Abstract

The term Diversity management is something that needs to be discussed in the world of Islamic education management, because the discussion is closely related to the ability or inability of madrasah heads to create a conducive, safe and controlled atmosphere in Islamic educational institutions (madrasah) in the midst of Diversity / Diversity that naturally exists. Based on several definitions of management mentioned above, it speaks of a sense that is focused on certain parts, therefore, it is also necessary to write a more general definition of management which is a process consisting of a series of activities, such as planning, organising, mobilising and controlling/supervising, which are carried out to determine and achieve predetermined goals through the use of human resources and other resources. In the application of Diversity management is inseparable from the application of multicultural education in Islamic educational institutions (madrasas) so that all madrasa residents, especially madrasa students, respect each other, respect prices, mutual tolerance and so on.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kreativitas Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Terhadap Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Di Kelas X SMK Swasta Islam Terpadu Madani Dusun Barnung, baik secara Tes maupun Non Tes. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para Siswa Kelas X SMK Madani Dusun Barnung, waktu penelitian di bulan April 2024 berjumlah 32 siswa. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus arikunto dengan jumlah 32 orang dan Metode analisis yang dipergunakan adalah metode analisis Tes, Uji Validitas Tes, Reliabilitas , dan Uji hipotesis. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa Kreativitas Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X SMK Madani Dusun Barnung . Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa thitung < ttabel yaitu 1,892 > 1,693 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kreativitas Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Terhadap Hasiil Belajar Peserta Didik di SMK Madani Dusun Barnung
