Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of the work environment, workload and leadership on employee performance at PT Graha Sarana Duta. The independent variables in this research include work environment, workload and leadership, and the dependent variable in this research is employee performance. The population in this study was 211 people, namely employees at PT Graha Sarana Duta. The sample in this study was 100 people. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The data collection method used in this research uses a questionnaire method. The design used in this research is Outer Model testing, Inner Model testing, hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Model (SEM) – SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this research show that: 1) The work environment has no effect on the performance of PT Graha Sarana Duta employees; 2) Workload has a positive effect on the performance of PT Graha Sarana Duta employees; and 3) Leadership influences the performance of PT Graha Sarana Duta employees.

Abstract

This study discusses the Analysis of Security Management Systems: K3 and Workload at PT XYZ. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of work risks that have occurred to those that have not occurred at PT XYZ. By knowing the level of risk, PT XYZ's management takes policies to avoid work risks that affect operational activities and company profits. The object of this research is all employees of PT XYZ. In carrying out security management in the form of risk analysis, researchers used a five (5) scale likelihood matrix table. Then the data from the assessment results were inputted into Microsoft Excel, so that researchers could find out the risk level of each activity at PT XYZ. The number of activities used in the assessment is twelve (12) activities or jobs, starting from employees entering the company area until employees leave or leave the company area. The results of this assessment are: 1) Occupational Safety and Health (K3) has an effect on the Security Management System at PT XYZ; 2) Workload affects the Security Management System at PT XYZ; and 3) K3 and Workload affect the Security Management System at PT XYZ simultaneously.

Abstract

Florist training is an activity carried out by florists to improve their abilities in arranging fresh, imitation flowers in the form of bouquets, decorative boards and so on according to consumer requests. Florist training helps florists create creative and innovative products to be able to compete with competitors and achieve competitive advantage. Through this training, florists will have many references regarding the variety, models and designs of their products, thus increasing the attractiveness of consumers to purchase sukatbypugo products. This is in accordance with what was done by jasatbypugo, which took part in training, workshops and bouquet exhibitions with the aim of getting ideas, references and motivation to carry out good and superior entrepreneurship. The quality of entrepreneurial service at Suhutbypugo is also carried out in order to achieve consumer satisfaction. The focus of this research is florist training and entrepreneurial service quality. Relevant to the problem formulation in this research is florist training and the quality of service for entrepreneurship in Bekasi City. This type of research is qualitative where the researcher determines the people who want to be interviewed to obtain information. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The results of this research are: 1) Providing florist training is useful for developing florist ideas and creativity and increasing references related to flower bouquet design; 2) The florist training program can improve the quality of entrepreneurial services for flower bouquet products, because this training increases the flying hours of florists so they are able to provide the best service; and 3) The challenges faced by entrepreneurs in maintaining the quality of flower bouquet business services are florists' consistency in marketing, lack of ability to manage social media, lack of product innovation, and product introduction to potential consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of career development and work culture on employee loyalty with variable work productivity at PT Graha Sarana Duta STO Gambir Branch. Career development and work culture are exogenous variables in this study, whereas job productivity and employee loyalty are endogenous ones. The study included 114 employees from the PT Graha Sarana Duta STO Gambir Branch. The research sample size was set at 100 participants. In sampling, a simple random sample strategy was applied. To gather data for this study, a questionnaire technique was employed in the form of a Google form to get primary data, which would then be used as data to conduct out data analysis. External and internal measurement testing, as well as the use of the Structural Equation Model (SEM) - SmartPLS 3.0, were used to evaluate the hypothesis. This study yielded the following results: 1) Career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT Graha Sarana Duta STO Gambir Branch; 2) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT Graha Sarana Duta STO Gambir Branch; 3) Career development has no effect and is not significant on employee loyalty at PT Graha Sarana Duta STO Gambir Branch; 4) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT Graha Sarana Duta STO Gambir Branch; and 5) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT Graha Sarana Duta STO Gambir Branch.

Abstract

Polri bertugas menjaga ketertiban, mencegah kejahatan, menegakkan hukum, dan melindungi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur dengan menganalisis informasi dari jurnal, artikel, dan situs resmi. Data dikumpulkan, dianalisis, dan disajikan secara faktual dan akurat untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena yang terjadi.Yang mempunyai tujuan penelitian:1. Mengukur Tingkat Integritas Polri: Menilai integritas anggota Polri berdasarkan persepsi masyarakat dan standar yang berlaku.2.Menilai Tingkat Kepercayaan Masyarakat terhadap Polri: Menentukan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Polri, mencakup keandalan, kejujuran, dan transparansi.3.Menganalisis Hubungan antara Integritas dan Kepercayaan: Mengidentifikasi korelasi antara tingkat integritas anggota Polri dan kepercayaan masyarakat.4.Menyusun Rekomendasi untuk Meningkatkan Integritas dan Kepercayaan: Memberikan rekomendasi praktis kepada Polri dan pemangku kepentingan untuk meningkatkan integritas anggota dan kepercayaan masyarakat. Analisis dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan deskriptif, menggunakan literatur terkait.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the ease of access to information for Gen Z investment decisions. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and literature reviews. Qualitative research is also intended to understand how someone thinks, acts and obtains information from a phenomenon. The data used is narrative and qualitative, obtained from previous research documents and obtained novelty in this research. Data analysis used in this qualitative research is the Miles and Huberman interactive model. This qualitative research is exploratory in nature. The type of data used is secondary data. The focus of this research is ease of access to information. The results of this research are: 1) That the use of technology and digital platforms for easy access to information for Gen Z in investing is quite good, where Gen Z uses social media as a platform to gain knowledge regarding good investment instruments, a means of discussion and exchanging views between Gen investors. Z, then the platform that provides easy access to information for Gen Z in investing is quite varied, from the Bibit, DANAeMAS, Ajaib, Tokopedia to Shopee applications, apart from that, payments made can also utilize digital banking and digital wallet payments; 2) Generation Z or Gen Z chooses forms of investment instruments with (high risk high return) high risk high returns such as stocks and cryptocurrencies, while generation Y and generation X choose forms of investment instruments with (low risk low return) low risk low returns such as jewelry gold and mutual funds; and 3) The amount of investment made by Gen Z varies, where in the July 2023 period it was IDR 7,658,506, while in the August 2023 period it was IDR 7,645,956.

Abstract

An organization is said to be professional if several indicators indicate the organization is professional. The leadership that regulates or manages the organization is the first indicator of an organization’s professionalism because, without leadership, the organization cannot run and achieve its goals. Then after leadership, there are indicators of communication as a determinant and the professionalism of an organization. Moreover, another critical factor in professional organizations is work motivation, which if an organization has good motivation or goals, the organization will achieve its goals quickly. In his study, a literature review study was produced. This review article is Leadership, Communication, and Work Motivation in determining the success of Professional Organizations. The results of this library research are that: 1) Leaderhip determines the success of Professional Organizations; 2) Communication determines the success of Professional Organizations; 3) Work Motivation determines the success of Professional Organizations.

Abstract

Ethics and Business Law are identical to the rules and procedures for running our business by existing laws not to harm any party. An excellent economic activity, of course, has complied with the regulations that have been set. The implementation of an affair, trade, industry or related financial activity carried out by a business entrepreneur. Business Law can determine the progress of a company or other entrepreneur in implementing their performance because every company has different principles. Of course, every country also has different business laws. As an increasingly developed country, Indonesia is expected to be able to implement business law enforcement evenly.

Abstract

The Literature Review article on the Relationship of Investment Motivation, Investment Knowledge, and Minimum Capital to Investment Interest is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that it will use in further research within the scope of Financial Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online media. This Literature Review article results are 1) Investment Motivation is related to Investment Interest; 2) Investment Knowledge related to Investment Interest, and 3) Minimum Capital related to Investment Interest. Apart from these three exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variable of Investment Interest, there are still many other factors, including Income Expectation, Risk Perception, and Financial Literacy variables.
