah kejuruan SMK berada pada tingkat kegagalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengatahui pengaruh pembelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan serta lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK Negeri 7 Pinrang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian assosiatif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI multimedia 1, multimedia 2, dan multimedia 3 berjumlah 92 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisiskan mengunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran produk kratif dan kewirausahaan serta lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK Negeri 7 Pinrang, dimana kontribusi pengaruhnya sebesar 87% dan sisanya sebesar 13% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa  semakin baik pembelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan serta lingkungan keluarga, maka minat berwirausaha siswa akan semakin tinggi.

Abstract

In the current development of regional agencies, institutions, or organizations, there will be an increasing number of assets and goods needed to support the smooth running of the tasks and functions of regional apparatus organizations and also support the competence and performance of government employees. This research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data used is the triangulation technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is an interactive model. The results of research on State-Owned Asset Management in the Regional Government of Takalar Regency show that asset management starting from asset planning has been carried out in accordance with established systems, mechanisms, and procedures. Organizing assets has been carried out through the process of collecting data on ownership of state-owned fixed assets, the process of grouping state-owned assets, and a system of classifying state-owned assets that have potential and do not have the potential to be utilized. Actuating (movement) of assets has been carried out through the process of identifying and optimizing assets. Then, controlling (supervision) has been carried out by monitoring, investigating, and controlling by Users and Managers of Goods, as well as by looking at supporting and inhibiting factors in asset management within the scope of the Takalar Regency Government.
