Abstract

Kecanggihan teknologi yang semakin berkembang pesat, memunculkan berbagai macam aplikasi belanja secara online. Diantara aplikasi belanja online yang paling dikenal masyarakat adalah shopee. Shopee memiliki beberapa alternatif metode pembayaran, salah satunya pembayaran dengan dicicil yang dikenal dengan shopee paylater. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui serta menganalisis praktik penggunaan shopee paylater berdasarkan hukum ekonomi syariah pada aplikasi Shopee. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa praktik penggunaan metode pembayaran Shopee paylater ini tidak diperbolehkan atau dihukumi haram dikarenakan transaksi hutang antara pembeli dan Shopee terdapat bunga atau manfaat yang diterima oleh Shopee, hal ini masuk dalam kategori riba yakni Riba Qardh. Penerapan denda keterlambatan pembayaran tagihan paylater dalam transaksi jual beli di Shopee juga belum sesuai karena terdapat penambahan nominal saat pembayaran denda tersebut, hal ini masuk dalam kategori Riba Jahiliah, maka hukumnya haram.

Abstract

This research aims to describe cultural and superior product-based Lochatara Batik business management strategies in Kediri City. In business management, there are steps taken by Lochatara Batik entrepreneurs to increase the competitiveness and quality of their products. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach, which aims to obtain in-depth data regarding views or perceptions and implementation of Lochatara Batik business management strategies. Data sources were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the business management carried out include planning or preparation, organizing a reliable team or human resources, producing quality batik cloth with various patterned images, and evaluation involving the community to be able to produce the batik that the community wants. Marketing methods are carried out by utilizing E-Commerce Platforms and digital Social Media Platforms, building collaborations and partnerships, strengthening branding and promotions, and actively participating in various exhibition events. The results of the business management strategy show consistent growth from year to year. As a batik that focuses on Kediri cultural patterns, in 2018 Lochatara batik also received the Radar Kediri Award as Cultural Batik and Shopping Festival Award in 2020. By prioritizing product quality and innovative design, Lochatara Batik has succeeded in attracting interest and satisfying customers from around the world. the general public and tourists

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan implemetasi strategi pendidikan multicultural di SDI NU Pare yang menggunakan pendekatan kearifan local dalam prosesnya. Melalui penerapan nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural diharapkan siswa atau peserta didik mampu mengoptimalkan pola pikir dan pengetahuannya pada nila-nilai karakter berbasis multikultural serta akhlak sehingga terwujud dalam perilaku Multikulturalisme di dalam masyarakat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang menggambarkan secara rinci dan mendalam objek yang sedang dibahas. Hasil penelitian menunujukkan implemetasi pendidikan multicultural berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Diantara strategi implementasinya membangun dan menanamkan sikap gotong royong, toleransi, Bersatu dalam keragaman dan saling menghormati serta tenggang rasa, dan membangun komunikasi lintas budaya. Selain strategi itu, SDI NU Pare menggunakan strategi komunikasi Bahasa local atau Bahasa jawa pada saat di sekolah di hari-hari tertentu. Tujuannya untuk mengenalkan budaya local setempat serta melestarikannya melalui komunikasi formal. Implementasi pendidikan multicultural dari hasil penelitian diharapkan dilakukan oleh lembaga pendidikan lain serta dikembangkan lebih lanjut agar nilai karakter berbasis multicultural dapat tertanam dengan baik pada peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the right leadership strategy to identify and describe the implementation of character education with various backgrounds of students after the covid-19 pandemic. By applying multicultural learning, it is hoped that it will be able to teach theoretical concepts about various good or bad characters, but rather try to influence the character of good students. in the direction the teacher expects. This study uses an ex post facto qualitative design with data collection through observation and case studies. Sources of data obtained from informants, namely principals, teachers, students, and parents. The result of the research is that the implementation of character education for students with various backgrounds is carried out by getting used to good characters who are accustomed to religious activities and the teacher gives examples of good character (respect for teachers, fellow students and younger siblings) in everyday life. In addition, it also gets used to saying greetings and smiling when meeting anyone, such as teachers, friends, and other people outside of school. There is an additional excellent program, namely the compulsory Koran program for every student. Even with the Covid-19 condition, the portion of character education has not decreased as face-to-face schools, but has increased. The teacher monitors the character development of students starting from waking up in the morning until going back to sleep the next night. The role of the principal is very supportive of the character education that has been implemented in schools. Not only that, with the covid-19 pandemic, school principals made a policy by providing quota pulses to be used to communicate with students so that the habit of good character continues to run even at home.

Abstract

The process of cultivating character in early childhood is not easy and requires efforts with various strategies to produce results. Miftahul Huda Kindergarten is one of the best educational institutions and is most popular with the local community. Among the attractions is character building, which is carried out at Miftahul Huda Kindergarten with religious-based activities and learning methods. The aim of this research is to describe methods for forming early childhood character through religious-based activities and learning methods. This research method uses descriptive and qualitative methods. Data sources were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Interview informants were school principals, teachers, and student parents. The results of the research are methods for forming character in early childhood that are used by teachers through religious activities such as praying with the teacher, sharing with each other, getting used to saying polite things, loving each other, and so on. Then the teacher also uses the habituation method, the storytelling method to strengthen character, and the central learning method to maximize children's competence. Furthermore, to optimize character development, teachers also give assignments at school and at home, give consistent advice, and increase children's vocabulary by inviting them to read books. In conclusion, the formation of children's character through religious-based learning activities and methods makes young children familiar with Islamic character values, inspiring and imitating them in their daily behavior.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan karakter berbasis Pancasila dan multicultural melalui mata pelajaran PKn SMPN 03 Kediri. Pendidikan pancasila di SMPN 3 Kediri secara sepintas tercermin dalam visi sekolah yang berprofil pancasila. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi pendidikan Kewarganegaraan berbasis pancasila dibagi menjadi tige berdasarkan tingkatan kelas. Pada kelas 7, pendidikan PKn lebih banyak mengenalkan pendidikan kenegaraan, Pancasila, dan pendidikan multicultural secara keseluruhan. Selanjutnya pada kelas 8, pendidikan PKn difokuskan untuk lebih banyak belajar praktek di masyarakat, baik dalam bentuk simulasi kecil atau langsung berkecimpung ke dunia masyarakat dengan berbagai bentuk dan varian. Berikutnya pada kelas 9, pendidikan PKn lebih banyak terkonsentrasi pada pematangan pembentukan karakter berprofil Pancasila. Pengaruh pendidikan multicultural dalam PKn menjadi mudah bagi siswa dalam memahami budaya dan sifat teman serta mengetahui cara penyelesaian konflik di masyarakat. Tujuannya menjadikan hubungan antar teman dan masyarakat bisa semakin rukun meskipun dengan teman yang berbeda agama serta dapat menyelesaikan masalah dengan teman tanpa emosi.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the process of managing educational facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of education in elementary schools. Facilities and infrastructure play one of the most important roles in the education element. The existence of complete facilities and infrastructure will help improve the quality of learning. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative research method. Sources of data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Interview informants included school principals, teachers of facilities and infrastructure, and subject teachers. The results of the study are that the school facilities and infrastructure are well managed. Management includes planning, procurement, use, inventory, write-off, and control. The management process is going well. As a result, stakeholders feel satisfied and even produce achievements. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan proses manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dasar. Sarana dan prasarana memainkan salah satu peran terpenting pada unsur pendidikan. Keberadaan sarana dan prasarana yang lengkap akan mampu membantu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data didapatkan melalui metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan wawancara diantaranya kepala sekolah, guru bagian sarana dan prasarana, dan guru mata pelajaran. Hasil penelitian ialah keadaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah dikelola dengan baik. Pengelolaan meliputi perencanaan, pengadaan, penggunaan, inventarisasi, penghapusan, dan pengawasan. Proses manajemen berjalan dengan baik. Hasilnya stakeholder merasa puas dan bahkan juga menghasilkan prestasi.

Abstract

Artikel pengabdian masyarakat ini mendeskripsikan tentang pendampingan pembelajaran fiqih wanita pada santri TPQ. hal ini perlu dilakukan karena agar anak, khususnya yang perempuan bisa memiliki pemahaman tentang fiqih wanita yang nantinya bisa diterapkan dalam kehidupannya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dimaksudkan untuk memperkuat pemahaman para santri terhadap masalah fiqih kewanitaan yang membahas tentang haid, jenis darah, khasiat darah, masa suci haid, beserta tata cara bersucinya. Dengan latar belakang masih banyak masyarakat awam yang belum memahami tentang fiqih kewanitaan tersebut. Terutama gadis remaja tidak mengerti terhadap fiqih kewanitaan, karena materi tersebut sangat penting diterapkan karena keterkaitan dengan masalah ibadah sholat dan lain-lain. metode pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pendampingan oleh tim pengabdian melalui ceramah, tanya jawab dan diskusi. objek kegiatan dilakukan di dua TPQ, yakni TPQ Al-Falah dan TPQ Roudlotul Musthofa Desa Tunglur Kecamatan Badas Kabupaten Kediri.  Metode pembelajaran dari kedua TPQ tersebut yaitu metode ceramah, metode tanya jawab, dan metode diskusi. Dari hasil kegiatan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pendampingan ini sangat bermanfaat terhadap peserta didik karena dengan adanya materi tersebut dapat menjadi solusi tentang permasalahan yang di alami dalam fiqih kewanitaan dan ketentuan ibadah dalam kesehariannya. selain itu orang tua juga merasa sangat puas karena merasa terbantu dan memang sebagian dari mereka memang masih awam terhadap pengatahuan fiqih wanita ini.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to determine the business strategy implemented by SME EA Betta Fish, which is able to survive in building entrepreneurship in the field of Betta Fish and is even able to win the competition between SMEs.Design/methodology/approach: The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method.Research Findings: The business strategy used is the production of high-quality Betta fish seeds, conventional and online promotions, collaborating with various parties such as Betta fish collectors and the IPB campus to manage the correct and quality fish, and building branding by participating in fish contests.Contribution/Originality/Novelty: Strategies for Winning Betta fish contests in various regions can be used to build the EA Betta Fish MSME entrepreneurial brand. As a result, sales volume increased and reached overseas, and turnover reached tens of millions of rupiah each month. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi usaha yang diimplemetasikan UMKM EA Betta Fish yang mampu bertahan dalam membangun wirausaha di bidang ikan cupang dan bahkan mampu memenangkan persaingan antar UMKM. Desain / metodologi / pendekatan: Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif. Temuan Penelitian: Strategi usaha yang dilakukan menggunakan Produksi bibit ikan cupang dengan kualitas tinggi, promosi secara konvensional dan online, bekerjasama dengan berbagai pihak seperti penjual pengepul ikan cupang dan pihak kampus IPB untuk mengelola ikan yang benar dan berkualitas, serta membangun branding dengan mengikuti kontestasi ikan cupang.Kontribusi / Orisinalitas / Kebaruan: strategi memenangkan kontestasi ikan cupang di berbagai daerah dapat digunakan membangun branding wirausaha UMKM EA Betta Fish. Hasilnya volume penjualan meningkat dan tembus hingga keluar negeri dan omzet yang diperoleh mencapai puluhan juta rupiah dalam tiap bulannya.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Service capability plays an important role for the sustainability of a company in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. The main priority of a company engaged in banking services is customer satisfaction. In winning the increasingly competitive competition, the Bank strives to provide the best service (service excellent). This study aims to determine the importance of retaining customers and reaching potential customers. In addition, to find out how to maintain and improve the quality and loyalty of its customers. The research uses a library research method in which data is collected based on academic data bases, digital libraries, and repositories of educational institutions. Some references are obtained from books, scientific journals, articles and research reports relevant to customer service quality research in improving customer quality and loyalty. The result is that customer service quality has a crucial role in shaping customer perceptions of financial institutions. Quality of service is very concerned about satisfaction and loyalty to maintain a positive brand image or image in the eyes of the community. The effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty can show that customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Increasing service quality has an impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty is also increasing. Conversely, if the quality of Customer Service service decreases, it will have an impact on worsening customer satisfaction and loyalty.
