Abstract

Pemasaran digital merupakan strategi pemasaran yang menggunakan platform digital, seperti media sosial, website dan media digital lainnya untuk membantu meningkatkan penjualan. Adapun customer relationship marketing berfokus kepada membangun hubungan jangka panjang diantara pengelola suatu bisnis dengan pelanggan dalam rangka menjaga kelangsungan bisnis. Tuuan dari penelitian ini adalah un untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Digital Marketing dan Marketing hubungan pelanggan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Moment Coffee & Eatery Meulaboh. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen Moment Coffee & Eatery Meulaboh. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik aksidental sampling dengan berdasarkan rumus Lemeshow untuk menghasilkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 orang yang menjawab. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner untuk selanjutnya di analisis menggunakan kalkulasi regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing dan marketing hubungan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebagaimana diperoleh nilai thitung = 4, 325 ttable = 1, 985. Selanjutnya secara parsial customer relationship marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen seagaimana diperoleh nilai thitung = 2, 582 > ttable = 1, 985. Secara simultan digital marketing dan marketing hubungan pelanggan berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebagaimana diperoleh nilai Fhitung = 15, 131 > Ftable = 3, 94. Sehingga dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan diharapkan pengelola Moment Coffee & Eatery Meulaboh agar selalu meng-update berbagai produk makanan dan minuman di akun media sosial Istagram dan media sosial lainnya disertai dengan meningkatkan pelayanan coffee untuk mempertahankan konsumen agar Moment Coffee & Eatery terus berkembang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze marketing communication strategies used through the Facebook platform, focusing on case studies of Skintific skin care products. The research method used is qualitative analysis, which includes collecting data from the content of Skintific marketing communications on Facebook, as well as reviewing user responses and interactions to the content. The results of the analysis show various communication strategies used, including the use of visual content, keyword selection, and direct interaction with users. These findings provide deep insights into how marketing communication strategies can be optimized through social media platforms such as Facebook, particularly in the context of the skincare industry

Abstract

This study aims to identify and examine the role of local governments in alleviating extreme poverty zones in the Simeulue Regency. The theory used in this study is the role of government according, which has four-dimensional variables, including entrepreneurship. Facilities, stimulus, and coordinator. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection obtained through three triangulation, including interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The data is analyzed through the concept, which includes reduction, showing that the role of the Simeulue District government in alleviating extreme poverty, which is reviewed through four dimensions, is not optimal, where from the variable, the role of the entrepreneur is still minimal work for the indigenous people of Simeulue. Then the last variable of the role of the stimulus of the local government of Simeulue people in extreme poverty zones can make the extremely poor of Simeulue develop more advanced, such as communication training and entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The problems examined in this study are the Budget Realization Report, reports on changes in Over budget Balance, Balance Sheet, Operational Reports, Changes in Equity Reports, Notes to Financial Statements. In the accountability of this report it was concluded that the PUPR Office of West Aceh District. In its development, the public sector budget system has become a multifunctional policy instrument that is used as a tool to achieve organizational goals. APBD is a regional government financial work plan that will be used as a basis for carrying out development in the region. In preparing, discussing, determining and supervising the implementation of the budget, it is not enough just to look at the size of the budget, but the output must also be produced economically, efficiently and effectively for the development of the region. In this study, the authors wish to analyze the performance of the West Aceh district government by using the principle of value for money which is based on three economic ratios, the ratio of efficiency and ratio of effectiveness. The results of the study show that the performance of the West Aceh District government for the 2020-2021 period as a whole is not good.
